They will swindle you, you can sell the most valuable expensive item and that woman will wreck your day treating your item like a 10% value of what its really worth, find another place this one isnt it. They have absolutely nothing in their store either. Yet youre desperately needing quick cash just to get by on bills cause jobs just wont cut it at the moment.

Absolutely horrible people to work with! I live over an hour away I call because they do not have a website and they did have the ring I ask for but refused to send me a picture due to policy!! ALL of the other shops I have talked to have been more than accommodating and much more helpful. Definitely wouldnt reccomend!!!

I saw a 4K TV here and a sound bar that seemed really great. The prices were high compared to other places but you can put on Layaway, which I did after a deposit. I went back to make a payment and wanted to take the sound at since I had enough to cover the cost. They did not allow me, stating that I needed to pay in full 1st before taking any item. I could not just take one. I was then away on a trip and sent my son to make a payment on July 16. They advised him that the items were returned to the floor and sold because I was suppose to put more money by July 6th. They told him that the items and all money paid were lost. I figured that he misunderstood and that the money I had paid till that point would be credited towards another item. Upon returning from my trip I went back with the intentions of buying something else and sure enough they said the money was also lost, that was there NEW policy.. First they never even gave a me a call to say a payment was due and nowhere in the store is this policy posted. I will never do business with them again. I checked with National Pawn and they do call you a few times and if you don’t show they return the items to the sales floor but CREDIT the money you deposited. As far as I am concerned Cash America are thieves and kept my money for nothing. A blatant theft of services. BE AWARE!!!

Second time Ive bought An electronic device from here, They would not show me that it functined properly because they had no way to hook it home. Employee stated to my face that every device it tested properly, but when I take it home. It doesnt work.

They scratched the surfaces and ate brownies around my iMAC and XBOX One ;they even doused it with mud. I cant beleive what I saw. There was a long stretch of thin poo on my keyboard; my DVD didnt work; and my mouse and com were severely scratched. The staff have serious issues; especially the one with the horrid nose ring; and that store manager with the unkept doo. The Store Manager returned some merchandise at a prior location without my custom mouse and E-thernet cord years back. If I would have known she was here I would not have taken my latest App. BEWARE!

Courteous staff, large inventory and well arranged store

Rude. Cant look you in the eye. One person said yes then another woman jumped in and started saying this. th7s etc. Said no and walked away without so much as a hello. Cold insensitive and rude as hell. Stay well away from these jerks!

Most rude employees I’ve ever seen, also they will rip you off they sold my friend a broken Xbox and me a fake gold chain and when u tried to turn it in they said too bad.

Rude service. High prices. Shut this place down.
