To all my hairdresser friends out there that shop at Cosmo prof Beauty supply they are no longer doing exchanges or returns due to COVID-19BUYER BEWAIR!!!!!Yesterday I went in to get a colored shampoo for my client and I accidentally purchased conditioner this morning I went to return it and they told me they would not exchange it or give me my money back so I’m out over $36 because I had to purchase the shampoo that I needed in the first place.Shame on this company for not supporting the professionalsThat keep their business afloat, times are bad for all of us let’s not use Covid as an excuse to not give a good customer service..Also I would like to add that all the new stuff you have hired in at least two of the stores I know of are super rude and lazy

Constantly closing the store before 6pm. Walked up to the door and it was locked and when they saw me they turned the lights off. It’s hard to make it to the store by 6 as it is with work. If the store hours are 8am - 5:50pm maybe it should be changed on google.

They are out of business no one home

This store is absolutely fantastic! The manager is on the ball with customer service and you see this reflected in her staff. They are always well stocked and the store really clean. I came in one day last week and found out one of my favorite products was discontinued spoke with the manager and she had them transferred from other locations on her time. No other store would do this. They have truly gained a customer for life!

Super rude and snotty. When I asked for a recommendation for a different product because they were out of the one that I wanted the girl just shrugged and walked off. Next time Ill just drive to Salon Centric where at least I know theyre polite

Store is clean, organized and they carry out some really good specials on tools and specials, service is good but I believe their store could carry many more items stylists may need.

Just was here not to long ago for thier 10% sale and loved it! Was able to call ahead and have my items put aside to avoid craziness. Staff was nice. Although Dont come here if you are claustrophobic, as it is small but packed with product.

Came to Cosmoprof to get an emergency toner for my daughters wedding. The business hours sign on the door says 12-4pm. Store attendant did not show up until much later than 12 while people waited on the street and my daughter sat at the salon waiting. They need to have a back up system to make sure they open on time. Winter Park FL location lost a few customers today. People got tired of waiting and walked away.

I use to shop this supply store weekly but since the constant turn over of managers and staff, I cant stand to shop here. The supply of basics is always depleted. They always ask if you found everything you need and I always answer no. The response is usually it will be on the truck Friday. It isnt.

Terrible experience.The manager and her cashier made this possible for me. Its either ignorance, or they both need hearing aids.
