This is a small cigar lounge owned by J.D. Wilson. There are three high quality air purifiers that clean the air without removing the conditioned air. This space is basically a two bedroom home, but its perfect for right now as he grows his business.The cigar selection is small, but orders have been made. The owner is neat guy who is all about providing a clean comfortable place for cigar smokers to gather and watch the games, the news, or time pass as they partake in the pasttime of smoking cigars. Im there three times a week.It brings together local cigar smokers, many who already know each other. This breeds a sense of familiarity and comfort.Its missing a full supply of smokes. We bring our own cigars and pay a membership.

The cashier was rude after she got mad because I laughed at her offering of a bag for my single cigar. I did not intend to offend, my apology at the perceived slight was met with disdain.

Great cigar lounge to go to Winston-Salem! They have a nice variety of cogars, their staff is very friendly. The night I came into the area when I had visited, Cynthia had helped me, made me a cup of coffee to enjoy my cigar, and the seating in the lounge is very comfortable.

Nice atmosphere inside for a quick grab. The cigars are well kept and the gentlemen working was very knowledgeable of the products they supplied. I had an oversized vehicle so parking was tight but still accessible. Only 4 star this round since it was just a quick grab and didnt enjoy the lounge area that is provided. Definitely more t follow since I will be going back when Im in the local area.

This place has THE BEST selection around. A great, knowledgeable staff is always happy to help you find the perfect stick for any occasion.

This place makes you feel at home.... literally, it was converted from a house but that lends to the feeling that youre home amongst family. Speaking of family, the staff all learn your name within seconds of walking in and makes you feel like just that...family. The owner walks around mingling with the customers and enjoys a cigar with you in the lounge. Several TVs are available as well. Im not in the area often but will stop in whenever I am. Parking is tight but the staff was so great I cant even dock them a star for it. Just park cautiously

Bethany and J.D. are so friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing after a long day (or week) at the office. Its nice to have a place to go and just sit, smoke, and unwind. Everyone Ive met here is just so nice and welcoming. Their selection of cigars is unique in that they feature a variety of boutique cigars, as well as well-known brands. There is definitely something for everyone. If you havent been here, what are you waiting for? Come on over and check them out!

Great environment we felt welcomed from the first visit. Their cigar selection was vast, with price points for all budgets. The owners provided authentic customer service which is rare these days. TLC Lounge is a safe and mature setting. Truely a hidden gem of the city!!!

The place was quaint and cozy with the air of authenticity. The quality of service was amazing, I felt at home instantly. The rooms conducive for conversation. My first experience at a cigar lounge and certainly not my last!

This store gets 1 star, I wish I could put No stars. I called to ask a question and instead the store associate keeps hanging up the phone and keeps saying I am a company very rude of her. I guess Professionalism is not high on their priority list. I will never go in here, while I am visiting my family.

Stopped by and had a cigar. Wonderful place! Very comfortable and the selection was great. Will be stopping in again soon.

Found this place using the Where to Smoke app when I was in the area. Great little place, with three cozy smoking rooms. 6 chairs in each room. 2 of the rooms have a large TV. 4th room is retail area with several cabinet humidors. Owners Bethany and JP were extremely friendly and hospitibal. Spent a few hours here and had some great conversations. Will definitely be back here anytime Im in the area.

Great place to go and relax with great conversations! JP and his wife provide that top notch southern hospitality! You can tell they took their time in the upkeep of their cigars.
