I LOVE this family owned business. Thankfully they have a few locations for me to stop by if needed. The owners are very knowledgeable and offered me top price for my jewelry. Other stores couldn’t beat what they paid for my gold and silver pieces. The locations that have jewelry are more than half off department stores! I get all my Pandora and Tiffany pieces here and no where else now. Highly recommend everyone to stop by!

They are very professional and clean. It’s about it. They won’t give you the best price for your gold (search rates before you enter and try to negotiate AT THE TIME they tell you their price or they get really upset and intimidating). And don’t even bother to sell them your Silver Jewelry, it will worth less than bananas.

Either they are fake or the reviewers are naive as this anticipated they would be. 1)The female working there is nosy, asking questions that were irrelevant to the selling of my gold. 2) They pay the least of the other stores I encountered, even less than a pawn shop by as much as 20%. 3) This is my favorite, she gave a million reasons as to why the stones on the jewelry had no value, she stated certain stones need to be certified, lmao!!
