I needed new backings for my earrings and stopped in at Monarch Jewelers. Sam, with her bright smile and sweet personality asked if she could help. She was incredibly helpful; she ordered the backings and had them there for me very quickly. She is now my go to person when I need anything jewelry related. I met Shawn at a wedding show a few years back. My then fiancé and I had gone to numerous well known jewelry stores and were always disappointed. I would always hear how they could order it or show me some stone in a giant book. They never had anything close to what I wanted. I knew that I wanted a gemstone for my center stone and not a diamond. When we went to Monarch we were amazed. When I mentioned that I was looking for a custom engagement ring and asked for sapphires Shawn brought out a tray, when I thought I wanted Amethysts, another tray.. when I asked to see how diamonds would look around the stone, he brought out another tray, dont like that size, ok here is a tray with a different size. We were able to build my ring right there and I could see how different stones/sizes worked out until I found what worked for me. I couldnt decide on what Sapphire I wanted because I really wanted blue and purple. Shawn was able to find a color change Sapphire from Ceylon and have it flown in for me to be the center for my ring! We got my fiancés ring (also custom). Sadly due to Covid we were not able to locate the color change sapphires for my band but it worked out well because I went with a carved one that would be better for me to wear at work as a nurse. My center stone is so unique. It can be purple or blue or both and sometimes even black all depending on the light. Oh and they love our two fur babies who often visit with us when we come in to get the rings cleaned (which they do in store)

I brought sapphire stones that I got from mining in Montana. The Big Dipper is something to close to my heart so brought in stones and asked to custom make a Big Dipper charm with the stones and also a map of Montana with the stone placed on where I will be moving. After a very bad experience at Trimblett and Brooks, I found Monarch Jewelry. What a difference! Everyone is friendly, polite, and welcoming, not to mention the facility itself is far superior. I took in the same ring to be sized and to have the prongs retipped that I had previously taken to Trimblett and Brooks. I was told absolutely they could do that, and they quoted me a standard price that they have in their computer system. It wasn’t like the situation with Larry at Trimblett and Brooks, where he wanted to know how much I paid for the ring before providing a price quote for the work. (The shifty “create a price” game.) Monarch Jewelry never once asked me how much I paid for my ring. We discussed and agreed on a value for the ring so they could note it on their work order for liability purposes, but it wasn’t the shifty “create a price” game. Not only is Monarch Jewelry a welcoming and friendly store, the quality of the work performed on my ring is by far the BEST QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP I have ever received on a jewelry item! The area where they resized my ring is not detectable, and the prong retipping is smooth and flawless. I will not hesitate to purchase from them or to bring them additional jewelry for repairs. Yvette was the sales representative who helped me, and she was very professional and courteous. A pleasure to work with. She wanted to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I was searching for a Jeweler that could make a replica of an earring that’s lost. I saw this jewelry store on the internet and gave it a call. I spoke with the jeweler by the name of Sean. I sent him over a picture of the earring. He got back with me the same day actually 10 minutes after I texted him. He stated he could do it. I didn’t make it yesterday due to traffic however I spoke with Peggy and informed her I’d be in today on July 23rd 2021. I arrived at the store and was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff there. I have him working on the earring and once he’s finished I’ll have him work on upgrading my diamond in my wedding ring and do another replica of a bracelet that’s been lost. The staff went above and beyond answering questions and explaining the finer points of jewelry materials, styles of rings, etc.Not to mention their prices are way lower than what I was expecting given their quality of service. I had two pieces repaired/reset/cleaned here and will be purchasing from here in the future.Fantastic experience.

The staff including the owner are extremely nice very helpful. They take their time with you with no sales pressure at all! Unlike most chain store Jewelers with this is a today price. Not here totally pressure free! They carry, and can create gem stone pieces to your specifications. Them GEM IS A RATE FIND. You must stop in and give them a try!

I got a ring resized recently . They were very friendly . Quick service . They cleaned the ring for me as well . Fit perfect. Very knowledgeable. Their jewelry is beautiful. If you don’t see what you like, they will create it for you and also provide 3D printing of what you want before creating it. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. My husband and I got my wedding band from Monarch a little over a year and a half ago. Shawn was extremely helpful in creating a custom band for us to fit with the engagement ring purchased separately. We went in today to get all three of our rings cleaned which took about 10 minutes. Just got finished with my setting at Monarch. I came in with a loose stone and I just wanted a platinum solitaire setting for it. I came into Monarch Jewelry with a tungsten carbite ring that had gotten stuck on my finger. Being that tungsten is incredibly dense it is by far the most difficult material to cut. That being said John and his fellow associates did not hesitate to assist me with my problem as my finger was incredibly swollen. Using a diamond cutter on a dermal they managed to cut the ring off without causing any harm to my finger. To ensure that no harm was done they shaped a piece of metal plate to slip under the ring and around my finger so they could cut the ring off safely. Overall service was amazing to say the least!

Shawn was so insightful in helping me make decisions in materials, and Dan’s custom design work based on my ask was just perfect. Every time that I have walked into Monarch Jewelry, I feel like I am the only customer that matters, and that is not always the case in jewelry stores. Often I have entered jewelry stores and they have “judged a book by its cover” and I have walked out, but NOT Monarch. The personality (hilarious btw) and the customer care of the staff is second to none. The people here are so friendly and sooo helpful. Brought a damaged ring in to get fixed and was charged a very reasonable price. They also went out of their way to make my ring polished and good as new again. Will come definitely come back!!

The staff is very friendly, patient, and they are truly experts in all kinds of jewelry. I wanted something unique for my wife, and not only did I find some amazing vintage and classic pieces, but they can also make a completely custom piece to my exact specifications, for less than buying the everybody has one jewelry from other stores. There truly is a difference in jewelry stores. I am super pleased and will only go to Monarch Jewelry from now on.

Took my wifes wedding ring here after being told I would have to replace it because it was so worn out and the wedding band had separated. With in four days they had it looking new and back to round.
