Every time I come here there is someone “filling in”. that doesn’t know how to operate the computersqqqq or where to find prescriptions or have any kind of clue. I wait at LEAST 15 mins every time with only ONE person in front of me. Today they’re supposedTo open at 9am and I got here at 9:05 and am second in line. Lights are not on, tech is here. it’s 9:30 now and the first person in line who is picking up one item is still at register. Do NOT use this location. I will be changing my pharmacy today! This is the WORST

Service in pharmacy is ok. But very slow at times due to volume of people picking, dropping off etc.

Time and time again you come in here and it never changes. You have to wait forever for your prescription. That was called in an hour ago. They see people waiting in line and instead of helping the customers waiting to eliminate the line they just ignore them. Hire more people to help if you are always that busy. If my kids meds were cheaper somewhere else I would never come back.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a pharmacy. The 2 ladies working behind the counter were rude and had no idea what they were doing. After making us come back in 2 hours for our prescriptions they still were not ready. We came back an hour later and they told us they weren’t ready yet and it would be another 30 minutes. As we waited we saw there were issues for the other people waiting in line. They received a call that their scripts were ready and when they arrived they were told they were not ready and told to come back tomorrow. We have never had this happen to us at Walgreens. We will never use this store again!

I am writing this while on hold for the pharmacy. I have been waiting to talk to a representative for 27 minutes. Usually when I go into the store the pharmacy people usually have that I would rather be doing something else attitude. I get text messages about refilling prescriptions, when I DO NOT want a refilled, it fills it anyway and now that I need it filled, I cant for ANOTHER 30 days. I am calling for the 3rd time to get it straightened out and I have been waiting to talk to someone for 30 minutes and still counting.....

I dont even want to give them one star. Worst pharmacy I ever been in with the rudest staff. First told me “she thought the prescription paper was wrong”. What a joke. I go to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta and have been for over 10 years and have never heard such a ridiculous comment. The blonde tech spoke to the pharmacist and came back stating their shipment came in and they won’t reorder and it would be a week they couldn’t help me. She didn’t even offer to order....nothing. Zero help rudest individual I’ve ever encouraged. Drove half a mile to Publix pharmacy and they filled my prescription with zero problems and did so courteously with a smile on their face. Do yourself a favor skip this pharmacy

I dont like the pharmacy here. The staff do the minimum required but not more than that. If you ask them any questions about the insurance billing, they say I dont know, thats just what comes up on the computer. They dont help you find a lower price option or ask if you would be interested in one. If your doctor writes the prescription for a particular brand that costs significantly more, they wont bring it to your attention. If the computer says to fill the prescription at a lesser quantity than what is asked for or expected, they dont notify you. I wish I could find a good pharmacy--one that went the extra mile to help the patient. Inevitably, when Ive needed a brand name, a pharmacy has substituted it out, and when I dont need a brand name, they give me the 4x more expensive stuff.

ATM down, I needed to get money out for my child’s caretaker. Went up to the cash register. There stood an employee and what appeared to be an assistant manager. I told them that the ATM is down and they just looked at each other and laughed.. I really wanted to say grow the hell up. It wasn’t a laughing matter. I felt like I was being made fun of by them for letting them know.

I visited their friendly pharmacy. The pharmacist was pleasant, patient and accommodating.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service for pharmacy. Incompetent staff and abysmal customer service. Useless. Have completely messed up my orders. Dangerous to have these people handling meds. Just don’t go here.

I have never had a bad experience here and they always have what I need.

The pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacist, is very helpful. When I have questions about my meds or what I can take for OTC combinations, they always are available to help. When I enter the store, everytime, someone says, Hi or Welcome and have been offered a Did you need help with looking for something?I saw some negative comments from a year ago and just wanted to put in my experience. Not all the time do people say something when things are going right, only when they are going wrong.

The male pharmacist is all around a horrible person! Yelling at customers? Send back prescriptions?

Just received the most amazing customer service at this CVS pharmacy from Azan Hameed. My insurance requested that I transfer my medication to CVS and I was getting ready to leave for a trip the very next day.When I came to pick up my prescription, I didn’t have one. The pharmacy team went out of their way to problem solve my situation. Azan went ahead and called my previous pharmacy to see if by chance my doctor’s office accidentally called in my prescription to my previous pharmacy provider. Azan was right!!! Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you, thank you. I will come to this store for life!!!!

Well there not real friendly including pharmacy people. Too expensive hardly has good sales. Salesperson doesnt count money back.

I was in this pharmacy today, I wanted passport photo... a guy came to me and told me : my camera is broken I can not take the photo...do you think I believed that???...Hello I am not fool...

Horrible pharmacy staff!!! They dont like to work but will definitely argue with customers instead of making a phone call to try to help.
