I felt very unwelcomed at this location. I was there walking around looking at skincare and no one greeted me the entire time I was there. I had on my workout clothes because I just left the gym so maybe they thought I didn’t have money. Anyway I purchased a few must haves and will save my splurge to spend at a location where I feel welcomed.

Very clean and organized facility. The staff is very helpful. The prices are a little steep but affordable for some.

Still trying to figure out why I had 3 sales associates bombard me within the first 2 minutes of being in the store asking if I needed help. I was texting some friends and clearly doing my own thing it’s not like I was looking around for someone. Then I told them this and they still kept coming up to me. There’s no way I was even in there for a full 3 minutes. Can’t a girl shop in peace? God, I just wanted to do some retail therapy on my day off. It’s not that big of a store, you can’t exactly get lost in there.

Ivette was extremely rude. Thankfully the manager helped me. I spent over $500 there and she treated me very unprofessionally. Will not be back!

Too many covid rules and restrictions and tension. Customers should be able to pick up a product to look at, as long as he/she is not opening it or putting it on his/her body. Not a pleasant shopping experience. Won’t be back to Sephora until post pandemic.

I have never been to this location. I don’t get to actually go to Sephora a ton because I’m a single mom of 4. I actually had extra money this week so I wanted to go and spoil myself. Most of the staff were polite, but there was one lady who was very moody and seem to give me dirty look. Her and another employee definitely made comments as well. But the other girls were super sweet!

The shop is well lit, clean and organized. There were not many sales people on the floor and I was not offered assistance, but the check out associate was friendly.

I enjoy shopping here because there is always someone willing to help you (not like Ulta) with recommendations. The very few times I had to return an item, there is not fuss and they understand that not every single product purchased will work for you until youll try it. Best customer service experience in the cosmetic industry. Thank you!

This Sephora is absolutely my favorite location in all of Orlando. I stopped in to exchange a foundation and despite being dressed down, I was promptly greeted and immediately taken care of. This is the most customer-friendly location, not only did they go out of their way to help, but I watched them spend time with each individual guest in the store. Kudos to this staff and the store manager, I have never been in a Sephora that was so clean with such customer-service oriented staff.

I stopped in for Briogeo hair products. I was told upon entry the no sample policy which did not apply to me. I asked for the Briogeo products and instead of taking me to the product line in this SMALL store 3 employees pointed their fingers! Then at the product line a female employee asked if I needed help and disappeared. I selected the items I was going to purchase and one had no price. I finally got the females attention and she came over YELLING AT ME! Saying not to touch the products! Are you kidding!!? I replaced the items I was going to purchase and walked out. Then she yelled at me because she had to sanitize the items I WAS going to purchase! Corporate you need to close this location obviously the manager has cultivated a disrespectful environment of ignorance. You do NOT speak to customers in that manner, NONE of the other employees made any attempt to apologize or correct the situation. Therefore I bought the products directly from Briogeo and notified them of what Sephora is doing to their brand.

I went into Sephora because I have been wanting to try Clinique facial products for quite some time, and I had some time to kill so I stopped by. Dalaney (I hope I am spelling her name correctly.) was the sweetest ever, and really seemed knowledgeable about the product. Hands down, this is the best customer service I have received in a while. She was very attentive and helped to find a product suitable for my oily skin. I wanted to test out the product to see how my skin reacts after a few hours. Hopefully, I will be back to purchase in the near future. ❤❤❤

Great little store. Had everything I needed (I checked online before to make sure this location had what I was looking for since I knew it was a smaller store carrying limited brands).The staff was great. Very helpful. I knew exactly what I needed and they let me browse freely when I wanted to look.To those saying the staff judges based on looks, you’ve got self esteem issues. I went in looking like I rolled out of bed (because I essentially did). No makeup, hair in a messy ponytail, wearing leggings and a hoodie, and they still provided me with great service.

Friendly and well put together staff....they all had nice skin and make up was done properly. The store was clean and well stocked.

Shayna is amazing I have not found any makeup artist as talented and knowledgeable.She is always pleasant I use to go to Florida mall and when they told me she is at winter park that’s where I shop now. All her recommendations and makeover are on point.

The rudest staff I have ever come across!! I was treated like dirt at this location. All employees in the store took one look at me and turned their backs and started laughing at me. I had just spent the day at the spa so I was in comfy clothes. Since I got a facial my face was a little red as well. I am appalled that customer service reps treated me so poorly and made fun of me so loud I could hear them on the complete opposite side of the store! As a business owner, behavior like that is unacceptable and no customer should feel the way they made me feel.

I often come here on my lunch break but I dont think Ill be coming back unless theres something I cant find at the ulta down the road. I was really excited when this location opened up, but every time I come in, it feels like the employees are hovering over me, asking me if Im okay every two minutes while I sample products and it makes me so uncomfortable and anxious. Its a small store, if I need help, finding someone isnt going to be a problem. I dont wear makeup to school because I get up so early, so maybe I dont *look* like I belong there. But I dont want to feel like everyone is watching through the tops of the makeup displays. Some of the employees here are super nice and helpful but Id rather not risk having such an unpleasant experience with anyone else.

Went in because of the good location, but the staff there are way too many and all trying to sell you something. You cant look at products by your own for 2 minutes. Constant bothering and explaining how good something is when I DONT NEED IT. So pushy and so annoying. Will not considering coming back.

This is the first time I called this location But definitely NOT the first time I called a Sephora for this same reason. I called at approximately 2:30pm on a Tuesday. Even google maps stayed it was not a busy time for this location. I am a Rouge level member and have been the highest tier member for four years now and have yet to be able to get scheduled for even ONE makeup application because EVERY time I call to schedule, they ask my availability, put me on hold for several minutes, come back on the line and report that they are “soooo sorry but they only have an appointment at (insert one hour AFTER I told them I would NOT be available). This location was no different. SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE! Either I am the most unlucky person in the WORLD... OR... this is the BIGGEST SCAM in the WORLD! I gave two stars ONLY because the lady who came back on the phone to say they didn’t have any appointments during the 4 hour window I asked about was pleasant but the female who answered was simply rude and condescending so SHE GETS NEGATIVE STARS! However, the friendly lady could have just been taking pleasure in the power trip of being able to say NO even if they may have had availability. At this point, I’m seriously questioning if any Rouge level Sephora shopper has ever been able to actually get one of the FOUR ALLOTTED FREE FULL FACE MAKEOVERS we are supposed to get? And to think I was even going to spend the four $100 reward vouchers I bought with my reward points at this location too! I decided to use them all up now that not only does Sephora not provide 2 day shipping but I can’t even PURCHASING a year of 2 day shipping for $15... and without even an explanation of why!

Just went here to pick a new foundation. Shayna helped me and she was sooo sweet. Her makeup looked flawless, which made me confident she could help me hahaI went through what I liked and didn’t like in my current foundation. After three tries, we gave the born this way foundation a go and I really liked it! I’m excited to give it a try and see how it compares to the It cosmetics CC+ I’ve been using.

Terrible service from Jonna. Tried to argue with me back and forward about how to work with a customer. When asked to speak to someone, she refused. It’s unfortunate that they are not interested in providing good business. Not the first time I encounter her bad attitude.

Go to Ulta down the street instead!!! Honestly I am a fan of Sephora and their products, but I have now been to this location three separate times for make up applications and every time they act like doing someone’s make up is a chore. Today I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because I had a work meeting but I had paid for a one hour session so I kindly ask them if they could do a mini instead and some lashes, they hesitated like it was a huge pain and looked at each other like it would be such a hassle. Even if they had a 2 o’clock Coming they could’ve done partial make up for me in 35 minutes! I have my make up done professionally all the time and it takes about a full hour to do everything for events. They finally agreed to do my eye make up, no lashes!, but they phoned in the work ( it looks okay but nothing to instagram here!) and they had zero passion for their job and acted like they were doing me a favor when I am a client, paying money, within my hour, and have been in there already twice this week and bought items. Sephora is a makeup store. If you are short staffed all the time hire more staff. In my experience leading business organizations you do everything you can to try for the client and you have a positive attitude about it. “My response would’ve been let’s get you sat down and started and see how much we can do before the 2 o’clock appointment gets here! I’m excited to be using my passion to make someones day.” Either corporate is not giving them a big enough budget to staff make up artist or this location is missed managed. Out of the four times I have had my make up done at this location only one time was I pleased with the employee and her excitement to do the job! Im sure they are all nice people in their daily lives but your love for your work isnt showing! I’m not sure how they stay in business with an Ulta down the street that is so excited to help you when you walk in the door. I wish they had make up Applications!!
