The service was beyond what I expected, plus he took the time to explain to me in full details of how to use my new hearing aides. I felt like I meant some to him. Love the service I was giving.

I visited HearingLife to get my hearing aid checked because it had stopped working and the personnel jumped right in on it. Parts had to be replaced but I had it back in less than a week. The service was surprisingly good. I recommend.

Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable about their product. There was a problem with the program my insurance uses, which resulted on about 30 extra minutes time at the center, but it was finally resolved and aids have been ordered and should be arriving in the next week.

All the 5 star reviews Ill bet came from before Jon had been replaced. I am not impressed at all with the new guy. He is not as knowledgeable and is completely unable to set up my hearing aids with my phone. I am very disappointed. Update 7-24-20. Went in for an appointment Chris the new guy never said hello or came out if his office. Jon would have never done that!!

I got hearing aids for relief from tinnitus. Helped tremendously. Jon and Crystal were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them for tinnitus.

My story is simple. I went to a big box store and an impulse buy had me with the best hearing aids on the planet....well not so. I had all types of issues. I gave them a 2 week trial and I knew I needed to do something else. The whistling was driving me crazy. I researched and called AccuQuest. Crystal answered and I explained my situation. Within 5 minutes she had made me an appointment that day. Then I met Jon Working with him was an awesome experience. He did the testing and within 30 minutes he had me fitted with hearing aids. What a difference. Jon explained in depth where I was with my hearing loss and with his experience and algorithms......I was on my way to not having to say huh all the time. Im in my second week and my HAs needed a little twicking to accommodate my hearing comfort levels, which Jon quickly took care of. Im very satisfied with the service. Everything from my hearing loss, test and fitting of my aides was explained in depth. So you can look around, get the car salesman pitch on your purchase of HAs or you can save time and go see Crystal and Jon. You will be glad you did.
