I would have to say this Publix customer service and product knowledge was amazing. I went to the meat department spoke to Jay about a particular cut of meat. He went above and beyond service to make sure that I had the right cut steak and had amazing knowledge of his department. If you want the best cuts of meat Publix is the right place. I wanted to have a picture to show you guys but the meat was so tender I couldnt resist eating it all up. The next time I post a review for Publix I will be sure to add extra pictures. I want everybody to see how amazing their products are. Thanks again Publix.

I understand the shortage in bacon, the least you can Do is throw the old bacon away and replace it with a good one. Instead you raised your prices from $3.91 within two weeks to a whooping $6.48 for bacon thats spoiled. This is disgusting, talk about food poisoning!!!

The Publix on University and Goldenrod Rd. is the best Publix around. Friendly service from all depts. Never had a problem there for any reason. This is by far my favorite store to shop at. 5 Star rating. Keep up the good work.

The employees do a good job, but prices are awfully high

I always love shopping at Publix. Their pre-pandemic customer service was usually good. During the pandemic their workers were still offering to help with getting groceries to the car. It is unusual when one of them does not offer. This happened the other day and my carriage was full; however, that was the exception. Most of the time everyone at Publix is helpful, but especially the bakery workers. They always go into the freezer if we cannot find our gluten free cake. Thank you Publix for having good customer service. 🙏

Big store, store is kept real clean. Publix always keeps theirs does clean and their employees are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I ask where I can find something, they will go out of the their way to take you to where the item is off you need help.

Their bakery is amazing!!! Fresh pastries and baked bread....So yummy cakes are unbelievable!!!

Well as we all know, publix is over priced, but they do great work, definitely worth it if you can afford it. If not go to Aldi, although I have noticed prices going up there.

Its a supermarket. If your visiting your family/kid at Full Sail uni and you notice that their fridge is almost entirely devoid of vegetables or fresh food, this is probably one of the better places to get some immediate vitamins in their diet. Attached bellow is a picture of vegetables I picked up and prepared for roasting in just under 2 hours, a perfect and easy meal for a college kid like me, and it didnt cost more than 20$ for all the vegetables.This location has decent deals, meat prices are a bit high (but then again, where arent they), and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Publix is right. It is always a pleasure shopping. It takes me a long time to get they the store door to my medical conditions but they are very helpful in the end.

Usually when i go here it is very pleasant but today was different. My cashier was really rude and as im trying to play my items on the belt she starred me down as if to rush me and my husband just told her i was sorting my order and she gave attitude. Do better!

Busy store and parking lot/shopping center with some rude drivers but the Publix is great and has wonderful employees. I asked an associate if they could look up a product for me. I had a digital coupon for it and could not find it on the regular aisle. She walked me straight to the special display and we giggled about getting our free item.

Love this Publix! Staff is always so helpful and will go the extra mile to help their customers. The shelves are always stacked and the BOGO section always gets me! Love how they have the specials of the week displayed at the entrance and their hot food station is always delicious.

I went to the deli for a sub, the ladies there do a great job, quick and friendly, better than many sub shops.

Its the best place to shop. Costs a bit more. Always get helped. Attitudes great. But even here Ive noticed that if a young person doesnt know where setting is, they need an app to find it

Excellent customer service, great employees they are always so helpful even though I can be a bit of a jerk sometimes... They set a great example and I try to be more like them.

I went to get some chicken wings plain and non-breaded, they made me to wait for 45 minutes (I was in front of them stand up for 25 minutes) when I asked for the wings (because nobody asked me what I was waiting for) they said they just have spicy and if I wanted the plain chicken wings I got to wait for 15 more minutes! They need to pay more attention, I could get food somewhere else and not wait for so long for nothing! This store really disappointed me!

The publix business experience was good. The lack of social distancing was uncomfortable. There was a person in line that was too close to me coughing. Social distancing should remain as a permanent rule. It creates a more pleasant shopping experience.

They have a very hygenic and well thought out store! Only thing missing is a vider organic spead but they have a few things!

Attitude, did not pay attention. Overcharged and that is a problem. They were stocking in the isle and it was a problem for them to have to move their cart so I could get by. I said thank you and all I got was a dirty look. Wow I pay alot more money when I go to Publix and I dont mind because some things they carry that other stores dont.

It can be more expensive than going to other grocery stores, but they carry a lot of things that other places dont have. They have a deli with a hot bar that also makes hoagies for you, and a bakery that puts things out daily. Not to mention the freshly made sushi near the freezers at the back. I still go to another store for day-to-day stuff, but love going to this Publix to get snacks and occasionally things I cant find at another store.

Awesome store. This is one of those stores you just have to check out for yourself. All I can say I like it very much.

Been shopping here ever since they arrived in the plaza. Its a great grocery store, well run, well stocked, with excellent customer service and friendly, helpful staff. The store is well staffed, and if I ever have any inquiry, theres someone to speak to within moments. On a few occasions Ive gone to the service desk and requested a special order, and they usually can find the item for me and do call when it arrives. I am so pleased that they have not resorted to self check-out like some other chains, because I much prefer the convenience, friendly, cashier and bagging service.Publix is understandably a little more pricy compared to some other grocery stores, but I firmly believe and have experienced that the produce, seafood, meats and deli offerings, and other things, are that much better, to warrant it. Publix has many choices in whatever category of food and non-food items youre looking for. Its highly unusual to get a bad item, yet they are exceptional in their manner to promptly exchange it for you. Ive never once had any issues with the quality of service or staff. Even the parking lot is kept clear of stray carts and litter. Im always impressed.Really the only negative I can think of was when I thought to take advantage of your Dry Ice (along the front wall at check-out), and found you only offered a roughly 5lb block, and the cost was like $46. Yikes! I would certainly purchase some if you offered smaller, less pricy quantities. Also I was told, at the time, to fetch it myself, and did use the single glove available to retrieve it (before I learned it was a huge block, and high priced). It seems to me, only staff should handle Dry Ice, although I personally understand the precautions and have handled it properly many times. Also, I cant imagine you can properly keep a single gloves interior sanitized well, considering covid and all. Some training and improved policy may be in order. A bagger, I believe, was asked to return the block to the freezer (when I changed my mind, due the high price), and initially was using his bare hands until I pointed out how unsafe that was, and an assistant manager, I think, had him use the glove. But please Do Keep the dry ice service, as I think its wonderful. Though I personally would much prefer smaller quantities if thats something you could work out. Its really useful in some situations, ie shipping frozen food, ice box goes out unexpectedly, long car trips with frozen food, etc.Oh, there was one other time (pre-covid, so, a few years ago) where I was displeased, when some kids were going up to cars as they were parking, trying to make sales of candy bars. Knowing that Publix does often allow bonefide charities or organizations (ie Salvation Army or the Girl Scouts) to set up outside the entrance at certain times of the year, I know that roving sales in the parking lot was probably not their doing, I asked the customer service desk if they were aware of it. They were not, and a manager swiftly went out to address it. The problem is, some unscrupulous parents use their kids to act as fake charities to make them money, and I believe I could tell thats what these kids were up to. Their so-called organizations credentials were nothing Id ever heard of, were very sloppy and looked home-made. I do not blame the kids however.In any case, thanks for being a high quality, friendly, neighborhood grocery store, and keep up the good work! I really respect how Publix, as a family owned business, has continued to maintain excellence over the decades, and treats its staff well, I hear.

Publix is a family favorite! They have the best customer service. Free balloons and cookies or a piece of fruit for kids. Great selection of everything! Pub subs, sushi, their bakery, deli, everything is fabulous! Conveniently located, fantastic pharmacy staff. No complaints for this chain of supermarkets what so ever.

Had a friend go to publix vaccine website. once you get to find page of all info. To fill in to get a date for the vaccine, it jumps and then now you cant get confirmation. So people are getting frustrated to not be able to get a vaccine shot. You call and they dont have a logic answer but to keep trying. e are giving up cause the website hasnt been corrected to find the form page of questions to fill in for a date very unprofessional.

Whoever is managing this place doesnt know whats going on. 3 lanes closed at the same time, and then all lines got extremely long, during a surge of customers. Smart.
