Pros:Clean Facility and Friendly Staff. The only reason for the 2 starsCons: the actual service1. I arrived around 3:10 and the appointment wasnt complete until after 6:30pm, which took way too long2. The lash tech did not advise me to remove my contacts prior to service, so after 3 hrs of having my eyes closed, my vision was very blurry and I couldnt really see the lashes in order to check if they were right3. Once I got home, I realized that the lash tech did not make the lashes as thick as I would have liked, and they look way to natural to be considered a hybrid set. Most people cant even tell I got my lashes done4. No lashes were placed on the inner corner of my eyes5. Lashes have been falling out constantly and it hasnt even been 24 hrs yet.Had I not received a special price, I would not have been happy at all and definitely would be seeking a refund

AMAZING!!!First of all I was late to my appointment and they were still able to assist me immediately when I walked in, and with the same stylist I had requested. The salon is beautiful and the receptionists were so sweet and efficient! My stylist was Zoe M., she was kind, easy to talk to and did a spectacular job giving my brows their shape back. I got exactly what I wanted and it was the same price I pay at the other (significantly less quality) salons. Can’t wait to return!!!! Thank you so much Zoe♥️♥️♥️

Adorable and very professional salon in winter park. I have been doing lash extensions for years and have been very picky. I was so happy to find Zoe! She is a star. WOW! This place was beyond incredible! I came in for my first time after my friend recommended it and it did not disappoint! I booked with Kassidy and she was amazing- very friendly, efficient and really made my lashes look full and beautiful! I have been getting both classic and hybrid sets for a few months and Ive loved her work every single time :) Buses done silk and mink and a few different shapes and its been a very cool process! Lash lounge has a very elegant and relaxing atmosphere and the staff has always been sweet, accommodating and helpful! very sad to be moving away but will keep this place in mind whenever Im in the area and need some lashes :)

I’ve had lash lifts in the past elsewhere and was really happy with the results, but wanted to explore other options. I got a lash lift here and within 24 hours had symptoms of pink eye. Burning, oozing, itchiness. There is absolutely nothing else that I did that could have caused pink eye, I haven’t had pink eye in 20 years. My symptoms got worse, I went to my doctor three days after the lash lift and confirmed it was conjunctivitis and was prescribed eye drops. I called The Lash Lounge to let them know so that they could correct their cleaning practices and possibly refund me (or at least refund the amount I spent on my doctor visit and medication). I first spoke with the manager of the Winter Park location, and the first thing she said to me after I explained the situation was “so what are you looking to get out of this?” I was really taken aback by the lack of care for an unhappy client. No “how can I correct this?”, no “I’m sorry that happened.” I said that I at least wanted an apology and hopefully some kind of refund. She said she’d have to check with the general manager and that I’d get a call back. The general manager called me about an hour later and said that there was no way I could have gotten pink eye from the service, and that because I waited 3 days to call back and complain that they wouldn’t refund me. I was nothing but kind and calm throughout all my interactions and they refused to admit that there’s a chance I caught it from them. I’m in a lot of pain and out about $200 everything considered. Do not get any services from this chain.

Zoe did amazing! I came in unsure of what to expect being a first timer with no knowledge of what to get based on the look I wanted. She gave me all the best details of each option and my lashes turned out perfect thanks to her :) I’ll be coming back & recommending to friends. Thanks Zoe!

I had an appointment scheduled at 2p, text them to inform them that o was going to be late, they texted back “ok hun no problem”. When I was on my way, they called me back and when I told them I was going to be there at 2:30pm (30 min late) they said they had to cancel. I told the lady that I understand and if I could reschedule. She said yes, BIT THEY WILL KEEP THE $50.00 for cancellation. Buse does my lashes and she is amazing! Never have an issue with scheduling, very clean environment, Buse is very kind and does a great job with my lashes! I was worried about damage to my natural lashes from an experience at a different salon in the past but I’ve been doing them for a few months now and I’ve had no issue with that at all and much better retention then I’ve experienced in the past! Definitely recommend the lash lounge and Buse!

*NEW MANAGEMENT* and not great! I went to lash lounge for almost two years! Megan was the best. I’ve never really found anyone that I trust with my lashes until her. She was so professional and so talented and basically ran the entire location as the owner was out of state. Unfortunately there is now new ownership and I am not pleased with any of the new transition. They are more concerned about your money than if youre happy.

Peyton is the kindest and most talented person at this location. Everyone else is not welcoming and treats you like an inconvenience. The last time I went there, my eyelash extensions fell out after 3 days and they did not accommodate for me to have them fixed or refund my money. I spent over $100 on lashes with a “senior sytlist” that lasted less than a week. Prior to that, Peyton’s lasted 3 weeks and were lovely (and she’s new)! If you can’t see her, I would recommend finding a different salon.

Highly recommend this place, My first time doing a lash lift with the lovely Miss Peyton, she did an amazing job. Super sweet and loving, I fell inlove with my tint and lash perm.

Wonderful lash spa! My results are consistent and I love how it has shortened my getting-ready routine. I even started with a brand new tech-in-training! Anytime I had a concern or issue, they were quick to resolve it. Never had issues getting the appointment slots I wanted and never have to sit around and wait.

Been trying to find a eyelash expert since moving back to Orlando. I found this shop online and thought to give them a try. First, the lady who did my eyelashes was extremely nice. I left feeling optimistic. Now the positive nice location, nice interior, and nice technician. Now the negative... okay so when I was paying out they asked me how much I wanted to tip. On the front desk it has a tipping guide that the front desk lady pointed to. So it said 20% was 45 on this tipping guide. Once looking down, I said “ I’ll do the 20%, 45 one I guess?”. Okay ladies, I ended up being charged 115 dollars total for a classic fill. Meaning the appointment was only 70 dollars and unwittingly chose the 20% tip that is apparently 45 dollars meaning I over tipped by 30. I called back the lounge to figure out why (I didn’t ask for a refund because I already tipped the lady, that’s her money now and I’m glad she has it) they say that’s the tip amount for a full set of classic lashes. Which makes sense, for a 45 dollar tip. However, I felt mislead into leaving that tip. She didn’t clarify that sheet was for full sets and not fills. She heard me say I want to leave 20% and didn’t bash an eye when I went well over 20% to nearly 50% tip. It’s seems shady. Also, it’s been 3 days and ALL my lashes have fallen out. What a waste. Anyways, my technician was super nice and that’s why there is 2 stars. I have been to “chain” eyelash bars before and had great experiences, my lashes would nearly last me 3 weeks. This place needs to up their training because the girls they have working for them deserve that.

I have since been back twice to see her and dont see myself venturing to any other location or technician. The quality and care taken was definitely 5 stars and Im pretty a particular and detailed oriented person. The ambiance and music was also nice and relaxing. Id say this is the location for you If your looking for some place to frequent or just passing through Orlando.

Since my first appointment, I’ve gone back every two weeks to get a full refill. The place is always clean and the decor is beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel at home. I’ve never had to wait, its nice that they stay on schedule. During the appointment, you get a bolster to put under your knees and a blanket so you are comfortable. The technicians take the time to explain everything from the initial application process to proper care. I’m constantly getting compliments from strangers and I no longer need to use a filter on my social media posts, they look that good! If you are thinking about getting a treatment done, I totally and fully recommend the Lash Lounge!

Got a appointment for EyebrowThreading Not happy the way it was done so painful and got cuts on my skin.

Omg. Completely in tears. Had eyebrow threading completed by Gerica. I left in a hurry so I didnt take a good look at my eyebrows but when I got in my car I was shocked. She completely reduced the head of my eyebrows by a centimeter and shorten them horizontally as well. Now I have wide set eyebrows. Before we started i explain i just wanted a touch up, Sarah use to do them but she left. Took me a year to grow them out, and I wanted the thick long look. Not only that my beautiful arches are gone. Im a regular customer, so i received an email stating 25% my service for 2/27. When I advised, girl states only for new customers even though the email didnt have exclusions. Dont send out offers if they wont be honored. Eyebrows are an important component to your face, I cant believe this happened to me.

I went there to volunteer for them to basically practice on me because the people they have working are not even certify yet so it was a free service they made an appointment for a refill and a follow up i guess to see how shity is their job cuz the next day my lashes were falling and one eye looks longer than the other and they still cherged me 25 dollards for no show up the next time even tho when i told them the day i went for the first time that im pregnant and i had to see how i was feeling that day and they not even at least tell me that they would cherge 25 dollards no show... is ok people i see the way you started your bussing trying to get the most possible money cuz right now you have no clients
