I went in with an issue where I needed to cancel an account with TMobile because of on going problems with the plan. The store clerk, Claire, was SO helpful with assisting me through the process. She was very patient and understanding with my situation. She needs a raise!!

Went in yesterday to get screen protector replaced and ended up getting some incredible deals on a couple of new things. The experience in itself was amazing! Henry and Clara helped me and I cant brag enough. Also got my husband to switch over and they were sooooo helpful and friendly. Definitely the only t-mobile store I will ever visit from now on

Either way, she hooked me up with a great deal and brand new phone. She also introduced me to T-Mobile Tuesdays which definitely helped with gas.I was supposed to learn she wasn’t the manager. I recently visited this store and Cheyenne was beyond amazing. She’s so knowledgeable, moves quickly, & avoids error. Cheyenne has some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and got me to buy 2 of the newest IPhones! So I come to this t mobile as I’m parking there is 2 people in the store it’s 7:53pm store closes at 8pm and soon as I get out the car they both go to the back and the door is locked, like are you serious? Rediculous man I get it’s almost closing time I had something important to do and I showed up straight after work. That was not right.

Cheyenne is amazing and made our visit so much easier. From the moment we walked into the door she greeted us even though she was helping someone else at the moment. She was able to help us find the exact product we needed to purchase and also the nicest accessories to go with it. She did so with a smile the whole time and she helped us transfer all of our information over with no hassle at all. I was hesitant going into the store but left with every confidence that if I ever need anything again this is the T-Mobile store I am going back to! 10/10 experience. Super unhelpful. Have come to this location a few times. Always tell me there is nothing they can do for I have to call. I call and they tell me they dont know why the store couldnt handle my request.

Had a great experience switching to T-Mobile. The manager Carlos called to let us know the I -phones were BOGO free. We’d been waiting for this deal and appreciated his call. We bought 4 phones and accessories. Joelis was very helpful in setting our phones up, as well as a couple of other employees. One of the best experiences we’ve had in a retail setting in a very long time!!

Not sure if this person was new or what but I bought a phone from the Buford location not even a week ago and its having problems. Freezing, crashing, having to restart at least 3-4 times a day and this dude told me that there was nothing they could do about it. You either like it or you dont is what I was told. I guess I was just in complete shock because, who says that? Either way ill just go out of my way to another store the next time I have an issue with T-Mobile products. Horrible customer service. Had to call T-Mobile and tell them my issue and was finally told that I could get a new phone because this one was obviously a dud.I wont ever come back to this location. I mean, its winder not sure why my expectations were so high.

The supposed manager Carlos Perez refused to let me view my account, and per 611, it is my account and I can view it. He was highly unprofessional, very smug and conducting himself in a way that was highly questionable. I ended up calling the police due to fraudulent activity on my account and have notified the FTC and provided the recordings and videos to validate the illegitimate activity of Mr. Perez. Initially, he refused to provide me with his name and the name of the company acting as an authorized dealer for TMobile. Also, they said there were no local numbers available and gave me an out of state phone number. I watched as they assigned local numbers to other store patrons and allowed them to view their accounts. I ordered a device and they were supposed to contact me when the device came in, but they didnt. After much investigative research, the device was delivered and used prior to me showing up after waiting over a week for it. Not to mention I was charged for the activity before I even received the device. No one should have to endure the treatment I endured, and hopefully no one will again.

Walked in 1 person working -had 2 families in front of her. We waited about 20 mins before even being greeted-and the greeting was “Hi what do you want?” Told them we were upgrading on the jump plan. “Well what are you going to go with?” We didn’t know and required some expertise “MmKay” another 15 go by- we decided to leave when the 2 CHILDREN sitting at the employees feet BEHIND the counter started to act up and she yelled at them. What a circus.

Awesome customer service. The girls working the day I went were great. We laughed and talked the entire time.

We went in to switch from Sprint to Tmobile. We were greeted by Dominique, told her we wanted to switch from Sprint to Tmobile and thats when everything went down hill. We told her what plan we wanted along with phones. My moms phone was the only one that was in stock, my husband and I had to order ours. She told us our phones would be at our house in 7 days,which is not the case. After 7 days, our phones have yet to ship. Im not sure if she was new in customer service, but she bad mouthed a few customers who came in to pay their Bills. She bad mouthed Tombile customer service when she had to call to have them help setup our account. Mind you, we are new to tmobile and to see a Tmobile agent talk bad about the phone customer service definitely makes me very uneasy.After 4 almost 5 hours being there the only thing we got done was my moms phone being setup and our phones being delievered. She was all about selling us things and then confusing herself when ordering our phones. We were over it all and I know we will have to call customer service once we get our bill to make sure we got the deals she said she put In. We will not be going back to this store. Horrible experience!!!
