I bought an Atlas recently. Ken was an excellent salesperson--he was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was able to test out all the features. After the sale, he continued to be awesome with answering my questions about the features and making sure that the after-market items I purchased were correct. I also worked with the service department, including the service manager Andrew, and they were also excellent. The first time my after-market equipment was installed I was not happy with it, so they picked up my car a second time (I think they made 3 trips to Raleigh and back, total) and went above-and-beyond to get the installation absolutely perfect the second time around. I am so grateful!
I worked with Edwin Lara at Flow VW recently when I bought my Atlas. He was wonderful - very helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and his follow-up and follow-through were exceptional. I am so grateful he was the one I encountered that day when I walked into Flow VW. He treats his customers as he would want to be treated and works incredibly hard to meet their every need and want. I can honestly say that this was the best service I have ever received when purchasing a car. I usually dread car dealerships, but this was definitely an exception. Our Winston Salem Flow VW Sales Consultant, Jody Luman, was amazing! We live 2 hours away and wanted a white 2021 VW ATLAS SEL Premium R-Line. This dealership had the only one in the State. Jody ensured the vehicle would be there, considering we were driving so far. She had it clean and ready for test drive as soon as we arrived. The lease process was a smooth, painless experience. Jody gave us a good price for our trade and she discovered available discounts on the lease. We felt like we got a good deal without any haggling. It is rare to leave a car dealership feeling like you were treated well. But, this was the best car-buying experience weve ever experienced. We felt like we were valued and respected the entire time. Due to some minor cleanup needed on the new car, we were given a loaner vehicle to drive home. The next day, Jody drove 4 hours round trip to deliver our vehicle to us. And, she followed up with an email link for purchasing accessories for the vehicle. Sorry for the long review, but there was just too much positive to say about Jody and this dealership. Normally, we would not want to buy from a dealer far from our home. But, I am so glad we took a chance and had our expectations far exceeded by Jody at Flow.

This dealership is notorious for lack of availability for service appointments. You will not get in in any convenient time. They are the only game in town so good luck. Theyll be courteous on the phone but you will be waiting a week on basic services or any service for that manner. I have a VW Atlas. Great car. Bad dealership. Additionally the location is on a dangerous corner of a busy street in a sketchy part of town.

I cannot say enough good things about Flow Volkswagen of Winston-Salem! They were the model of what a car buying experience should be. We were in the market for a 2021.5 Atlas SEL Premium R-Line. We were in contact with 6 dealers. The Flow of Winston-Salem absolutely separated themselves on buying experience alone. From the sales manager, Nick Boggs, to my salesman, Cody, they were very honest and upfront. There were no surprises from the offerings made through email. Mr. Boggs was very forthcoming about what he could and couldnt do and made sure he held the vehicle for us as we made an agreement towards the end of the business day and we lived two hours away. We literally drove past 3 other VW dealerships to arrive at Flow. The way they treated me as a customer is what won me over without any doubts. Cody reached out to me the evening before we took possession and was extremely professional and caring. He made every effort he could to make our buying experience as smooth as possible. He sent over financial paperwork the night before with guidance in an effort to make our time at the dealership minimal. This was my first time purchasing a car via internet and Cody calmed my anxious nerves about this process as I have heard horror stories of bad faith dealers pulling bait and switches after agreeing to other terms. Cody was just as pleasant to work with in person that next day. He was very patient with my whole family as we had to drag our 3 year old and 7 month old in with us. There was zero pressure during this sales process. Cody was methodical in explaining the vehicles features and what to expect prior to each step of this car buying process. This is a small example of how detailed Cody was. After I made my walk-around and was finishing up the F&I process, Cody came up to my wife and I and told us that he was going to take our car to touch up some extra detailing because he found a small speck of adhesive that I wouldnt have found with a magnifying glass! He truly wants you to leave the lot wanting for nothing! Eric Sprague, finance manager, came into the process with the same confidence, competence, and easiness as the previous staff. He was eager to answer my wife and Is questions and broke all the financial jargon down to extremely simple terms. He explained all of our options without twisting our arms to make decisions that were not to our benefit. This sales team is exactly what the car buying industry needs. They were genuine, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. No schemes...no pushiness...no games. They are an honest group of people who stand by their product and truly try to find you great pricing. They were well worth the 100 mile drive to do business with. We love our new Atlas!

We had an appointment to have the computer flashed (a job that max takes an hour) on our passat at 9:30am. They told us they took it back at 10:00am but it was still in the same spot. They didnt actually take it back until 12:30pm or so (we could see open bays and people standing around). They finally finished at 2:00pm. 193$ and 4 hours wasted of our beach trip :^).

Great service, awesome staff. Got my car in and out the same day I call them about installing a new battery with zero fuss. A huge shout out to Al, the complimentary shuttle driver. That guy is awesome, and between the conversation and him being to quick to response for pick up and drop off, really made what is always a hassle a great experience.

I bought my car from them in April of this year. No complaints about the sales portion, minus the super pushy attitude to get GAP insurance since Im sure they get a nice cut of. My real problem is service. I figured the nature of my issue and being a first time customer would have made my experience a little better than it was. I took my car in for its 10k service. Had zero issues up to that point. Made an appointment and everything. Showed early and car was taken back on time. Service rep said should be 1 1/2 hours. Took 3 hours and two customers that came after me were gone and gone before me. Never a word the entire time from anyone on the progress. Eventually I saw my car being driven to the front. Figured someone would get me but waited over 20 minutes before I had to go and ask for my keys. 4 miles down the road the engine light, EPC light and caution light all turned on and the engine misfired a few times. I immediately called service to tell them what was going on and they just said you can bring it back by whenever but misfires happen and since the light inst blinking there is nothing to worry about. I made it to my work parking lot where I parked and took a look under the hood. I am not trained so I just looked for anything obvious. Turned car back on and everything was back to normal. The next day I started car and everything was ok. The weekend and the little I drove, everything was fine. Come Monday and backing up out of driveway and all lights came on and car started jerking like it was out of gas. I parked it, turned off engine and let it sit for a minute like on Thursday. Started back up and I was fine until I got close to work. Started all over again. As soon I could, I called back to service and was told someone would call me back. Hours later I got a call and I said its all happening again just like after service. The service rep got defensive and said it is pure coincidence and has nothing to do with what happened during service. That is a fair statement because if very well could have been but that is not good customer service. The service rep checked his schedule and said he was booked for the week. I asked if I could be squeezed in just so they could run the code and I was told no and there were other cars there waiting to be looked at. So no customer service skills, no care that I just bought car from dealer a few months prior and no concern for the safety of myself or my new car. Flow VW Winston just lost a customer. They might not care but loyalty matters to me. When I called the Flow VW in Greensboro they got me in immediately, checked on me while I waited, kept me up to date on what was going on, got me a loaner car and treated me like I have been a customer of theirs for years! I do not know how two VW dealers owned by the same person could have such night and day service. I am now a fan and customer of VW Greensboro. Anyone looking to buy or service a VW, GO TO GREENSBORO! Its worth the drive!
I had a very professional experience and everyone was helpful and friendly. The timing was 1 hour and it was perfect. I enjoyed the area, it was very clean, and I had a choice of snacks and coffee. It was truly a very good experience.
4000 miles into my 10,000 mile oil change, my oil light comes on. I checked the oil and there was absolutely no oil on the dipstick. I was near a grocery store at the time so I bought a couple quarts and scheduled an appointment with the dealer I always go to. they admitted they probably forgot to put the right amount of oil in ( that’s fine if you’re sautéing onions and peppers on the stove)!?Then they said they found a coolant leak!? (I’m mechanically inclined) I checked later when I got home and there was no signs of leaking... no drips or dampness anywhere around the water pump (where they said it was), they wanted to charge over $1000 for. however, they washed my car After :)

An easy in and out process! Becky talked me through other possible options for maintenance on my car (I was there for an oil change and car inspection), but she recommended a tire rotation if needed. But she they would only rotate them if truly needed and I agreed. I appreciated how she looked out for me as a customer and my needs. The waiting room was comfy and clean. They even had coffee and a variety of snacks!
The service here is always top-notch! The service manager is a super nice guy and always makes us feel welcome and special. I always trust them to care for my vehicles.

Everything! Service has been horrendous. Staff is rude, and not helpful. My car has been in your shop multiple times for the same problem & has yet to be completely fixed. The expensive warranty you guys sold me is useless. I am getting rid of this car immediately and not shopping with flow again. This is sad cause my family has used flow for many years and it’s gonna be a big transition away from shopping with you guys. Sadly, the service has been SO bad we are willing to transition no matter how hard.

Went in after my low tire indicator came on. I had recently had a new tire put on so it triggered the light. I was prepared to wait to have it reset, but when I told the service guy about it he immediately went out to my vehicle and reset it for me and showed me how to do it if it happens again next time. Great customer service, I was in an out in no time.
They were very busy when I arrived but the met me at my car and directed me where to park due to construction in the parking lot. They checked me in quickly and kept me updated on my cars progress. All the staff was friendly and respectful. Thanks for the quick service and washing my car

We had a sunroof drain clog which allowed water to collect in our floorboard but didn’t realize it until a terrible odor developed. Flow took us in, gave us a loaner, fixed the drain issue and replaced our carpet and padding at no cost. Love that VW warranty! It took them just 2 days to order the parts and get everything fixed up for us. We couldn’t be happier with the flexible scheduling and hospitality we received from Brian and Rebecca. Thanks again Flow!

Its taken me a little time to warm up to Flow Volkswagen, mostly my cars fault not theirs, but Im confident theyre the best place around for professional service on a vehicle that looks like its gonna need continued professional attention! Im satisfied their costs are fair and reasonable for the service they provide as well. Just hope they can put up with me!

Called in to make a appointment to get my oil changed. The service department is open until 6 pm. They would not make an appointment after 4 pm. I was bringing my own filter and oil. I did not know it took two hours to change oil on a 2017 Golf. Will do it myself.
Experience at the Service Department was incredible! Ordered service online for the next morning. When I arrived, they called me by name and had a shuttle waiting to escort me to my place of employment. The service was done quickly and impeccably and the detail was superb! I am happy to have found this dealership as a new resident to the area and will use them as long as live here!
I have always had good dealings with the service department as well as the sales department. Two years since I bought my GLI and never once did the service department try to charge me for something I don’t need. My brakes were Squeaky so I took my car in to be checked out today. They came back to tell me that my brakes were perfect and nothing was wrong with my car. I feel as though anywhere else I would have had to shell out at least $200 for brakes that I did not need. Thank you so very much!

I cant even begin to describe how awesome my experience was at Flow VW. Becky, one of the service folks, is excellent, kind and prompt and literally took care of everything I needed. She actually helped get me a loaner for the duration of my vehicles stay with them, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. They were able to diagnose and fix an issue another high profile dealer simply was unable to. They will be getting my future purchases (and service appointments) from here on out.The true mettle of a dealership should be based on something other than sales, since like, when youre buying a car, youre usually ecstatic and have nothing but nice things to say. This was well after the honeymoon phase, and they are the real deal. Highly recommended.
I love my 2016 Pure White Passat! I just had to have certain options and Traci Hitchcock and Chad Rogers made sure to get it done. They answered every question and kept me informed during the process. My family and I were in the area overnight on our way to our annual Myrtle Beach trip. My parents rental car had a flat tire in the morning when they went to go leave the hotel. They were instructed to visit the dealership to get tire plugged or replaced. Upon their arrival at the dealership, the service department was completely booked. However, the service advisors went above and beyond to get my parents tire plugged and get them on the road in no time (after Im sure hearing my moms sad story!) I just want to recognize these guys and this dealership for going above and beyond to ensure my family was not delayed on getting to our vacation. Thank you for taking care of them!
Bought a used car last week from Flow VW, and have to say it was one of the easiest/low pressured buys I have experienced! I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Henry Brown who is a nice hardworking family man just like myself. The other staff members who assisted were great as well! All around great and easy experience...would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
The people were very friendly, but didnt get the job done the first time. We returned to get our car worked on again and they did it in a very timely manner. I wouldnt mind going back to this place again. The waiting room was a little small, but had nice free snacks.

Hi,The service representative called me an quoted me a price to have the car fix, for over a thousand dollars. No options were provided.I took the vehicle to an specialist of German vehicles. Were provided options and the vehicle is being fix for less than half of what was quoted by your dealership.I am afraid that I will never take any of my vehicles, purchase a vehicle or recommend anyone to do business with any of the Flow dealerships.I think the $62 dollar charge for diagnostic + $4.65 shop charge (no idea what for) is excessive, even when it included the car wash.

I had an issue with my new car that wasnt corrected at another dealership that was quickly resolved by Flow Volkswagen. I highly recommend their service department!
