I ordered a birthday box for my wife from the Winter Park location. Within 2 days, the strawberries grew mildew and my wife didnt get to eat them. We order from edible arrangements from the Semoran location all the time and this has NEVER happened. They usually last 5 days in the fridge without going bad. I called the Winter Park location and they did not offer to do anything about this or make this right in any way. They actually accused us of leaving the box out and thats how it went bad. How rude and disrespectful to say that to a long time customer. I have been ordering from Edible Arrangements for years, for almost every special occasion for my wife and once again, this has NEVER happened. I called corporate and I was advised that an email was sent to the local office along with the pictures and that the shareholder of the Winter Park location would be in touch with me. Here we are, over 2 weeks later, and no one has contacted me - not to offer a refund, not to offer a remake/replacement, not to make anything right.

First time ordering this as a present for some friends that recently lost their sister due to Covid. I wanted to make sure I could send them something healthy that would keep them hydrated and keep their immune system up during this interesting time. Not only was the delivery free which I really liked but they sent me a picture and they said it was just what they needed as a pick me up to snack on while dealing with all the details. Thank you so much I really greatly appreciate you going back after The first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. It means a lot to me that you went above and beyond and I will be ordering more often. I’m thrilled-and so are the recipients ❤️😘😘

What amazing service! I am so grateful to Michael and the manager of this location. I placed an online order for next day delivery, then needed to call back to inquiry about changing to same day, at first I was explained it could not be done, but not 10 minutes later I received a personal phone call from Michael telling me the great news! They are able to deliver same day without an extra charge! I cannot thank them enough.

There was sticker in the mug that said “Happy mother’s “ it was for a birthday not Mother’s Day. And the grapes were sour my throat didn’t like it .

I live in NC and have ordered from this location twice to deliver items to my brother in Casselberry. My brother and his wife have both raved about the fantastic quality of the gifts they have received and how great everything tasted. He also commented on how enthusiastic the delivery person was in presenting him with the gifts.

I had the most awesome experience with this company in Casselberry Florida. The staff team are professional, honest and they truly care about their clients. They went above and beyond. The fruit is super fresh and the cheesecake are delectable. I highly recommend them I hope to be using them again soon.

I made a purchase as a Christmas gift. When the order was delivered it was not correct. It was supposed to be a fruit bouquet with brownies. The bouquet ended up being a small, and I ordered a medium. When I spoke with the manager she assured me that the delivery driver said that he delivered the brownies when in fact he did not. She also told me the order would differ from what I actually ordered online because it was a sales gimmick. The driver also told her that he spoke with one person that answered the door, when in fact it was another. I called back to discuss this again with the manager however she did not get on the phone. Instead I spoke with a female employee that was more helpful than the manager. She gave me a refund for the brownies and I was just charged for the small bouquet. At least that was something even though my Christmas surprise was a disappointment. I thank her for her help. I have purchased from Edible Arrangements several times in the past and have never been lied to, or disappointed like I had been this time.

Was not expecting what I got in $50 fruit tray. The only flower cut pieces were pineapples, rest were just haphazardly put in there.

Okay so on Valentines Day and I get it its probably there busiest day of the year theyre understaffed the line was crazy long the staff and they were very backed up the main issue I have is I stood in line for almost an hour to get inside the building once I was inside the building I overheard the lady saying they werent taking any more orders as she was talking to another customer that has been waiting for 6 hours after placing her order online and already been to their location three times earlier in the day they never actually said anything to anybody standing in line they were going to let us all wait and tell us one at a time once I overheard her explain to the lady that she still had to wait at least an additional hour bringing her total weight time to 7 hours she ordered it at 9:45am at this point its a little after 4 p.m. I had to call her out from the back of the line and make a point that if youre not taking orders you need to tell everyone or put out a sign or something because youre wasting customer valuable time then she looked up and said Im sorry were not and you should have seen how quick the line broke that was my first time there and dont know if Ill ever go back I can understand being flooded but just unprofessional youre that backed up that you cant be bothered to tell the customers off rip that youre not taking orders

Fruits was soggy it was given as a Valentines gift under my boyfriend name donterius moore.

My fiancé ordered me a caramel chocolate apple with sea salt as a surprise. The caramel was so hard it cracked off the apple like glass and was inedible unless you wanted to cut your mouth. There was so much salt on the chocolate that it burned the tongue. A horrible let down. I threw the entire thing away. A complete waste of 47 dollars. On the bright side, the delivery was on time and very professional.

I would like to first thank Samantha for a professional customer service. I have ordered my favorite strawberry white chocolate covered arrangements and I have picked them up and they were always ready on time and no waiting. The team there is also great and Micah and I hope I spelled his name right. He is such a gentleman opening the door for me and greeting me with a beautiful smile. Thank you all for a great job!!

Excellent service! Even called me after my fiance was asleep and didnt answer the door. My highest praises. Any old reviews that show a low score review, are significantly outdated. I, myself, had an excellent experience and I will definitely be ordering from this location again. Very happy.

I needed a last minute anniversary gift for a couple I know. I knew by the time I was able to make it to Edible Arrangements they would just be closing. I called and spoke to Andrew who was very polite, courteous and understanding and made a way for me to pick up a pre-made fruit basket even if I was going to be there 5-10 mins after closing! I was very happy that he made this possible for me because I knew it was my fault i was going to be there late and i was running out of time with no other options available for a gift. Kudos to Andrew! Thank you! Because of this, I am definitely more inclined to return to this store/location for my needs in the future!

I’m paying 20$ for shipping on Valentine’s Day, and the order wasn’t even slated for delivery until after 5pm when 90% of the workforce gets off. The winter park store switched their phone number so it goes straight to the answering machine so I had to drive there to pick up an order I payed 20$ delivery for. Completely incompetent.

My husband ordered an arrangement for me last Friday. When I got home he asked if the arrangement had come, since I didnt say anything about it. Apparently they tried delivering after 5:30 p.m. (when my office closed). Ive never NOT received a delivery (even on Valentines Day), nor have I ever heard of that happening. I called first thing this a.m. to ask for a refund. After sitting on the phone for 5 minutes, the lady I spoke to offered the full refund and still deliver the arrangement, explaining they were really busy yesterday. I get Valentines Day is busy--but SERIOUSLY??? I assumed they would have made arrangements for the busy day staffing additional people, etc. - especially when my husband ordered several days before Valentines Day. When you sit at work all day and see your co-workers get their flowers and other deliveries and you spend the whole day thinking your husband forgot or didnt care, only to find that he did but the business was too busy to deliver it. It broke my heart. I told my husband never to use Edible Arrangements again. Disappointed is an understatement.

Clean store staff and owner very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The only thing I dont like about this area is the parking is so crammed but I dont take that out on the store thats the Uptown Altamonte be sure to visit early on holidays usually good offers and discounts!

Ordered my wifes gift online on Monday to be delivered on Thursday, Valentines Day. On the 14th at 2pm there was no change to the status my order. I called the store and they put their phone into a continous voicemail loop where you can only leave a message for customer service, so I did. Two hours later at 4pm, still no change to the status of my order and no call back. I googled the customer service number and called them. They tried to call the store but the store switched over their phones to their fax machine. I then called the same number i was calling and got the fax machine too. I then received a call from the store at 6pm apologizing they didnt make the delivery and asked me if i wanted them to deliver it on another day. Absolutelu not! I requested my refund. First and last time trying edible arrangements.

My fiancé and I are long distance. I wanted to surprise her for Valentines Day by having chocolate covered strawberries and balloons delivered to her place of work. I placed the order four days in advance and received a confirmation email that workplace deliveries could be as late as 5:00pm. Should be fine, right?WRONG.4:50pm rolls around and no gift is in sight. My fiancé decides to leave work early, so I call her on her way home, confess to buying her a present, and beg her to return to work and pick up her gift.Meanwhile, the past four hours Ive called Edible Arrangements 16 times and waited on hold a total of 53 minutes, but NOBODY ANSWERED.So my fiancé happily turns around, waits in 25 minutes of traffic and arrives back at work around 5:20pm. STILL NO GIFT IN SIGHT.I convince by fiancés sister to drive by Edible Arrangements to see where the gift is; they tell her the gift is en route to my fiancés office, but the time is 6:15pm!My fiancé eventually got her gift later that evening. The strawberries were mediocre, and Edible Arrangements FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE NOTE I WROTE HER.Long story short, if piss poor customer service, delayed deliveries and breach of contract are your thing, Edible Arrangements is the place for you!
