After visiting two other dealers in the area. I can vouch that this is the ONLY dealer you should deal with when looking for a vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and just happened to find the vehicle on the Genesis website. I called first thing in the am and inquired about the vehicle. After verifying on the phone and asking the out the door price, I said I will be there after work to purchase. I am not sure they believed me, they said when do you want to test drive? I said I dont need to drive it, I have already. Anyway other dealers in the area add nonsense dealer installed options that added about $2000 to the sticker, on top of that both other dealers also had market pricing added to the sticker and that ranged from $4,000-$14,000 in addition. HELL NO! NOT here at Genesis North Orlando, upfront, honest pricing.When I arrived in the evening to complete the purchase Angel was very busy. I want to say all of the employees were professional, courteous, and helpful during the entire process. Want to thank my salesperson Angel and Paul and Francis who also handled my time at the dealer. One of the best vehicle purchasing experiences ever! Highly Recommend if considering a Hyundai or Genesis this is the place to go. When will Genesis have there own dealership?
