The boba we had was great, and we also tried the coffee which was typical latte, but good as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will return when we are in the area!

This is my favorite Boba Place, I come here at least once a week and my friends love it! The atmosphere is amazing and you always feel welcome. 100% my favorite boba place in all of Winston. The glass straws also make it so much more enjoyable. :) (the guy who is usually there looks like brad pitt too)

I gained 4 lbs eating gelato across Italy and this far exceeds anything I’ve had! The flavors are AMAZING! I haven’t had anything yet I didn’t like! The flavors rotate regularly and it’s always fresh!

I feel bad because a lot of the reviews of this place are great but I tried to get boba today and ended up just leaving because I was standing there for 20 minutes just to get my order taken and wouldve been longer. There was only one guy working there and I understand that finding people to work is hard right now. I hope you can find others soon. I was looking forward to this..EDIT: I spoke with someone at the cafe on Reynolda and she helped to put things into perspective. Super appreciative of the kindness and communication!

This place is amazing and we love going! The gelato is so good we order it in pints and the boba is the best weve had. I get strawberry and extra tapioca pearls and they dont even charge for the extra pearls. The staff are all super friendly and nice not to mention the amazing boba and gelato flavors. 11/10 so delicious.

Store was very busy, had one guy serving a lot of people. Although I had a wait in line and a shorter wait on my order, I completely understand why. The guy was working really hard and was very friendly and explanative to everyone waiting.Otherwise, great product. Delicious as always! Would highly recommend to anyone that likes boba and/or gelato.

First visit to this adorable shop, my niece loved the mixed berry gelato. I got the strawberry boba shake and was not very impressed, not sweet, and was so warm the ice melted as soon as it was in my hand, tasted like cardboard. My brother got the kiwi with strawberry popping boba and was not satisfied. Wonderful environment and staff. I feel that I should have left 2 stars but I know how that affects business and the owner was kind.

Great variety of flavors for both gelato and sorbet, and you really cant go wrong with any of their teas! I havent tried the coffee selection yet, but Im eager to give that a shot next time. Youve gotta come in and play the jukebox!

My 7 year old niece googled the Boba Tea and found this place, she absolutely loved her strawberry Boba tea.

Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to try the gelato. There was one employee working and we waited more than 40 minutes without being greeted or having our order taken. We were one of 4 groups of customers that finally walked out after waiting an unreasonable amount of time.

Staff was very friendly! The boba tea was off the charts!! A person in our party cracked the cup, and the staff was so nice about it! They gave her a new drink for free and they cleaned up the mess, they also didnt make her feel bad about it! The most unique thing here is the jukebox! Its so much fun and you can play it for free! Great experience, and would recommend to anyone!

This place is great! I went here for the first time today and everything was so good.My boyfriend and I got mango gelato, lychee fruit tea with passion fruit boba, and peach fruit tea with mango boba. Frankly the mango gelato tastes more like a mango than an actual mango fruit. The lids for the boba cups are adorable with little hello kitty looking characters. Not to mention the paper straws, Im all for biodegradable items.The vibe in the store is wonderful as well. It has an old jukebox that plays classic rock that I absolutely adored. The artwork on the walls also has the same classic rock vibe and the lighting was immaculate. It was warm with a few neon lights.The man working there was super nice and patent with us as we figured out our order. I dont know if he was the owner or not, I just assume so.Payment was super accessible, they accept several kinds of online payment like Google pay and have a neat scanner that you just touch your card to.

A huge selection of 10-15 or more flavors, and ALL of them over-the-top delicious. We ended up making 3 trips... 2 with take out during or first stay in W-S. Always a clean, friendly, and fun place to visit. Were from out of town, but we always make sure to stay within walking distance. This is our 3rd trip to W-S in 3 years and we keep going back. My wifes current favorite is the grapefruit. Plenty of free, off-street parking beside the nondescript one-story building.

Wonderful gelato and sherbet. You never know what he will offer but that doesnt matter because everything I have had there is wonderful. The chocolate is always available but other choices switch out. Last time I went he had a wonderful pineapple sorbet that was even better than the chocolate cherry swirl gelato also on offer that night.

The girls and I stopped in today and loved it. I had an Almond Boba tea which was delicious and the girls had chocolate chip gelato. They both raved about it, thanks Christopher for making our hang out even more fun. The shop looks lovely too!

My family and I go here all the time and love it! This location at Hawthorne has Bobas (bubble tea), and they are amazing. You can even make a boba float. I like the strawberry boba with a scoop of lemon sorbet :) Im lactose intolerant and love the fact that they make most of their fruit flavors as sorbets. Its a great place for vegans! My husband and son eat their gelatos and love them.
