Honest mechanics (especially for a woman), amazing customer service, has loaners, goes above and beyond. I have taken my 24yo Volvo to other mechanics but I wasn’t pleased with their service. I have taken my car to him for apx 5 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Dropped our collar car off on a Friday said it was only going to take about 3 hours and then Im keeping the car all weekend never calling us and tell him if they were keeping the car ended up finishing half a day on Monday left a stranded all weekend got the car back shotty work done on it just horrible from the beginning would not recommend this place or nothing but hacks

My go to automotive shop in Winston. I always know they will tell me exactly what is going on and give me the most honest and accurate information on the best way to complete a repair.

I have been going to North Point Motors for years. They have always been fair and honest. I wouldnt take my Saab anywhere else.

Great service, Great knowledge and good pricing. I have owned several Saabs and with Ricks help they seem to run forever. The only draw back of North Point Motors is the location, but I will not take my cars anywhere else.Google Maps is confused on the address of North Point motors. You will need to use 4518 Cherry St Winston-Salem, NC 27106 to navigate to Ricks shop.
