I saw the car I wanted online, and was able to inspect and test drive it the next day. It came with all the features I wanted and was listed at the lowest price I had seen for that car anywhere in Orlando and its surrounding region. Franks service was excellent, he pulled out all the stops to make sure I was treated well from start to finish -- he even went the extra mile to accompany me to a third-party inspection to verify that my confidence in Hertz was well-placed. My mom and I came to find another car for her to travel for work since her SUV took a lot more gas and needed something small, compact, but yet reliable. We looked at Hertz reviews and this location (the winter park one) was the first one we decided to come to based on the positive reviews. Prior to coming we spoke to Karim who was very helpful and reassured us that we could find a reliable car within our price range. We live far from this particular location but he greatly reassured us that without a doubt we would be able to drive off with the right vehicle that best suits us. The first day we came we looked at a model car and test drove it but it was not the best car for us. Finally after test driving and inspecting several cars Karim proudly presented us with a 2018 Toyota Corolla which is/was the perfect car for us.Throughout the whole process even though we asked a lot of questions and test drove many cars Karim did not loose his patience with us and was just overall well mannered and highly patient every step of the way. I can now proudly say I have a 2018 Toyota Corolla that is reliable and well priced all thanks to the Hertz team and Karim. They make sure you leave felling your best with the car that is best for you. Lastly, I could not forget to mention Rodney who was so helpful and was so kind hearted, both of these gentlemen’s deserve a raise just based off their pure kindness. 10/10 recommend!

The building itself is pretty rundown on the inside, but the prices are hard to beat. Edwin greeted us as soon as we got there and was very honest about his opinions on each vehicle. We test drove three different vehicles before settling on a Kia Rio. The experience was great until we got to the financing. Ramon offered interest rates way higher than I should have gotten with my credit score, and we actually left without purchasing the Rio. On the way home, Edwin (from sales) called to say that Ramon could do better so I returned later to make the purchase. Overall, a solidly average car buying experience.

Thanks to Hertz I own a car today. It is the best place to get a car. After trying in different places, including next door (Drivers Mart), I ended up in the first place I should have gone first! I went in last Saturday with no type of hope that I would leave with a car. I sat down with Karim and he was very patient with me, although I wasn’t being very optimistic. Found a listing on their site for a RAV4 that I really liked and filled out the application and inquired about it. Tried calling them the first day several times and no one answered the phone - it would just disconnect after several rings. I received an email later that evening (after their hours) asking when they could call and to call them to check on my application process. I emailed back and told them I’d be ready to pick the car up the next day. So, I called in the morning when they opened - it took about four tries to reach someone and then when I asked about my application and if the representative who emailed me was in, I was told they were just sitting down and someone would call me back. The man hung up before I had time to ask if the car I was looking at was still available. I waited a few more hours and then decided to call back. Called about 4 or 5 times and the phone just kept disconnecting after a few rings. So, out of the 16 total times I called their facility (and I honestly should have given up sooner) they only answered the phone once. Not my idea of how to do business.

Horrible experience! After spending 2 hours Friday evening negotiating the purchase, we left awaiting approval from GM. Saturday, salesman called and we agreed upon the price, and was advised Hertz to clean up car, and we would be there in a couple of hours, as our drive time was over an hour.After arriving, we inspected the vehicle to find it had not been cleaned, but was parked up front waiting for us. We proceeded to the office to finalize the deal, and salesman left to take agreement to management. We were left in the office for over an hour, only occasionally checking on us and advising sorry for the wait. At this time, we asked how much longer? At this time, we were told, another hour and a half. We were waiting to write check for this vehicle, and leave, period.Four hours, and still waiting, and no one cared. With the Hertz name, we expected a professional experience, what we received was far from professional. Games are for children, not busy adults spending our hard earned money. I will find another company worthy of my business.** Note: 90+ days for a response from this review. Nice!

I implore you to reconsider buying a car from here. They not only falsely advertised our vehicle and the inspections it under went, they took up several days making us go to get everything fixed. We strongly considered returning the vehicle but were assured everything would be taken care of. The parts however wouldn’t be available until several days after the return. Well we trusted it would be taken care of, it was not. They used a cheap after market Bluetooth with no warranty. They kept saying we wouldn’t be helped without buying their extended warranty but the thing is from the start once we got home with our car the features from the Bluetooth that made us buy this car did not work. Nor will they work. The lights inside the car did not work, but I can understand that being just a coincidence, but I wonder if they actually inspected the lights. They sent us to a pep boys where we waited hours to get a light bulb fixed. It was a very unpleasant experience. You can’t trust their inspections

While Karim was very helpful with the purchase of my Toyota RAV4, the general manager Victor was less than. I immediately had issues with Bluetooth that I tried to repair myself as I was told the car came included. 5 days later and still nothing so I called to get it checked out as I was still in the return window. While Karim did his best to help, Victors first response was to blame me, saying it worked the day I purchased it. Several visitsto their location later, I was told I had been given wrong information about the car and that it happened and not everything listed as being stock may actually be present. They did replace the Bluetooth withathirdparty speaker but definitely not whatwasadvertised and with nothing but blame on our part

There was a minor mechanical problem about 1 1/2 months after my niece bought it and Victor the Manager made sure it was taken care of. Cool, calm, and collected at all times. My niece was treated very cordially by the staff of Pep Boys in Clermont at the behest of Victor.Bottom line. The man the the right thing and sDid what he said he was going to do.
