All tobacco and vape stores are not created equal. Stratus is a cut above any other Ive been in. Clean. Uncluttered. The staff are always cool and knowledgeable.

Terrible inventory, poor employees arent trained for anything vape related. Refused a sale because inventory was wrong and would get yelled at for selling. Absolute joke of a vape store. A head shop at best. Definitely needs a management shift.If youre a college kid from down the road wanting a Juul, thats about the only thing this store is good for.

The store is always clean. Great employees! Its also a great place for all your hemp lneeds, flower or concentrate. Go check it out, you will love it & you will keep going back.

Ive been to this shop more times than I can count and have never had an issue. I like their products and their staff has always been friendly, even if they didnt know much about what I was asking for.However, today I went in and was shopping aroundI merely picked up a very small, probably $5-$10 bag of kratom to see if it had anything listed on the back.It was slightly behind the edge of a counter. Instead of saying hey, please dont do that, ask us to let you see this item I had a guy come up to me, red eyed, telling me that I need to leave and that I could be charged with theft for picking up this FIVE DOLLAR item to look at it closer, which I was also placing back on the rack before he was on his way over to confront me.After apologising, I was still shunted and told to leave immediately.Needless to say they have lost a customer and I will not be giving the usual recommendations I used to give to friends in the area.I thought people in this business would be more a part of the community where we welcome each other and are courteous. I was wrong.

Have been twice in the past week to get replacement coils and still have not gotten the right ones. Handed the coil to the employee the second time and still came home with the wrong ones. They are super nice and gave me a refund from the first time. Needless to say I’m a tad aggravated with the situation. I’ll probably still purchase vape juice from this location due to the fact they have amazing flavor options, but I will have to find somewhere else to buy coils.

Fantastic customer service. Great selection of products and very competitive pricing. Glad I found them.Edited...Just made my second visit today. A different employee helped me and he was equally as nice and helpful!Editing again! My first 2 visits was great. Both my husband and myself have went back a few times since and the employees we dealt with was totally clueless. Unfortunately we will not be returning 😕 So sad to see such a great business go down the crapper because they cant staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees.

The staff was really friendly & knowledgeable about their own products as well as ones they did not carry. Went to another popular tobacco shop in town & staff didnt even know about their own products. Their inventory was clearly cultivated by people who know what they are talking about. Quality products for fair prices too.

This is a decent head shop. good selection, good prices, good customer service. im leaving a review because the other day, i stopped by during my morning errands not realizing that they werent open yet. i happened to get there the same time as the owner, and he let me in to pick up what i needed and couldnt have been nicer. thanks!!

The best bang for your buck if you buy vapor juice or devices. Staff is friendly and very helpful almost 90% of the time. Also the vape juice is literally 70% cheaper than competitors in the area they have clean and quick service to help you find what you need. And if your in the business to quit smoking they can help you in many different ways.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The environment is clean and has an open feeling. They offer a rewards system as well. This is definitely my favorite vape shop in the area. Oh and did I mention the prices? Theyre very reasonable!

Will not return to this store ever again. This store has been out of the coils for my Tank for 3+ months. They told me that the would order them on multiple occasions. Yesterday, I was told that every one was having trouble getting this particular coil and that it was out of stock everywhere. Then the sales associate told me that if I gave him my tank so he could throw it away he would give me 15% off a new tank. So I have checked multiple website and called other shops in the area and it seems they have no problems getting the coils I need. So, will happily drive to another store. Dishonestly= One less customer.

Nice, helpful and friendly staff. Great prices on all things vape, even a small selection of clearance juice, sometimes Tanks, RDA’s and even mods. Can’t say enough about this shop, it will always be my go-to.

Ive been coming here since they first opened this location. Alongside of having a great selection of coils/mods/tanks etc., they have the absolute best of juices. Most are reasonably priced but here you definitely get what you pay for. The best part of the shop are the friendly employees that are always happy to answer questions and offer suggestions based off experiance and not just to sell you as much as possible. Best place in Winston to buy juice.

I’ve been coming here for a while. Mostly good experiences. I’ve been buying the berry blend Naked brand vape juice from the same guy for a while. I went in recently to buy another bottle, he pulls the menthol bottle off the shelf. I had no idea it was the berry menthol. I didn’t realize it until I vaped it. Tried to go back to exchange within an hour, told me they can’t do that, even though it was the exact same guy who sold it to me. In my retail experience, if a regular, valued customer needs to exchange something because of a mistake the employee made, you exchange it. They lost my business.

Stood in line to wait for attendant and they helped the person behind me first. Immediately walked out. Wont be coming back.

Im traveling out of town for work and picked this place out of a line up on Google search. Brandon was great help and patient (he read me the flavor options because I am blind and cant read that far away lol) very nice and good service. Fair prices for an in store vape shop experience. Very disappointed in the shop! I purchased a BB Tank and tried to attach my cartridge to it and it did not work. A few days later I tried to return it. I was informed that all purchases were final and regardless of defect they would not exchange it. Of course they dont tell you that before you purchase anything. I will not support or recommend the business.

Prices have regularly been raised to the point some of their products are double the price of nearby compeitors, they do keep a wide selection of products, have good staff, and a clean store

Called and was told they had the item I was looking for went to the store and was sent to several different location in the store and couldnt find the item ask a store employer and she said we have been out of that item and we have no idea when we will restock. And the owner came from the back he told!!

I walked in knowing very little about vaping in general and these guys (who were extremely knowledgeable yet didn’t flaunt it) managed to get me up to speed and ready to rock in less than 15 mins with the perfect setup I had envisioned (at a decent rate, to boot) so I would absolutely recommend this shop to both to new folks and experienced vape enthusiasts!Thanks for the help, guys!
