The technician at Winnemucca Verizon Store was super helpful and patient. Before I could turn my phone in for the upgrade and get the rebate, the old phone had to be unfrozen. She used all the tricks in the book, and finally was able to get the old phone decommissioned and the new phone ready to go. Highly recommend!

The glass shield protecter had cracked and in several places it had spread to where it would block a small section of the screen making it hard to read.I also plan to purchase a new smart Television. I wanted to know what issues I would need to address and how to deal with them. They gave me clear explanations about the various issues and how to address them.I have been very happy with every interaction I have had at this store.

Associates are always courteous, even when dealing with difficult customers. Verizon does need to stop charging a surcharge for using cash, though. It really is bad form to penalize people for preferring cash transactions.

Aly was very helpful and made the process easier with a friendly presentation., answered all questions we had and answered questions we didn’t know had while multitasking for 3-4 different customers at once with no mistakes.

Aly is a keeper, a treasure, and always willing to go into extra time to solve my wi fi issues. Sarah stepped in also and as a result, Im a happy customer!

Went in to get a new phone, this location was not very busy and Jacquie was extremely helpful and fun to talk to. Also, she is a master of multitasking and memorization with 3 different customers and could shift gears in a flash from one customer waiting on an update and getting another customer started. 👍

Unfortunately they were understaffed, so if you are looking for work.... Just saying! Even though I had to wait an hour for service, the staff was terrific.

I experienced a small emergency while on the road in Winnemucca this morning after dropping and breaking my phone and realizing during that first split second how dependant I am on it for my job. I walked down to a Verizon store and arrived about the same time a very charming lady named Jacqueline was opening the business for the day. Her efficiency and appealing demeanor helped alleviate all unnecessary anxiety I felt. It turned out to be a very pleasant morning.

Definitely the better of the 2 stores. The other one is run by idiots. But this one (the one on the blvd) is always pretty good.

I needed a new SIM card for a new phone, so I stopped in at the Winnemucca Blvd. location, hoping for some help. Aly Grunden was there that day and greeted me quickly, got me a SIM card and set up my new phone. She then transferred my contacts and pictures and copied other important data and did everything that needed to be done to use the new phone. Its been a LONG time since I have gotten great service like that!

I had been calling for days before the weekend, didnt call on Thursday because I was super busy. Didnt hear from them on Friday, or Saturday; but when I called on Monday, the girl on the other side said they called me on Friday and left a message. We have four accounts, none of them had a missed call or a voicemail. Poor communication is why Im giving such a low star rating

Im having a problem with my Verizon internet. Being from out of town I went to the Winnemucca street store. A lady named Aly (?) was working, and started to service my question. While there she received a phone call. Instead of putting them on hold and continuing with the customer in front of her, she put me on hold and talked with the customer about some guy who owns the place but doesnt work there. I took my phone from her and left. Worst customer service ever!!!! Hopefully, the manager on maternity leave will return and train her employees on customer service. Im glad Im from out of town. I went to the Grass Valley Road store and received excellent customer service. Internet problem solved also!
