This is the WORST 7 Eleven in the state of FLORIDA! This is the WORST 7 Eleven in Orange County, Florida! I love 7 Eleven but I must say I absolutely HATE this 7 ELEVEN! No customer service skills what so ever! I stopped at this store today for a specific drink because I know they carried the product! Sunkist Berry Lemonade! Normally this store always have a promo on them which they did! When I got the the register the item did not ring up like the sign displayed so the first cashier went and checked the price. After checking the price she acted like she couldn’t correct the price. The special was 2 for $2.50. So she got the Mexican lady and this is when the disrespect occurred! She played like she couldn’t change the price to the advertised price. She asked so do you still want it because I can’t fix; I told her yeah I want it for the price it’s supposed to be which was 2 for $2.50. I went and got my cell phone to take photos of the display and she was putting the sodas and the water that I wanted to purchase back in the cooler. Then she went on to explain to me that if a price keeps ringing in wrong that she removes the sign and the customer can just pay the price that it rings up! She informed me that it was water that was posted BOGO but since it don’t ring up correct she just removed the sign and the customer can pay full price and get 1 versus the deal BOGO. I always go to 7 Eleven and I always stop at this location when I’m in the area visiting friends but I will never ever return to this terrible, dirty and bad customer service giving 7 Eleven! Folks just don’t value their jobs! No customer means no money is being generated! Less customer means no money is being generated! Prices ring in wrong sometimes at other 7 elevens but it’s no deal the cashier always correct it but I guess this 7 Eleven don’t need the business. It’s all good I’ll just spend my cash somewhere else! I’ll just go to the WAWA or the corner store!

Service was good..Liked all the different coffee choices and creamers. Coffee machines was nice too.

Be aware!!! Shady 7 Eleven. Went there last week to pump gas as it is closed by my house. Pump would not process my credit card requesting to pay inside. So I did. Pre paid $40, and car only took $24... Tried print receipt, go figured, did not work either.Went inside and got the receipt for $24.Two days later received messages of my Credit Card Fraud department, Same 7 Eleven had two $100 new transactions two days later on my credit card... one went thru and second declined. My bank refund me and now investigating.I wont recommend anyone to go there!

TERRIBLE PLACE! JUST KEEP GOING TO CIRCLE K DOWN THE RD. PEOPLE AT 7-11 BEHIND THE COUNTER ARE SO RUDE EVEN WHEN AN ISSUE IS THE STORES FAULT. REDICULOUS🤬 (Mind you I never leave neg reviews even when I get mad but this store is just the worst)

They deliberately cancel your card wanting you to pay cash. Owners better check their drawers

Hate to leave negative reviews but the staff is incredibly rude about masks. I understand that people are scared but they are so over the top that it is upsetting to shop here.

Very dirty! Extremely rude cashier! Management is more concerned on you wearing a mask then actually cleaning the germs off of surfaces! Would not recommend. Avoid at all costs!

As I see in other reviews people are having the same problem about rude employees about masks, The worst part about all of this is that companies are giving their employees the power to deny their own company of profit, happily won’t spend my money here and will go up the street to circle k and get amazing service.

They have very rude staff, especially one black lady. I have been coming to this store for 2 weeks and in those 2 weeks she has fought every day with different clients. Yesterday it was with me, just because I asked her to please hurry to attend to me because I was in a bit of a hurry, while she was too busy fighting with a client as usual, when she returned to the checkout she told me in a very rude way not to rush her that I was not the only customer, ok, when I went to pay her she told me that she was not going to sell me anything. I had already placed the money on the counter to pay her and she refused to take it just because it didn’t give it to her in her hand. OH, but when she gives you the change to back, she throws the money at you. I drive a van with 7 workers, and with every single one of them she has fought at some point. We all agreed that we were not going to return to that store with an unqualified staff.

No lids were stocked, casheir did not ask me if i had my loyaty card she pepxlain i dod not know my number before they acknolwed me it was aftet they counted both draws i will not b back

The worst gas station ever bathroom is out of a horror movie they never clean anything and the clerks are the worst except for the morning shift people.Night shift workers are the worst place is just awful.

Its a gas station and convenience store. Doesnt disappoint. Staff are very friendly. Store has a good variety.

Good Gas Station, they also have diesel pumps for big trucks as well as standard diesel pumps, friendly staff. As regular gas to a course and full convenience store

Do not go here unless you want your money stolen. Went in got 12 dollars in stuff including gas in that and went to pump would not work. I went in and told the lady she said no you never paid for gas when I know I did. She looked at a recipt and said no I didnt pay still and would not show me the receipt. They can look up the last 4 hours of their gas charges. She stole 5 dollars. What she would do is go back and refund that money and take my 5 dollars. Little thieves work here.

Staff is always friendly, parking lot is easy to get in and out of.....
