I am so amazed at every level of employee in Winter Park, FL, thanks especially to Pamela - always pleasant, super knowlegeable and goes out of her way to help. Stacey in Winter Park is super helful. In Akron, many thanks to Kyla (sp?) who spoke with the warehouse to get dimensions of boxes. Laurie, also in Akron, has amazing customer service skills and is always online to assist. And, thanks to the warehouse for getting items out so quickly. The quality of items and people that work for this company are top notch!

Highly recommended! This nonprofit, fair-trade retail establishment guarantees a living wage and opportunities for talented artisans in developing countries. The goods are high quality and all hand made, and almost all are made from completely recycled materials. This is a non-profit, so the proceeds go back to makers around the globe (think Peru, Nepal, Ghana, Haiti). They have everything from clothing to soaps, metal work to home decor, coffee and chocolate--theres something for everyone. The staff are almost all volunteers and very helpful. Take a browse and Im sure youll see something you like! And youre getting good karma :)

Wonderful, helpful staff and a great nonprofit mission to support. I love shopping here for unique gifts, beautiful jewelry, and gorgeous home goods. I love being able to find beautiful, unique items and support fair trade goods made throughout the world!
