Very good coffee shop. They really do everything right. The high quality barista bar is front and center of the shop. The toast was amazing. I really liked the cream cheese and apricot spread. Came back for it twice. The art hanging on the walls shows a strong sense of community and adds to the atmosphere.

Nice place but the lattes tasted like flavored milk. There was no espresso taste whatsoever. I Might try the food but I wouldn’t get a latte here again

Full disclosure: Ive only been here for wine. I cant speak to the food or breakfast but its a cute place to grab a glass or bottle. I also hear they have bottomless mimosas until noon on Saturdays!

Very tasty and properly sized proportions. Only thing I wished was that they didnt use mixed nuts because of my allergy to cashews so the menu was slightly limited for me because the cashews could not be left out.

Excellent toast 🍞 coffee is pretty good too! Very friendly staff, a slice of cream cheese and fig toast and a 12 oz cold brew was $7 so very reasonable for a tasty breakfast!

What a gem! Toast is serene setting for meeting friends or a quiet lunch. I love their salad. It’s simple, fresh, with a light lemony vinaigrette. My little grandson and I both enjoy their broccoli cheese soup. And their toast and honey! You can’t find such a delicious, hot and tasty treat for $2 anywhere else.

Coffee & wine.. need I say more? The best combo. The perfect little place to meet a friend, go on a date, or have a business meeting!

I really enjoy toast. Ive been here a few times to get some work done and they have always been inviting. I wish they would add a few more beers to their selection, but it really isnt their theme, so I guess I cant hold it against them. I hope they stick around.

I stopped in to pick up a work day lunch so no checking out the bar for me. The interior is well appointed. I had the prosciutto, goat cheese, etc. panini. I loved the way the goat cheese melted. I felt like it was a little pricey when I ordered but it was loaded with prosciutto. So good! I had the potato salad for my side and I think I could eat a gallon of it. I will definitely be back. A great addition to Windsor.

The roasted tomato, hummus and spinach panini was full of flavor! The hot chocolate is the perfect amount of sweet! The staff is always friendly and this is a relaxed atmosphere for lunch alone or meeting for business.

We were greeted with the kindest staff, delicious coffee, and cozy atmosphere. They even use spaghetti noodles as stir sticks because 🌎♻️✌(well be back to enjoy some 🍷!)

This was my first visit. I went in for a community conversation with a Town Board Representative. Since I am in sales, I plan to start meeting clients at Toast as it’s a nice space with a great atmosphere. It’s much better than Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and Dunkin’ Donuts. I also like supporting a local business.

The decor was nice, music was good, a beverage option for everyone in our group - wine, beer, espresso. The tapas were delicious, came put quickly, and looked pretty on top of that! I will be back for sure!

What a delight to find - especially on National Coffee Day (I got a free drip coffee to celebrate it, too)!! Another local small business, Memory Lane Antiques suggested it when I ssid I was looking for coffee and said make sure I tried their toast. I had the cream cheese and fig preserves - wonderful. I also enjoyed a glass if their moscotto wine for happy hour. Wed. is Ladies Day for wine specials - all day!

Breakfast panini is delicious! Service and coffee were excellent as well. I highly recommend Toast for breakfast.

Have been here several times. Nice shop with wines and a small selection of nibbles. Tried their coffee and was unimpressed with the flavor and presentation.

Tranquil and unique space with really solid fare. Try the Reuben panini its filling and delish. The potato salad alone will keep you coming back!

40 min for a grilled cheese panini is unacceptable. As its a pay first kind of place, youre held hostage, and thats not cool either.

I was very pleased to find such a great coffee spot in my town. If you are looking for a real cup of coffee, go here. They brew their beverages in the traditional definition of cappuccino, latte etc. They are not the watered down, milk and syrup drowned of other establishments. They brew Novo beans which is a very high quality roastery out of Denver. The skill of the barista is on par with other higher end coffee shops. The ambience is cozy and urban with some brick walls.

Love the atmosphere! Windsor needs more locally owned businesses. It makes the town unique!

This is a good initial try at a coffee & wine bar with a light food menu in downtown Windsor, CO. There is room for refinement of the food and service for additional stars.Ambiance is a restored single room in building with a combination of exposed brick and new timber molding. Chairs are all metal with some backs and some stools. Small menu of food items and coffee. Also has wine and beer.Service is through walk-up order. Food quality is average. We had salad, bagel, toast, and breakfast panini sandwiches with mimosas and a pumpkin spice latte. The latte was good. Eyes rolled from the owner when an order for the third round of mimosas was placed. Everything took more than 20 minutes to arrive at the table with the restaurant 1/2 full and 2 ordered items were forgotten.Wi-Fi named ToastGuest showed when searching, but nothing posted within the restaurant on the password.
