The sweetest most caring staff… We were caught in the rain today with our baby and they were so unbelievably kind and helpful.

About $3 (before tip) for a medium drip coffee that comes in two paper cups, one of which has a separate jacket, none of which are recyclable. Feels wrong.

The Starbucks on Park Ave Always opens late... sat in drive thru at 6:40am waited for 10 minutes to place my order which was an hour after posted opening time at 5:30am. I called to see what the hold up was and was told they were late opening and it would be another 10 minutes before they could take any orders. This is not the first time this has happened. Please don’t have an open sign on if you are not ready to open and begin taking orders.

Great Starbucks! All the baristas are super friendly, but Rachel is especially sweet! So are Trent and Steven but I haven’t seen them lately! Anyway, they are all lovely and do their jobs great :) would recommend!!

Since I had over two hours to wait until my early evening Amtrak train from the Winter Park Station to Washington, D.C., I asked a stranger where the nearest cafe was located. He kindly suggested several bars and casually mentioned that a Starbucks was two blocks down the road on Park Avenue.After entering I ordered my coffee and decided to sit outside where there are seven tables. It was a bit noisy inside and I did not find it appealing, and it seemed almost like a “Happy Hour” in some bar rather than a cafe.The coffee was OK and the WiFi worked well, so I would not hesitate to return to this particular Starbucks. Winter Park is one of my favorite places in the Orlando, Florida area and the location is ideally close to the Amtrak Train Station.

Drinks were served quickly and made right.

They where very rude and nasty and did not want to give me sugar or creamer.

They do not know how to pour an affagato shot. And only put half the shot on the drink, through the other half away.

My coworker and I stopped here for breakfast, and were at surprise with the poor service from the barista Trent. He did not take time to understand her concerns for her drink that he made wrong because he was rushing, and had an unpleasant attitude for having to remake it.

Stopped in to grab a cup of coffee while my car was down the road in a mechanic shop. The staff was friendly, polite and delivered prompt service. I enjoyed my coffee and worked on a paper for about 30 minute and enjoyed my time. The decorations on the coffee beans on the wall were nice and added a unique vibe to the location.

Ive met some interesting people just hanging out here on my own. Very safe location. Usually go with my son, and we people and dog watch the busy sidewalk from seats inside. However, sitting outside is nice when its cooler. Super-friendly and accommodating staff. Just a great place to hang, whether youre shopping on Park Avenue or not.

Busy early afternoon crowd. Very friendly, Shared a table with a lady that allowed me to sit with her. After a while sat outside - perfect area for a sit down - chat - crowd watching. Nice!!!

They do not let paying customers use the restroom however they have people in the store. They said it’s because of the coronavirus. If they were worried about the virus then don’t allow people in the store. People need to stand up for common sense. If this bothers you too then give it a one star.

Tough parking, superb customer service and one if the best places to get any drink, simple or complex. Very welcoming and professional. Just needs more space inside, out and parking!

Liked this Starbucks location! Super close to a chocolate shop. It was fun to buy chocolate and then drink coffee with it.

Went in for the first time the other day and was greeted by a young man named Christopher. He greeted me with a huge smile and gave me the up most respect. Just the smile on his face lifted my spirits right away and was treated as if I were family. I will continue to give this Starbucks my money as long as Christopher is around. A true man of class. A+++

As far as drinks and food go, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Good quality and a bit pricey. Friendly staff. This location is centrally located in the heart of Winter Park on Park Ave with indoor and outdoor seating. Depending on the time of day, you may struggle to find a seat. Theres not a dedicated parking lot, so youll either have to find street parking or park in one of the nearby decks. If I could change one thing, Id ask them to make it a bit warmer. They crank the AC so much you need a sweater to be comfortable in the middle of summer.

My mom and I went out on my birthday. It was after dinner and after a failed attempt at another restaurant for coffee. We both got a Peppermint mocha Latte! Amazing! My mom had never had one. Can you believe that!

Great location. New Maitland Center is becoming the next up and coming location. Lots of parking. Outside seating is very noisy as it is on the main road.

Great service! The baristas were very friendly and when we asked for water, she added a little bit of the dragon fruit flavor and it was deeeelicous! One of the baristas even offered to buy my nephew a snack, as he keep going and grabbing thing! We appreciated her offering, but hed had enough snacks! Overall, great experience here! 👍

Great bathroom stop. The only reason Ill ever step foot into a Starbucks, really. The one here is typically busy all the time. Lots of Winter Park people trying to look important on their laptops. Typically a bunch of Rollins students everywhere.

This place has the best coffee ever and there are a wide variety of choices. I love visiting this place alone for reading a book with a coffee or with my friends to just have a good time.

Today I went to this store to get my coffee star reward, Mali (tall skinny, red Long hair, Freckles) was absolutely amazing, she was amiable, eager to help me, I forgot to tell her that i wanted soy milk and she rather convinced me to let her make me a new cup of chai tea with soy milk.This is the fist time that i had an absolute 100% positive experience at Starbucks after being a gold card member for 3 years.She deserves some recognition.

Fantastic! Lovely employees. Great place to meet ambitious minded people, and the locals are just as friendly. Very comforting, and very warm --- I mean the environment. Its very inviting. Makes you wanna stay, or come back more often. Their only downfall is there A/C is too cold, but who cares, youre drinkin coffee!

The staff here is so kind and so accommodating. I thought my online order had been lost, but it turns out I had sent it to the wrong store. Even though it was fully my mistake, they remade the order and even called the other store to cancel. Beyond that, they are always friendly and clearly get to know theyre regulars!

45 minutes from paying until my son got coffee today. Then instead of calling him, who is obviously a teen boy by the name he gave, Julien, They yelled Julia. And the coffees were only 3/4 filled. WTH? Really rude.

I love Starbucks for all the goodies they server, including this one. This store is located on Park Avenue in Winter Park, and that only adds to the character of the place. Friendly staff, fresh coffee and food.

Friendly staff, BUT every time I visit, the trash can out front is absolutely overflowing by mid-day. People place their trash on top and the wind blows it away. What would it take to keep an eye on the trash situation ?

This is the best Starbucks in town! The staff is super great and friendly always, and they keep the store very clean and put together. My favorite barista dosent work there any more but all of the other ones are great too! They remembered my name after like ten visits and thats so impressive to me. 11/10

Wow this place i walk in at 7:10am order my coffee like everyday try to pay with 50 dollar bill because that is all i have on me and the girl said i dont have change this early, i said ok but you know what i feel like me being a faithful customer for years i will expect at least here is the coffee just pay next time wish is probably the next day but you know what they do put the coffee on the trash.Bad business starbucks step up the game open business like you guys should always have changed for whatever comes in the door.

Its Starbucks but the location is great. Theyve done a great job fitting a lot of seating in a relatively small space without it feeling crowded. The wi-fi is really good and completely free. Probably because its powered by Google. Parking can be a pain but thats true of everyplace on Park Ave. Really friendly staff too.

The location for this Starbucks is bonkers. Its smack dab in the middle of downtown Winter Park. There are restaurants and a beautiful Central Park well within walking distance, and there is plenty of parking around on the weekends.We came here to study some one day. We got an iced coffee and a peach syrup sweetened green tea. Those drinks were good.I would just like to note that this location has way more seating than usual, which makes sense, since it is a very busy location, and the turnover rate of people sitting in those seats is faster than I was expecting. I was here for about three hours, and I think the whole place turned over almost three full times.So if you wanna study or read or just be in a coffee shop, this place will have seating for you, and it has all the standard Starbucks stuff.

I have been coming here 4 to 5 times a week since I moved here 3 years ago. Service has always been decent until a guy named Christopher started working there. He is very rude and messed up several of my drinks. When asking him to remake it he gave a bad attitude about it. Everyone else that works there is friendly and helpful. This guy is a jerk and the reason I am giving a bad review.

Some of the snootiest and most rotten to the core spoiled people I’ve ever met at this location. Both the employees and the customers need the external torture of a demonic salvia trip to see how vapid and self absorbed they are to help themselves be truly happy but there’s no hope for most of them.

If you are a Starbucks fan this place is for you. Great location to Shop for anything Starbucks. Cups, old barista bears and of course food.

I hope this location is normally better, because todays visit was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks. I realize they were busy due to an event in the area, but they were certainly not short- handed; Jenna (the manager) was ineffective at utilizing her staff. The restrooms were disgusting and out of toilet tissue. The condiment stand was in similar disarray, unkept and lacking basic nessesities. We were there for over an hour: 40 minutes to get our initial order, and another 25 to get it corrected once made wrong. It would have been much longer (because they put my re-make into the regular queue rather than bumping it to the front) had I not finally made a fuss. Jenna finally apologized and gave me a small gift card, so I guess that should make everything better. Smh.
