Hate this place way too expensive and bad attitudes.

Its a gamestop. Not much else to say. Anytime I went the employees were always nice and attentive.

They are always very nice and helpful. This is my favorite Game Stop.

The gentleman with the short buzz cut is such an amazing guy. Had no idea they closed at 6 pm on Sunday. Came an hour after close and though the lady didnt wanna open the door to speak to me he came and help me. We had pre-ordered a game was heading back to the other side of town. He found the game and have it to us and the had been closed a whole hour. That is service!

Despite the chaos of being 4 days before Christmas, the staff was readily available and able to help me understand how to pick games as a gift that would be compatible with my daughters game system and accessories. They were friendly and social while still being able to support customers in a very full store!

I will not be coming back to this Game Stop. The associate on duty is really disrespectful.. I was looking for headsets for PS4 and she said not in stock, completely understandable. When I asked my 2nd question before I got the 2nd word out, she said not in stock and we dont have any.. Felt as though she was pushing us out the door. Highly recommend Snellville location, all positive people....

I went to buy my son a Nintendo switch that seemed to be out everywhere and we got the very last one. The CSR was very polite friendly and helpful.

Its an okay place to buy video games but I can see it going out of business in the next decade, more and more people are going digital. If you decide to turn in any games or gaming systems, they will rip you off, its best to sell on Craigslist or EBay.

I bought a refurbished game machine for my daughters birthday a month early and put up I eas not told anything about a extended warranty. I even asked now this is guaranteed bto work if it dont can I bring it back . I was told yes. Well guess what it doesnt work and when I go talk to them Im told sorry its past 30 days and u didnt take the warranty. I explained I didnt even know they had a warranty.So I contact the coroparte office and they didnt even bother to get back to me!!!!!!!So buyers beware if u ever buy anything from them be sure to ask if they have a warranty as they want tell u!!!

Covid19 safety with limited visitors

So I called the store 6 mins before they close to see if they would switch out my Xbox head set the manager Beth said if I can make it there before 9 they don’t care I call them two mins away already late they said if I can make it in two mins they will wait I said ok I’ll be there and they waited after they close to make me happy and thank you so much

This is a gamestop like any other. You have your nice, helpful employees and you have your morons. I recommend calling ahead and asking for a game; if the person you talk to on the phone is nice and helpful, now is the time to head over there. Most of my experiences with this store have been good, though. And yes, I, too, am a female gamer.

Stopped by there so many times Im almost on a first name basis with the employees. Great shop, lots of clearance stuff available, and friendly/knowledgeable employees. Definitely my favorite Gamestop around.

Great selection of new and used games that are all reasonably priced and a knowledgable staff to answer any questions that you may have in direct relation to all of your gaming needs.

The two guys working, were creep stalkers. Was there to buy a controller and shirts, they just stared like they were waiting for us to steal. Dislike employees! Good deal on clearance shirts tho

So I went here a while ago to pick up a copy of world of Warcraft for myself and Minecraft for my daughter. The price on the wow box set dropped significantly before the Christmas sale, which was pretty nice. And the Minecraft was 10 bucks cheaper than Regular retail, and my daughter lived the present.The staff was professional and friendly on my trip. They usually are. The lines tend to get long at any GameStop. Unfortunately, because if the business model this is kind of unavoidable.I ordered online and got confirmation that my state was being put on hold shortly after I left the house.

The employees are always rude and always have a attitude. GAMESTOP offers next to nothing for games consoles etc, this place is a scam they tell you your stuff is faulty so they can get it cheaper!!!! They deserve no stars what so ever. I hope this business goes bankrupts soon. do not trust or sell to these crooks. Never had a good experience in this store. 10/10 wouldnt recommend!

This locaton has to be the worst in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart across the parking lot to buy a game. Sell your game on Ebay rather than selling it to GameStop is Absolutly worth the extra trouble. Atleast travel to a diferent GameStop if you absolutly need to go there.
