I have used Master Techs with my daughters Volvo, but this was the first time on my S60. The AC was giving us problems but they fit us in quickly and took care of the repair. These guys are very trustworthy and they dont take advantage of you. If they tell you that your vehicle needs something, it does. Period. They wont try to add repairs that you dont need. Their prices are more than reasonable.

Bought my 2013 XC90 in the service and battery check, I trust Master Techs, always a pleasant experience, waiting area is clean they even have desk if needed, which I did for a little work while I waited.

Had small issue which they resolved in less than 2 minutes, and while I waited. Volvo of WS offered an appointment on Saturday or leave it on Friday and theyd try to work it in.

I was deeply impressed by their knowledge and undercharging of the jobs that needed to be done. At first I was skeptical about spending an initial fee for a diagnostic, knowing that my car needed some work anyway, but when the actual bill came, it was more than reasonable. Both owners truly seem to care about Volvos and want to do them, and you, justice. I highly recommend them.

My wife had her 2010 XC60, 67500 mile service performed at Master Tech yesterday. Oil and filter was furnished by my wife. As required by Volvo, inspection was made including: fluids, wiper blades etc. Fuel injector additive, water solvent, washer and shop supplies were added for a reasonable $15.61. LABOR WAS $133.50. A total RIPOFF! Local Volvo dealer,indicated their labor for oil change with owner supplying oil and filter, would be $15.00. Inspection of other items, with NO required service would have no labor charge. Use Master Tech at your own risk!

I had a great experience getting my 2015 S60 serviced. My infotainment module went out and the guys were the best response, price, and service for me.
