He always kept me updated on when my car was going to arrive and made the buying process as easy as possible. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and answered all questions I had. The Finance team worked very hard to make sure I was able to get a loan that was within my budget and answered and questions or concerns I had. Absolutely love my car. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car.

I had been car searching for months at different dealerships and I had saved Honda for last. And I honestly have no idea why I did. I had previously owned a Honda Civic, so I already knew that I loved the brand. But at the time I was just looking at any and every SUV that had 3 row seating. From the moment I walked in; to signing the papers, I had a wonderful experience. I met with Matt Swope, and it was the best car shopping process I’ve ever had. He was so nice and explained everything about the Pilot that I was interested in. He wasn’t pushy and he respected me as a customer. What an amazing experience I had with Chris Hoover ok 9/1/21. I originally went in to take home a 2016 Range Rover that Chris went out of his way to have delivered from GSO to his dealership just for me. That was the first Wow!!! After a closer look at the Range Rover it just wasn’t it…Chris took me to look at the Honda’s…no pressure at all as I already expressed I’m not really a Honda girl. Chris Hoover was super patient and supportive during my tour. Almost ready to call it day and head back home, I turn and one caught my eye. I have been taking my car to dealer for services in the past 5 years, and never had any problem. Shoutout to service advisor Anthony! He is always friendly and knowledgeable about car maintenance. He let me know what maintenance items needs to be done and never pressure me. He had my car washed even when I forgot to ask! The waiting area is a bit small but is always clean, and there is a McDonald right next to this location. They will call you when your car is ready.

I recently bit the perverbial bullet, and bought a 2017 Honda Pilot. With the market as crazy as it is at the moment, I was glad that their price was no over inflated. In fact, it was average of all the other dealers. The experience was excellent. They took my old beater kia on trade and I got more than what I thought for it.When I took delivery of the vehicle, they had it washed and waxed up, and the inside spotless. A gentleman was even there to show me all the tricks and gizmos of this new fangled auto.Even though it was after closing, he stuck around until my questions were answered. Very impressed.5 star service. No question.
Their service department was excellent! I do not remember who helped me with scheduling, but they were courteous and were sure to have the parts needed unlike other Honda places I had tried scheduling my recall repairs at. Drop off and pick up were easy, and Ryan was exceptional at keeping me up to date! I will definitely come back here for my service needs when I am in town!

Weve bought from various Flow dealerships over the last 15 years and always had a courteous, professional experience with them. Called them twice. They called me several times to secure a deal but since I didn’t want to finance with Honda, a deal never came to fruition. Once I said I had my own financing or would pay cash, no call back. They lost a sale and do not care because of the loan kickbacks they get. So, if you’re paying cash or using a different financial institution, forget dealing with them. They’ll say a manager will call you back and it won’t happen.
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, but the staff (specifically Bill, Mia, Ashley, and Amanda) at Flow Honda made the process easy and understandable. My situation was complex due to complications with my trade-in and my desire to register/ title my new vehicle in a state thousands of miles away, but the finance and compliance staff worked hard to make the process seamless.I never felt like the staff was trying to sell me things that I didnt need, and they were even responsive/ accommodating when I unexpectedly needed to cancel my VSC a couple weeks after purchasing my vehicle. Overall, I felt the prices were fair and the people were trustworthy. I’d recommend this dealer if you are looking to buy a new Honda.
I bought a 2021 Honda Accord Sport on September 10th and could not be happier. I checked with several different dealers, and they told me that car manufacturers were discontinuing cars in favor of trucks and SUVs and that new cars were being held up in production because of the lack of computer chips. But 10 minutes with Jaime Morales at Flow Honda and I found exactly the car I wanted. I traded in my 2008 Ford Mustang and got good money for it. The Accord takes the hills and corners as well as the Mustang does, which was what I was looking for. My brother-in-law, who owns a Honda CRV, came with me and was impressed with both the car and the operation. Also thanks to Jonathan, who got me a great deal financing the Accord.
I just purchased my second used car from Flow Honda. The first was purchased for my son when he turned 16. He recently had an accident that totaled the car so I returned to Flow Honda and found another car that is perfect for him and in exceptionally good condition. Korban Faircloth was our sales associate and he was exceptionally helpful! I was not in a position to purchase until we had the information from the insurance company. He was helpful in trying to find ways I could go ahead and purchase the car, but not at all pushy. If youre in the market for a car (new or used) I highly recommend both Flow Honda & Korban Faircloth - you will not be disappointed.

It was a very unpleasant experience. If our daughter had not wanted the car so badly, then we would have left! The salesperson was not competent. Additionally, the person in finance tried to give us a hard sell for things we did not want. The pressure applied was unnecessary and rude! The two folks directly helping us tried to sale the car to someone else as I was going to pick up a cashier’s check to pay the down payment to them. Total disrespect!! There was no regard for our word! Lastly, the car was not detailed, it was brought to us dirty as well. I would never do business with Flow Honda again!!! Poorest buying experience of my lifetime!!!

We had by far the best car purchase experience ever at Flow Honda of Winston-Salem this week (been buying cars for over 70 years!). First, I cannot say enough nice things about the courteous and informative staff - especially our sales rep Mike Schmitt. He was excellent at arranging several different test drives for us and was always respectful of our time. He gave us the appropriate amount of information about the vehicles we tested - never pushy at all. He made the final purchase process effortless (as did the entire staff including the General Manager Brian Nicolay and sales consultant Jonathan Rossman). The car was ready to go and all the papers signed in about an hour - fantastic job! We look forward to purchasing future Honda vehicles from Flow Honda!

My wife made an appointment to have her Odyssey checked due to an issue with the battery. They asked her if she was going to wait prior to the appointment and she said yes. She gets to the appointment and she was told they wouldnt be able to even look at her car for an hour and a half. I had the same experience with Parkway Ford. I will not spend another dollar at either location. It is completely unacceptable if you offer appointments to wait an hour and a half before even looking at the car.

There is a sign to the service department that masks are required. However, I arrived 20 minutes before the service department opened and waited outside the bay door. I counted only 1 out of about 7 staff wearing masks, ignoring social distancing, talking right next to each other, and then everyone putting on a mask the minute they opened the doors (and even then one still didnt wear one). I do not want to be around an entire group of people who are only wearing masks because they are forced to, and who obviously are not being safe at all times. If they are doing the bare minimum required by law to save our lives during a pandemic, I am not going to trust them to take care of my car, much less give them my business.
My son decided he was going to buy a brand new car (the 1st by himself) and he found one he loved on the Flow Honda site. He secured financing and insurance before he got to the lot. He scheduled an appt to test drive it yesterday. When he got there, he was told the battery on the car he wanted was dead. They were going to replace the battery so he decided he would still buy it. Then they couldnt find the car and the car with the dead battery wasnt even the right car. He tried to call 2 or 3 times today for an update and could get no assistance. He filled out the online request form and no one called him back. Crown Honda in Greensboro had the same car and color he wanted, so guess what? He bought the car from Crown. He was there less than 4 hours and had test driven, agreed on a price, signed the paperwork AND went to the bank. Flow texted him this evening. He said he isnt even responding back. This was a guaranteed sale. He had his mind made up before he even got to the lot and Flow just let him walk. In this day and time how do you lose a car that has a panic button? Even with 3 lots, all youd have to do is hit that on the fob and youd find the car pretty quickly...... Horrible customer service!
I bought my 2017 Honda Accord in 2018 at Flow Honda. I recently started having issues with my infotainment center where it would freeze. I brought it in twice and still had the issue after I left the second time. I’ve also had other issues with service both times they’ve rotated my tires . I called the manager of the service center to address the issue and he said he’d call me right back. It’s now been two days without a call. I contacted Honda through their site and have had no response. The customer service was poor, it was apparent they lacked communication and I’m beginning to doubt the work was actually done. I’ve been a Honda fan for over 30 years. I no longer have any faith in Flow Honda and I don’t think I’ll ever buy a Honda again due to their poor customer service and quality issues.
This is perhaps the first truly negative review I’ve written on Google, and Flow Honda Peters Creek has earned it. (They’d get 0 stars if it were an actual option.)My mother of 76 years - a mere shadow of the light she once was - went into Flow Honda Peters Creek for an oil-change in November 2020. Meanwhile, she was approached by two associates and they talked her into leasing a new car. First of all, there was absolutely nothing wrong with her vehicle to begin with. In fact...A key to the story is she had driven onto the lot with her shiny blue 2015 Honda CR-V with low miles. They offered her a poor trade-in exchange (thousands less than Kelly Blue Book) for a new car that she’d lease for 36 months, with an option to own by dropping a mere $19K+ payout at that time (thousands of payment dollars later and thousands lost as a trade-in). My mother expressed how confusing the whole process was, and how she felt pressured.” When I ask details about the lease, she still expresses clear confusion, which Flow Honda would have clearly been able to observe.After spending a few hours there, and having sat with several different departments (thereby laying smokescreen that makes it difficult to implicate responsibility on any one person), my mother left the parking lot leasing a car. Instead of owning the car, as my family has always done, she was cajoled into a less savory option. AND they got her 2015 CR-V in exchange, which they then sold a few weeks later at a wonderful mark-up. I sure hope no one has bragged on Flow Hondas lot about this “customer steal”.Many conversations with management and “apologies” later, there’s still no satisfactory option for my mother.My advice: keep your wits about you and, please, don’t go to Flow Honda if you’re not in the best mental state. Shame on them!
Paid 500 dollars for a tune up and fuel injection cleaning. They forgot to mention my engine air filter needed to be changed. Had to go to precision tune because my car couldn’t breathe. This was my first bad experience
Brought Honda Civic in for A/C condenser leak that was under warranty. Anthony and team fixed it no problem without magically finding something else wrong that just happened to not be covered under the warranty. Will drive the extra miles from GBoro to have my car serviced here again.

I had fantastic service at Flow Honda in Winston Salem with my secondlease from them. Amanda was the sales person and she was excellent!Every member of the Honda staff who took part in my lease were veryprofessional and helpful! I would like to add Jocelyn and Ashley to excellent service and help!! I have another name to add for excellent service. Michael Martin emailed copies to me that I needed for DMVright away!
Dont do it! Once they get your money theyre done with you. Had a couple of small easily resolved issues that they did not care about after the sale. All they want is your money they dont care about anything after that.
Wow I’m really saddened to write this. I bought my first and second cars here about 6 years ago. I am a single mom and was upfront about my special needs. If they couldn’t be accommodated then no big deal just don’t waste my time.The only reason they got two stars was negotiating was fair and easy. The people *except the receptionist* were kind. The lady at the front desk was just rude. I’m front the north and so is she so I’m not mistaking her “Yankeeness” for rudeness. She seemed bothered I walked in the door - only to continue with a personal conversation shortly after on her phone.The sales man was nice but clearly not informed by internet that I had very little time.After we agreed on pricing and I left the dealership they forgot about me. It felt as though they didn’t need the sale. Still haven’t got a phone call back. It was like I was begging them to sell it.So I called Crown Honda 15 minutes before close and within 30 minutes they beat flows price had financing ready to go. This was all with me verbally telling them what I needed and they left 10 minutes ago dropping off my new car for me (I live in Winston). I still haven’t had a return call from Flow....and my last text and voicemail was I was ready to move forward. I was told I would get a call last night or this morning. Still nothing.
Is it the new normal that you cannot ask a service advisor a question? Why are you sent directly to someone to schedule? I may not need to schedule. In the early 2000s I purchased an Accord from Flow and received excellent customer service, from the sales experience to the service department. Purchasing again in 2020, I can say things have changed, and not for the better. I have had multiple encounters of the same. I am thoroughly disappointed. And Im certain my car/account will be flagged because of this entry, but willing to take the risk in hopes of improvement.The exception to all of this is the body shop. They are excellent to work with!!!!
I am writing this review because I had to.The overall experience was good. I didnt get the Mazda I wanted because they wouldnt allow me to trade in for a Mazda but then Jonathon pushed me for a brand new Honda Civic, in which I had to say no TWICE because I am not a Honda fan (no offense to Honda lovers). However, if I said NO once.. that means NO. If I have to say NO more than once... its the end of the road. No deal. I was unfazed but felt a little disrespected by that.... That was the sole reason for three stars.However, I am thankful they had a young woman named Cat that helped interpret with all the best she could that made things smoothly. She was a really nice person and I was impressed. Overall, the people there is really friendly. Just watch out for PUSHY salespeople.If you guys are looking for brand new Hondas, I RECOMMEND them. If you are looking for vehicles other than Honda... Just hope theyre willing to work with you... especially the banks as theyre the ones making decisions (stupid, I know.)Just disappointed the deal didnt go through, but if I am a huge fan of Hondas, Flow Honda WILL be the only one location I will buy Hondas from. Otherwise.... I wouldnt go back.
Scheduled an appt for oil change this morning and when I get there they say its gonna take 2 hrs. Why do appointments?? Very disappointed with the attitude of service tech as it seemed he could care less about me being there
We called and made an appointment to come look at two different cars. One was there, the other was at our other dealership and then it was just sold today. The salesman, Jaime, didnt want to talk to us, just gave us the key and went back inside. After the test drive he was sitting with other people and one of his team took the key from us and went and talked to a manager. We were left standing in the middle of the dealership completely ignored. The car was exactly what we wanted but nobody in the dealership was interested in having us buy it. 5 minutes standing around thinking someone would get back to us, we decided to look at other cars. 10 minutes of doing that and a guy came out, Terry, a very nice guy and asked us if we could be helped. By then I wouldnt give them a nickle of my money to save my life. We were totally blown off by this dealership. Even after we called, made a reservation, showed up on time and had a check from our bank in hand.

When you walk in, you are greeted, taken care of like family, and are given the absolute best service possible. The team here makes sure that you are comfortable and pleased with your service. My family and I have been visiting this facility for many years now, with our entire family purchasing a combined total of 32 cars as of today. When I had to get my skid plate repaired, he got down on the ground (with his professional clothes btw) gave me his opinion, and treated my car as if it was his. I am glad to say that my skid was repaired, and came out cheaper than what I was quoted for over the phone. Throughout the entire process, I received text messages during my wait to update me on my repair service, in addition to remind me to text him back if I needed anything during my visit. It is apparent that customer service and reassurance is present within the work ethic of the employees here.If you are looking for a dealership that will treat you and take care of you like family, in addition to giving you the best deals and working around your needs, concerns, and preferences, this is the dealership you want to be at. If not, then you’re missing out. On a lot.
For a first time car buyer I cannot recommended anywhere else to find a perfect vehicle to match your needs and budget except at Flows. The process was quick, individualized, and stress free. My consultant Will Conrad as well as Dustin Johnson did everything in their power to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price. The amount of services available are unbelievable! They do everything from making sure your insured to having a clean, detailed car that has a full tank of gas!!! A special thanks to Mr. Conrad for helping me understand the process throughly with honesty and making sure I received all services possible while finding the vehicle I wanted!! The young lady that helped us sign our contract was helpful and polite. We have driven Hondas for many years and will continue to. Loving our new Civic.
I just called and verified, they have an admin fee of $600.00. Look...tax, tag, and title cost $75-100 at most, especially for used vehicles. A friend told me they were trying to charge this admin fee, so when I called to verify that they do, I told them to go somewhere else. No thanks. Thats just another way for them to take money from you, or haggle on the price but add on this fee so they can still make the money out the door. Just deceptive, and dishonest from a huge brand like Flow. Disappointing to hear.
During December, 2020, I settled on purchasing a new 2020 Honda Civic coupe, Touring trim, which Honda no longer offers. Having located only two Touring coupes on the entire eastern seaboard, I drove from DC to Flow Honda in Winston-Salem, NC because they had one in silver metallic. Their online preparation, service, professionalism, communication, and straightforward manner were very much appreciated. I would not describe the final dollar amount as a great deal, but it was OK, especially given that there were only two Touring coupes available within a reasonable distance. I was impressed by Flow Honda employees knowledge, honesty, and ability to articulate the details, clearly and concisely. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.This is our fourth Honda and our second Civic coupe. If you can live with two doors, then you might want to take a test drive, while you still can. The turbo-charged 1.5 liter engine and CVT transmission is a very well balanced system in the coupe. Some folks have scoffed at the CVT transmission, for various reasons. But in the Touring coupe, the combination works. We traded in a 2018 Civic coupe LX that we really liked. But the Touring and EX models are much better.
