The store customer service is fine but Trina at the pharmacy is quite rude. I called after a prescription was out of stock and they failed to let me know they can’t get it after 3 days and it was going to take another 5 days. I only noticed it via Walgreens app. Not only did Trina not care that if I don’t take this medicine everyday TO LIVE, she says if the distribution truck doesn’t come, it doesn’t come and it is simply my problem. She immediately tried to deflect blame and then hung up the phone on me. Unbelievable customer service. I will not be returning to this location and I bet this isn’t the first complaint against Trina. Whats too bad is the pharmacist, store staff in general has been pleasant but one bad apple spoils it all.
Do not get your film developed here. I got a disposable camera developed and picked up my CD when it was ready, brought it home and put it into my computer only to see they were some random persons photos. I went back and they said there was nothing they could do, that mine were lost forever. Go somewhere local or to CVS do NOT go here.
Gave me medication I was allergic to, told methey would call doctor to change my prescription and would call me back. Never called back, closed up shop, left for the day. I had to call my doctor, make another appointment, and schedule a different pharmacy. This is incompetent and cold. I will never ever use this pharmacy again.
I really enjoy their quick help and assistance fir looking fir items like vitamins etc.
I had gone into the Winter Park store hoping to get a passport photo that morning so that I could mail out my renewal form for a new passport so I could go on a cruise in 2 months. The photo shop/lab appeared to not be open yet. I told Ashley (the cashier) that I needed the photo and I thought she was going to tell me that Id have to come back later when someone was there to do it. Instead, she did not hesitate to tell me that she could do it for me if I didnt mind her going back and forth from helping me to the register to ring up a sale since it appeared that she was the only one available. She only had to step away once, but she literally ran back and forth when she didnt have to rush. And the whole time she did it all with a positive attitude and wasnt just doing it to get it done and get me out of there. We did chit chat while she worked and Ashley was super pleasant, nice and happy to help me!! I was blown away by her!! She couldve easily told me that Id have to come back later and didnt!! Ive worked in some form of Customer Service for over 30 years and was so pleased to get the great service that I got from Ashley. I dont normally write reviews about anything, but I HAD to in this case thanks to Ashley!! THANKS ASHLEY!!
I wasnt allowed to buy nose spray bc I had Zyrtec in my cart and both were deemed by the cashier as medical items, which are limited to 1 per customer. I understand policies need to be in place to make sure that everyone has what they need in these difficult times, but some basic common sense is needed here. I dont see how these 2 very different items cant be bought together. I had to go up the road to CVS to get what I needed. I wont be back.
This pharmacy is staffed with some of the kindest, most compassionate people I have had the pleasure to deal with in retail. They have actually made me feel like they care and that this is part of my health care network, extending care from my healthcare provider all the way to walking out of the store with a prescription. I always leave with a smile and they do the very best to ensure that you feel like you are part of their family. Thank you for all you do!!!!!

I have no idea how this pharmacy has good reviews. My doctor called in my prescriptions and it took them two days to fill them. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This is one of the best pharmacies in town. Some of the most friendly staff Ive encountered at a Walgreens.
Be very careful when purchasing sale items...use a calculator to verify pricing. I found several pain meds with grossly wrong unit pricing. An alerted employee just shrugged and blamed corporate however the item was also mislabeled!Additionally, Walgreens now requires customers purchasing beer or wine to scan their license. I refuse due to all the comprising of customer data that occurs.

I came to this walgreen today to buy some stuffs. I went there with my boy friend. For some reasons, when I checked out, the lady asked for both our ID. My boy friend asked her why she need our ID while we do not buy any acohol or any stuff like that. Then, she kept silent as she do not know how to reply that question. She called another lady to stand behind her and look at us like we ready to do some thing on her??? Hell no. Then, when we ready to leave there, she finally replied that question, she said she want to check our ID because someone get high then they do not have ID. I think because of when we step into there, we laughed too loud, then she thinks we were high???. We are asian people and we come here to study, we never do anything like what she think about us. She is so mean!!!!!!!
