My experience in Greensboro unfortunately was the opposite. The folks in Winston quickly diagnosed (properly) the issue with the A4. They called me to inform me of what they needed to do to resolve the problem. Done!!! If they work on cars other than Audi I will be using them for those as well!!

I gave him a description of what I was looking for and he gave me honest and affordable responses and I did not feel “pitched” to. Well I stopped by this dealership a few months ago interested in buying a Q7. The salesman was very professional. I took the vehicle on a test drive but when I returned to the lot was when everything went sideways. When I spoke with the financial officer I was told that I couldnt buy the vehicle because I had a out of state license. Even though I had already spoken with my bank and they were totally ready to buy the vehicle. So I called their 800 number and spoke to a national customer service representative who said that wasnt true because they actually sold cars from state to state and world wide. I actually went to a different dealership in the same state and bought a Q7 with the same out of state drivers license. Im not trying to cause any trouble for that financial officer because maybe she didnt know. All Im saying is I felt very alienated and embarrassed by the entire situation.

First time buying an Audi and the overall experience at Flow Audi was superb. Search started online, with easy to navigate inventory search, then landed in the capable hands of Lawrence R., a first class representative. My visit to the dealership occurred during the Covid-19 time and I was impressed by all the precautions taken by the dealership and Lawrence. Masks and gloves were worn and I witnessed the cars being wiped down before I test drove them. I cant say enough about Lawrence and his professionalism. He is wildly knowledgeable about Audi cars and highly attentive - no pressure during selection process.
This was, hands down, the best experience my family has ever had buying a vehicle. We genuinely want to thank our advisor, Varena Jackson, who prefers to be called “V”, for an informative, transparent, fun, and relaxed purchase experience. I appreciated that she valued our trade BEFORE we moved forward with test driving. I felt like my time was valued. While “V” was taking great care of us, the general manager wasn’t acting like the Great Oz hiding behind a curtain. Jeff Francisco, the General Manager, operates the dealership the same way I operate my real estate firm. No task was above him. He made sure “V” had everything she needed and took charge of getting the new car ready go, including installing the roof rack himself. My take home from this was that 5 STAR customer service can still be found in the car business. Great customer service. Amazing work. Took my A8 in because the check engine was on. Got quick diagnosis, honest estimates, and even videos texted to me from the Master Tech showing exactly what the problem was. This car is my baby, and i felt 100% confident that it was in the right hands. They even washed her and hooked me up with a loaner car due to the memorial day delay on parts. Great model selection. I used their online site to shop models and features and then used their E-Pricing to get a discount on the car that I selected. I had the deal all worked out before I set foot into the dealership. The Sales Management, Sales staff and Delivery Technologist were all great to work with.
When searching for an Audi I was Informed there was nothing in the area for me but I could look on my own or go to another car buying place. Not once, at the Winston or Greensboro location, was I offered assistance in locating a vehicle. In fact I was told to look on my own to see what I could find. However, friends of mine in the same position, were offered assistance In finding vehicles of their choice and sending to the nearest location. You do the math !! Customer service lacking in a huge way and I will spread the word!

We recently purchased our first Audi from Flow in Winston-Salem. Everyone was very friendly and spoke to you like they were glad to see you. Everyone (even the financial person, Avdo) knew their products well, and made themselves very available to answer questions, now and in the future. The sales person, Michael, did a very informative test drive with us, and even came in on his day off to meet with us, and made an extra effort to get the color we wanted. Before we left the dealership, Mark, the technologist, spent a lot of time with us explaining the cars many features and how they work, which was really helpful. Everyone was very patient with us through the whole decision making process and made it a very pleasant buying experience!
Personalized service and a great customer experience! I was unsure which vehicle would fit my needs and those of our family, so I test drove almost every vehicle. I went to several other dealerships, but for some reason always found myself back at Flow Audi. The sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional; I eventually found the right vehicle and without any high pressure sales pitch. They even offered to deliver the test vehicle to our home so that my wife could drive it if that was more convenient!It was a comfortable, enjoyable experience. I was very satisfied with the service provided and appreciate their concierge service (we live more than an hour and a half from the dealership and they come to our home to pick up and bring back our vehicle and to give us a new loaner vehicle). The only problem was that they came on a Tuesday afternoon and couldnt bring our vehicle until early Thursday afternoon. My wife planned to drive to Ohio in our Audi and might have left sooner if we had gotten our vehicle back by late Tuesday or Wednesday (as promised)..

I had been looking at different sport SUV in the area I live and trying to stay close to home, considering that I would have to drive at least an hour or two to keep the SUV I decided on serviced properly. I was not impressed in Hickory with the dealership I was trying to work with and I understand that during the COVID pandemic everyone is different. So, I started looking at Audi, 1 1/2 hours away from me, started on internet, found a SQ5 that i really like, but it was in Greensboro at their other dealership. Spoke to Jeff, the General Manager and via email, and he said he would have it for me to test drive when I came down. Finally, got down to Winston to do a test drive and Mike was my salesman and went over the SQ5 and explained he couldnt go on drive with me due to COVID!! I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS SQ5!! 1st time buying an Audi and overall experience, MAGNIFICENT! Price was very fair, negotiation was simple. The major selling point was, We will pick up your vehicle in Boone to have serviced, and bring you a loaner. WoW!! Mike brought my car to me, spent about an hour of training. Mike was very personable, knowledgeable and highly patient with me. At no time was anyone pushy!! Thank you All at Flow in Winston !!

Great experience buying our new 2019 Q7. From browsing/research to ordering (custom build) to delivery and follow up we have had the best car buying experience. Our salesman (he’s really been more than that, we now consider him a friend), Michael Blankenship has been top notch. He has been the perfect balance of sounding board, Audi encyclopedia and brand ambassador for Flow and Audi. You hear horror stories of pushy aggressive sales people and he’s definitely not that. Don’t get me wrong, he followed up and would reach out but in the appropriate intervals. We were on the fence between the Q7 and the new X5 and Mike is probably the main reason we are loving our new Q7 right now. He’s been and continues to be an example of how customer service should be in the car business or elsewhere. Flow and Audi should be proud to have him on their team. We’ve had limited exposure to others at the dealership but I have no doubt they will continue to exceed our expectations.

Just purchased a new Q7 last week. Dealt with Michael Blankenship in sales. Mike was always available to us and timely responded to all calls, emails, texts and questioned. Dealt with a different Audi dealership, out of state, terrible experience, no responses to questions or concerns. Makes me wonder why I ever looked elsewhere. When arrived to pick up vehicle, it was sitting in the showroom with my name in the window ready to go. For the next 2 hours we were shown all the details that make this vehicle unique. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!
Went there to trade my car on an S4 they had on the lot. stood near the s4 for a solid 10 minutes+ and just...no one came to help us. salesmen all just talking to each other at door. Real professional...Wouldnt buy a car from these jokers in a million years. beware.

Purchased Audi A4 from Flow Audi in 2012. Started having problems with oil consumption and misfire on cylinder #2 in 2013. Took car back to Flow for repairs 5 times from 2013-2015. Repairs made were only a bandaid fix. Progressively got worse until first of 2016, (7,000 miles over extended warranty) Now there is no compression on cylinder #2. Only fix is replace or rebuild motor. Several mechanics have confirmed that Audi was aware of this problem with 2009 A4 2.0t engines. Had it been diagnosed properly by Flow Audi mechanics, it would not have ruined the motor. I met with Customer Service Manager on Saturday 4/2/16 and was told the dealership couldnt do anything. That problems with Audi has cost the dealership. Flow Audi mechanics are responsible for me no longer having my Audi to drive. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Customer Service Department. Would Not Recommend to Anyone!

My experience at Flow Audi was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I live in Charlotte and was able to do all transactions over the phone and they even drove to our home to do the paperwork that normally takes hours at a dealership. There was no haggling or back and fourth, they gave me a fair deal from the beginning. I will no longer be a Hendrick customer and plan to deal with Flow from now on.

Dont go to Flow Audi if you are going to trade. Would only offer $21,000 for a $55,000 Lincoln MKS that was only three years old and had low miles. Audi most think their cars are made of gold.

Not the first time I leave several voicemails and no one gets back to me, front desk lady dont seem to want to get off her comfy seat to get some help, have gave my $2000+ repair elsewhere.
