I recently moved here from WA state so this was my first time in this particular location. I have never felt more uncomfortable. When I first walked in the gentleman asked if there was anything he can help with, I told him no. He then followed me to every aisle I went to! Only reason i gave this location as many stars as i did was simply because it was very clean & well organized.

You must have an up to date, professional license to work in the beauty industry or be current student to shop here...they not only make it convenient to pick up a few necessary products at the last minute to service your clients, for even more convenience, they have store representatives that will help you keep your salon ready for business offering special packages for back bar& retail, they will keep track of what isnt selling then switch those products out for the ones that do! They keep you up to date with the latest trends,new services and products, then provide you and your staff with info for upcoming education and hair shows in the area....the company offers continuing education with in their stores all over the country..a lot of their product knowledge and in store demos are free!I have ALWAYS been treated as a valuable customer at this location! If the staff doesnt have an answer for my questions right away, they work on finding the info before I leave the store! In Wisconsin, I was a business owner...after our family relocated to NC, Im an employee at a super cuts but They treat me as though Im just as valued now that my transactions are less than $50 a few times yearly as when I spent $1000s monthly!

Cosmoprof is a professionals only beauty supply store. Meaning you must have a cosmetology, esthetician, or nail tech license in order make purchases. They have a great selection of hair care products and color lines.There isnt much along the lines of skin care but I think Cosmoprof is geared more towards cosmetologists looking for hair color and products. They do have a small selection of nail tech things though. I wish they carried the Pravana color line, Sexy Hair products, and Pureology products.Be on the look out for great sales, they send out a monthly flier as well. The employees are kind of cold unfortunately. They always seem to follow me around when I first arrive. Which is disheartening because I feel like they think Im going to steal.I know that retail employees have to be on the look out for theft but when I end up spending at least $100 per visit, its annoying to feel like they have to tail me because I dont see them doing it to other people when Im in there.Its never particularly crowded and parking is good. They are open 7 days a week which is nice. The store it self is really good but I wish the employees were a bit more friendly.
