We were referred to mattress by appointment by a good friend that had a great experience. We would rather visit a dentist than go mattress shopping. We were greeted at the door by Joe and his wife (lovely couple)in a warehouse filled with mattresses on display, with many of them in stock and ready to be delivered that day. Joe was super friendly and very knowledgeable about his products and he made us feel very comfortable throughout the buying process. Prices and products are excellent and we highly recommend that if you are looking for a new mattress, call Joe. You won’t be disappointed. We will be repeat customers.

Loved the customer service from Tyler.. Couldnt have asked for a nicer guy. He was very helpful in finding us the right mattress. He didnt hover over us like other mattress stores. I must say, buying a mattress has never been so easy!! They took us through several options based on our sleep preferences. They are very reasonably priced and I have never slept so well. When I woke up from the first night’s use, my Apple Watch sleep app asked me what had changed because my sleep pattern had improved so much!!Well worth traveling to if you’re in the market for a new bed.

I went in wanting a new mattress and was able to walk out in 20 minutes with a new mattress better than what I had in mind. The owner and his son were very helpful his son even entertained our three year old daughter while we got to test some mattresses. They even let us set up a little spot for our baby who was sleeping when we went. I didn’t feel pressured on what to buy and they were very informative. I would reccommend to anyone, plus easy financing.

So a year ago I purchased a Tranquil Pillow Top mattress from Mattress by Appointment Winchester. I got a great deal and great service for an unbelievable price.The other day I wanted another bed and mattress for my spare room. I went back to Mattress by Appointment Winchester and purchased a Malouf E 450 Adjustable Bed Base with a Wellsville 11” Gel mattress. This is the best I’ve ever experienced. There’s a 20 year warranty on the adjustable base and the 10 year warranty on mattress.They destroyed the best online prices by at least 50-60%.You would be insane to buy a mattress elsewhere!Thank you Mattress by Appointment Winchester.
