My rating is strictly for the customer service of store manager Larry Daniels, I usually receive great service and meals at this location. This is the first time I have experienced bad customer service. On 7/12/21 I purchased a Dairi-O All-Star Salad. As I ate the salad I noticed a lot of browned edges and shriveled pieces, which I picked out. However, I then found mold in my salad which I do have a picture of. I drove back to the restaurant to inform the manager, Larry Daniels. I opened my salad and showed him the mold while expressing my deep concern as I am pregnant. He said he didnt see anything, repeatedly. His customer service was extremely poor, he showed no concern and asked if I wanted another, as if fresh salad had been delivered within the time I had ordered and left, to the time I proceeded back to the restaurant. I asked for a refund, he gave it to me. The biggest issue was the lack of concern and not stating that anything would be done with the molded salad, I would hope he didnt sell it to anyone else until getting fresh salad delivered. I spoke with Heidi at headquarters who did express that she wanted to correct the problem, and Pam who did express the deep concern that Larry should have displayed. I hope he reconsiders his position on similar matters, being in charge of an establishment that is selling products that if not properly examined could be harmful to developing humans.

Good fast food spot with a slightly different menu than the more common fast food dynasties

Great food and quick service. Friendly and professional staff. My daughter loves the sweet potato waffle fries and chicken sandwich. I love the Chicken Jalapeno Salad.

If you want to be the crowd you need to go on a weeknight. I have enjoyed going to Dario. The Ice Cream is incredibly good. My wife and I took a friend who has never been to Dario and they have told us they would come back. Its a fantastic restaurant and I will continue to go there every once in a while. I highly recommend this place. Food is good and I have never had a bad experience at Dario.

Only negative was no coke products. Food was DELICIOUS, service was friendly & quick, and their ice is better than their competitors! Iced tea was refreshing & very fresh. The boys loved their ice cream!

We got in and was eating within 7 minutes of ordering. The dining area and bathrooms were very clean. The only issue we had was the lock in the mens restroom stall didnt work properly. Besides that the staff was friendly and the meal was good.

Fantastic fast food joint! They’ve got a large variety and the restaurant was extremely clean. I had the bbq and it was pretty good. The shakes are great as well! 32 flavors of hand scooped ice cream and 10 flavors of soft serve will keep the entire family pleased. The staff was friendly and ran like a well-oiled machine. Extremely quick service.

Delicious! Omg! The hot dog is to die for! The fries are super yummy! I also got an Oreo shake and it was pretty good too! They ask for your name and we went to pay and even after giving our name the girl rang us wrong 🤭🤪! But they fixed it. My son ordered their chicken tenders and was also pleased. We don’t have a dairy-O in Fayetteville so I was excited to try and the hot dog was delicious!! The inside is open and there is curb pick up and drive thru. We hit up the drive thru because we were traveling with our dog.

Best hotdogs around!! I could eat them every day.

I went here to get ice cream and a milkshake with my friend. There were plenty of flavors to choose from and the staff was extremely friendly! They helped my friend select a flavor and made recommendations for her. We both loved what we got!

I try to support local restaurants/fast food in the area but Dario‘s has to be the least favorite on the list at the moment. It never fails that when I receive my order it is wrong. I am always missing food. Whether I check it while I’m in drive-through or if I check when I get home and I live within a 2 mile radius from there. I order ice cream in cone and what do they do, they bring it in a cup. Then they tell me “oh that’s how they made it” but that’s not how I ordered my ice cream. I want it in a cone. The managers are of no assistance and even some of the workers.There needs to be someone with more experience working the drive-through along with the younger employees to ensure that cars are getting there food. Keep cars moving and make sure the younger employees are out there doing what they’re supposed to.Just left there and an entire order was missing from my bag. I call back and you tell me there’s nothing you can do. We are closing and Just come back with my receipt another time but guess what, I don’t want to have to keep doing that. I want my order to be correct and not wrong all the time. Also, the wait to get ice cream through drive-thru takes too long for one or two scoops of ice cream. Please do better. There are people who want to support your establishment.

Love this restaurant, the hotdogs are incredible and the hot fudge cake is my favorite desert around. The only problem is the drive through. The 2 lines after ordering make it hard for people who have already been given their food to get past those in front of them who are still waiting, I feel like it would be better to have 2 lines when ordering rather than 2 when receiving food.

Food is great, basically an upscale Cookout, however, this particular location has customer service issues.

Pita Burger is great. Onion Rings were hot and delicious (although they cool fast). Will be going back.Con:Not sure about the employees outside the building at the windows. They lean into both the buildings DT windows to pay on POS, probably should use tablets (CBS NorthStar or Toast) and to delivery food. Not wanting to hit someone in the Drive Thru Lane, have them overhanging/peering into my car window (🤣Good thing, I was wearing my Pants).

I went there 10-24-21 and I paid $5 for one scoop of ice cream.. it was very small it didnt even reach into the cone and it was terrible whoever they had scooping the ice cream that day does not need to be doing it

Your first time eating at a Dairi-O. We will definitely go back when near one. We are from NC and never heard of them. Loved the variety of food. Courteous and professional staff. All of the food was delicious.

Extremely good fast food, excellent salads and other healthy options. Always very busy, so it is a little slow getting to the pickup area for takeout or to order. But it is well worth it!

How are you supposed to eat this without getting ice cream all over you. I took it back up to the counter and complain they asked me did I want a cup I said no I want a new ice cream then they told me they all come out like that I know this had to be the first one she ever made Ive got a lot of dipped ice cream at Darios they never look like this and I could eat them without a cup its a shame when you complain and it does no good but it wont stop me from going back they have good food normally and good service

Much better than your average fast food restaurant, they serve REAL beef, chicken, ice cream, and salads, among other tasty things. Dairi-O is my go-to place to eat when I need a quick and relatively healthy bite to eat.

Love Dario. Been going to them for over fifteen years. I use to go to the original store. Which has no choice. But now they have one all over. Glad they decided to do that. Cause its one right by my house and it stay packed, like chic fil a.. always clean, service is top notch. Food is great quality and prices are fair. You will be glad you spent your money here. Good old fashioned quality here. Its a tradition. Keep it up you guys.

Our family is moving so on our journey we looked for a safe place to eat. We found it!!!!. Great food (Turkey Dog), Awesome Ice-cream ( Strawberry Cheesecake) and the peaceful atmosphere helped us with the emotions of our transition!!

The hotdogs are super good. But the drive through was blocked off from the parking lot with nowhere to turn around and it was not clearly marked anywhere, I saw four cars driving backwards in the tight parking lot to get out of the jam in a ten minute time span

First time here. They said were getting one in Lenoir so we checked this one out.. not bad at all..

We visited here on a vacation. The restaurant was clean and had great natural light. The employees were very friendly, and the food was fantastic! I wish they had one closer to home😁 We recommend the ice cream dessert that has the piece of cake that comes with it! It was recommended to us by the assistant manager. So good!

Chili was good, but a little soupy. Didn’t have enough beans and thickening ingredients. Customer service was great!!!

I have been here several times over the last 2 years. Every single time I get food here I get sick and wind up spending the night puking. It is just this one location and 100%of the time. My family seems fine and it is just me, but I stopped getting food here and will walk to get something else and sit with them and eat.

Dairyo is definitely one of our favorite fast food restaurants! Fast, friendly service and delicious food and ice cream. My personal favorite is the grilled chicken wrap. At this particular location, I miss placed my purse with important belongs in it. After tracing my steps of where I had been, I finally called this location and the manager there was so kind and friendly. He had been trying to locate me to let me know they were holding it and keeping it locked up for me. Such a huge relief! Thank you, again, for taking care of my personal belongings!

What can I say? Great staff and delicious food. Been a regular since this location opened. They pride themselves on producing a quality meal. Their radio ad that says fast casual dining is the truth. More importantly, I appreciate their customer service. I am a VERY regular customer, and I can count the number of times on one hand that there was a problem with my order. When I brought it to their attention, they didnt make excuses; they made it right. My favorite foods there are the hotdogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, and hot fudge brownie sundae. OH! And the French fries...Umm umm good!

Food was okay and service was decent. Did not like the fact they no longer serve chicken wings.

Wow!!! So unexpected to stumble upon but thank the Lord we did on the way to Charlotte NC!! The menu had a variety of foods and the prices were more than reasonable. The service was at least a nine. A star off because nobody took my order! The person outside told me to drive up to intercom and somebody will take my order..... When I got to the speaker, the automatic system came on staying they were closed, I waited 5mins at speaker, still nobody took my order, I had to order at the window! Other than that, my fries was delicious hot and fresh and my hot fudge cake was delish!

Love Dairio! A kid-friendly restaurant with great kids meals, burgers, fries, gyros, sides, salads, and more. Try the jalepeno ranch. Also wonderful hard and soft serve ice creams to try. Friendliest service around. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible restroom and parking.

They are usually good with food but 3 times now Ive went ordered 1/2 Gallon of sweet tea and person repeats it correctly but then end up having unsweetened tea when I get home...really frustrating

Great food and great staff! Since covid weve experienced many places where the service dropped off, but Dairi-O is still as good as ever!

I love dairi-os, they have great hot dogs and ice cream, but it has gone downhill. the drive thru set up is ineffective and crowded. when the drive thru server read back the order twice, it was very hard to understand what was being said. as a result, a drink was missing and a hot dog was missing the condiments. it even took quite a bit to get the food. the only time i would go to dairi-os now is as a last resort
