I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. it’s always my go-to spot. the staff is always nice! the service is fast and the hookah is awesome! i also play video games here too, it’s always fun here. it’s the place to be for every celebration :)

Chill place and hookah were great

0 stars if it were possible. Came here from out of town, decided to come to Majlis to catch up on some work and relax, as soon as I came in I was greeted and asked if I wanted to order anything. Already knew what I wanted and proceeded to place my order. My server “Mo” went to the back and came out after a couple minutes and sat down. 10 minutes passed—20 minutes passed—after about 30 minutes his colleague called his name out and he got up. At this point I decided to walk out and drove down to Basha. Got my hookah in about 6-7 minutes. Explains why Majlis was completely empty. NEVER AGAIN if I’m ever in the Orlando area.

When I went in staff it was only 2 groups of people and I. I was greeted with respect, prices are good its kind of big area. They do have B.Y.O.B (Bring. Your. Own. Bottle) $10 per person I believe. Jus call them so they can explain to you. But my overall experience was chill lil vibe 10/10.

Hands down one of the best hookah lounges! As soon as we walked in the staff was very professional and he ambiance is very high class. The chai and the hookah was amazing. The staff, especially Rizz made sure we were comfortable and accommodated us with the hookah! Will definitely return

Sometimes there can be a wait for coals but other than that, top notch. Especially appreciate the flavor specific hookahs. blueberry has its own hookah so the flavor stays consistent

I love this place! Comfy couches & great tea! They do tend to run out of flavors often, they need new menus, they dont have smoothies, and occasionally they forget to tend to the coals. However I still love them. No jukebox but a good sound system with music. TVs around the room. Lots of space. Private event availability. Open until 4am. Does not serve alcohol. Good pricing.

Great place. Have been to multiple hookah bars and own a hookah at home, but the hookah flavor here seems to be the most accurate or the best. I get better flavor at this location then many of the other hookahs that Ive been to, and I noticed that they also use quality hookahs for a relative cheap price. Will be coming back, and would recommend.

Nothing at all bad about this place! I feel welcomed from the second I step through the doors! Customer service is always top notch! The workers here are always helping everyone who needs it. Ive been going there since they have opened. The atmosphere and staff is awesome. They have a variety of flavors as well as snacks and drinks. Worst place I’ve ever been in Orlando. If you don’t believe me just go and try. Their hookahs taste like they are used and coming from one other customers. The tea tastes like (I don’t even want to say this actually.)The atmosphere is really bad inside. You can’t even breathe especially if you sit next to the toilet. They don’t open the doors or they don’t have something to recycle the air inside. I don’t know how they let people to run a place like this in the United States.Menu is for nothing. They didn’t have any sandwiches or foods that they show on the menu and I heard the same complaints from other locals over there too.

Im sorry but the people are nice but kind of lazy they sit in the back room most of the time and when you walk in they dont make a move until you get closer to the counter...Now dont bother trying to get anything to drink, because the only thing they really have is water a Dr.P and maybe another kind of soda but I doubt it. Oh! And its BYOB and they charge I think $5 a person for beer and $20 a person for a bottle.Then forget about having a nice cool hookah. Because they give you warm (room temperature) water in the hookah which is really terrible tbh. Also the flavor we got Ive had before at friends houses and other hookah lounges, yet it tasted absolutely terrible!! Nothing close to what its supposed to taste like.And heres the kicker which Im really upset about I got sick from their gross rubber hoses that I seriously doubt they clean often. I got strep throat from this place! I will never be back again and Im serious do not come here!!!!

This place is awesome!!! I come here all the time and have enjoyed it everytime. The staff is soo nice and are on top of it. The hookah has always been good and I’ve enjoyed every flavor I’ve had. The owner is also a very nice guy!

Sevice is lack luster at best. Unfortunately theyre understaffed. Took 30 minutes to get hookah and tea on a slow night. Atmosphere is boring. Out dated menu. Half the flavors are unavailable. Came multiple times with similar service each time. Some pros are the hookahs themselves are quality the people are nice, and the flavors they do have are quite good, but unless they change their service or business model I wont be returning. In short expect long waits, and disappointing services.

I was really excited since this place had Fumari shisha on the menu and used Khalil Mammoon hookahs, but was pretty disappointed to find out they didn’t actually have Fumari in stock. The hookah was packed too tightly and had a very stiff hit. You had to pull very hard to even get a halfway hit. The employees were also not very approachable.Definitely going back to Taps & Caps instead next time.

A place to relax, enjoy a good hookah and have fun, even though it started getting crowded faster then i expected, i was told that they will have a play station 4 hookup so you can play and smoke in the same time.

I have been going to Majlis since Jan 2017. I love this place for mutiple reasons. First, its a very chilled place with great customer service and the owners are bery friendly. Second the variety of shisha with good quality, they also have snacks and non-alcoholic drinks (my fav is the mint tea). I would definitely recommend this place.

Music choice is ok but the service is really slow, and the server had forgotten my bottle water I requested 10mins after I have gotten my hookah. She conversates with her fellow customers here and there, but then disappears in the back,then returns to the counter and looks at me and I stare at her back hoping she gets the hint I still need my water, but she is still looking oblivious to what I requested of her. Just not a good look with this hookah lounge. And I only been here twice, to give them a second chance, but nothing has changed yet still. Wont be here again.
