I love Ace! Its amazing how much stuff they pack into this smallish store! They always have what I need. Also, the best place to get keys made. Never got a key at Ace that didnt work.

This is my go to store for hardware items. The staff are very good at assisting you with finding the right product for your need. Because I am not that knowledgeable about hardware, Ace Hardware is my choice. I can always count on Aloma Ace Hardware to help me determine what I need. The store is clean and nicely arranged. I highly recommend.

I purchased a can of blazing wet tire shine at an outdoor event they were having. It was buy one get one free. However a few weeks later I tried to use one of them which was previously used by me, but this time it would not work. The can was still half full or empty depending on how u look at it. I tried to return it for another one but with no luck. It was buy one get one free or 50% off each again depending on how u look at it. The manager was treating me as if I wanted easy money back. All I needed was a new can that works. So now that deal was not buy one get one free anymore therefore I felt cheated. Ace will no longer be my first choice. This attempted return happened 21 June 21 @ about 1500. That was no way to treat your customer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They immediately asked me what I needed. The store clerk brought me directly over to the aisles and helped me find everything that I needed.

Great place to shop without having to go to the big box stores. Extremely friendly staff with great customer service.If they dont have it, you probably dont need it! Not usually too crowded.So happy to have them so close by!

Absolutely the best time yesterday at the event! Ive been listening to Real Radio for 30 years and it was so much fun to see everyone again. It felt like life was back to normal yesterday and we needed that. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I will never go to another store again. God bless the owners, staff and people that put on the event. It felt like we are back!

I am very happy that this True Value Ace Hardware opened up in this Plaza its close to my work its on the way home and I can pick up odds and ends that I cant get at Home Depot

Three out of my last 5 trips relating to a home project were disappointing. They didnt have the common electrical light fixture box for drywall, nor primer for drywall, nor braided connectors to the sink fixtures. Manager said its hard to get some things but Lowes and Home Depot had plenty.

Nice, clean, well stocked. Better than wandering aimlessly in the Big Box stores.

I only like this store for the convenience of its location. It takes me longer to check out at the register than it does to get my items. When they first opened everyone was very friendly and helpful, now its hard to find help and when you do get someone to help you, I feel like Im a bother. I miss the old Ace Hardware...

I have an old home shes 64 and has a lot of older parts. I needed a rubber washer for my bathroom sink stem. Well of course the water shut off wouldnt turn all the way off. I went to Ace(I used to go to the old one on Palmetto and Aloma) and a new young woman helped me find the washer I needed! The man associate I asked first told me to look at asle 8 and never came over thats when I found the new employee and she did everything right. Thank you so much!!!!!

Staff helpful. A lot of different products. Didnt see as many tools as Harbor Freight but they do have Hardware that Harbor Freight does not. Will def be coming back

Great hardware store with clean neat aisles and nary a cart full of screaming children in sight. Took one store because the fasteners were a little mixed up in the bins.

This is a great place to come find things for DiY. They have basically everything the bigger stores have for those type of things, just more accessible. And the people are much more helpful.

Good store, but need to correct the location on Google Maps. Google shows the new spot on the wrong side of Forsyth (near the 7-11). But it’s actually in the Aldi plaza on the Northeast corner of Forsyth and Aloma. Update: I put in a request with Google to correct the map location, so hopefully that does it.

Ill go spend my money somewhere else they dont demand I wear a mask and be rude about it. Never coming here again!

I love this Ace location. It is fairly new and very nice with a great selection. This is my go to hardware store. Much nicer then dealing with the two big stores.

Manager John and salesperson Christopher made my product return experience very difficult and embarrassing. I had to argue with them for 15 minutes just to get my return completed. I never wish this experience on anyoneBoth employees tried to violate Ace Harware in-store return policy according to the corporate website. I had some unopened Ace branded products I purchased a few weeks ago. I had my receipt and they didnt want to take the return because I didnt buy the items at their Ace store. Both employees lacked proper customer service skills and need to be better trained by Ace Hardware.I am going to make sure I never give this Ace Harware and any other Tooles owned Ace Hardware any of my personal and commercial business. I will also instruct the same thing for my employees.

Great place to find that hard to find thing to replace, or it got damaged and/or got lost. They are helpful and have ideas to help you too. Even returns are no problems.

They ordered a special key for my chevy they cut it an set chip for my vehicle

I dont know much about painting. So I went in with a few questions about painting my cabinets/food pantry.The guy behind the paint counter did not seem to know much about painting like me.So he asked another employee and his response was spray paint.I was pretty much on my own to figure out what I needed.So much for the helpful hardware man.
