The customer service at this location is honestly out of this world !the two girls helped me during my visit and they were very knowledgeable! And patiently answered all my questions and overall, I had a great experience at this location. Excellent customer service!!!!

The girl from cricket her name was Jackie was very helpful and was able to transfer all my stuff without any problems, she was awesome!

Horrible. I seemingly interupted the gossiping session the two girls had going on. They couldnt /didnt help anyway. Didnt even try. Didnt move. Told me they were out of free phones. I was out. Couldnt even greet me. Potential new customer cricket... these girls are not goof for your business.

I dont usually do reviews, but just had to because ashley was above and beyond any customer service i have ever recieved at any wireless store.She was an absolute delight!Im just so thankful for her taking her time explaining me everything about the phone i wanted and how i can save ao much money by switching to cricket.

If I had the option I would not give 1 star, we initially went to the store to get our son a phone for Christmas, the two ladies there Amber and Ashley gave us information about the free phone available and we chose that phone for him due his age and being his first phone, we also told them we would be looking to upgrade my husbands phone since it was badly cracked well while in the process of doing the lease process I overhear the phone we just selected for our son (just happened to only have one left) being sold to another customer. When I asked if that is the phone we told them we wanted for our son, they both blatantly lied and said we never said that. We then said we then move to metro. Long as tody short we ended staying with cricket due to the pain over an hour into lease with husband phone and I ended up getting one to, the most pleasant of ladies said we got a $20 you want it. Its just $20.... process is done. We are given a price which was said to be price of phone, proration blahahah. Again we clarified we already had 3 lines this being the 4th and with promotion of add a 4th for $10 our monthly bill would be $100, we were given a sarcastic yeah. Well I just got off an hour long call with cricket fixing my bill since apparently they were upset with us and did what ever they wanted and charged what they wanted, after receiving a text saying my monthly bill is due on the amount of $156! The rep informed me they charged us so incorrectly they basically had to redo our plan completely. This is disgusting. Selling our phone while we are sitting there, charging us more because they are mad, just wow. This will go to BBB. Amber and Ashley should be ashamed of their conduct and their manager should remedy this however I doubt this seriously.

Was charged 101.09 for a phone and service yet due to a “glitch” in there end the payment caMe off my card and out of my bank account however they said their screen didn’t show my payment they wanted me to swipe my card again. The young ladies were rude and unconcerned. I spoke with a district manager by the name of Eve and was assured I would get my money back but yet I have not. Complete scam and fraud!!!! You take people’s money and do not give them what they paid for!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER which is sad because Ray would have never let this happen he’s been my go to cricket person since 2015!!!!!

Horrible phones, and service. My husband, and I recently switched phone carriers a few months back. I got a new phone upon switching for $10. Then a couple months later my husband got a new one, but they charged him $140+ for one. Our phones constantly glitch, they always go out of data quickly we have the unlimited plan. You cannot hardly do anything with your phone, which is dumb since we PAY FOR THEM! HORRIBLE for a loyal cell service company.

Spent two days on the phone with cricket wireless spent a half a day in the office trying to fix my phone on the seventh day they told me to go home and try of course when you go home and hit the 8th day theyre no refund! Plain out screwed over!! I get no service at my house Im dropping phone calls have no internet connection! absolutely no support whatsoever, talk to the area manager he did nothing for me so he can go kick rocks. Im the wrong person I wont be pushed around by them Ill take them to small claims court and ask for the county commissioner to take and suspend their business license until an outcome. now when I say this Ill give them a timely manner to fix my problem they entered into an agreement with me giving me the service I pay for and the phone that is usable. They have not lived up to that agreement. I will see them small claims court!! They should always know who their clients before screwing with them . If it was left up to me I would give him a zero.

Mr. Ray helped me with adding another phone to my account!!! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, saved me money with lots of discounts and very friendly!!! I actually enjoyed the visit!!!! I have had friends go to cricket and i will continue to tell people and friends about cricket!!! I give mr. Ray of winder cricket a big 10!!!!
