I bought two small items for my old lawnmower a few months ago from Sunbelt Lawn and Tractor. I was impressed with the time the staff took to make sure I got the right items. For the time they took for my small items Im sure they didnt make much of a profit. However, what I saw was top notch service and the same for others being waited on at the counter.I noticed too when I was there this first time a man buying a lawn mover from them. I noticed how the staff took care of this customer as well and I thought at the time if I needed to buy a mower Id buy from this company.Yesterday my mower died and so I went to Sunbelt to see what they had in stock. I had done my homework on the Honda Lawn Mover I wanted and when a clerk come to help me, he pointed out the exact unit I was looking for. He then pointed out it was on sale and having checked other stores in the area I knew that this price was a great price.They cared for me this time the same way they treated me the first time. They listened to my need, suggested solutions and treated me with respect. Im sold on this company and can highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Just wanted to talk about how great these folks are.I run a commercial landscaping business and buy everything from mowers to string from them.Always been quick, affordable but most of all professional, courteous and eager to meet my needs. Recently had an issue that was handled by Allen in less than half an hour allowing me to move forward.

My husband passed away in April and had spoken very highly of the management at Sunbelt Lawn and Tractor. He bought a tractor from Sunbelt about a year and a half ago. He told me he had made a verbal agreement with the manager that if anything ever happened and the tractor was not paid off that the management would take the tractor back, sell it, pay off his loan and give his family the proceeds if there were any. I thought he was just talking. Sure enough, as previously stated my husband passed away and the manager allowed the tractor to stay on the property at Sunbelt to show it to interested buyers. We did get a buyer and everything was handled in a professional manner between me, the buyer and John Deere. I call this a man of integrity who would keep his word to a dead mans family. I had never met Allen nor his employees until I was called over to meet the buyer. It brings tears to my eyes as I make this post of appreciation and gratitude to him for everything he did to make this purchase possible. I drove here from New Smyrna Beach to buy a Honda lawn mower. The service was excellent and made the process very easy.

John, Harold, and the general manager took great care of me when I purchased several pieces of equipment. When some pieces weren’t to our company’s liking, they generously helped me exchange the equipment for some that better suited the company. I highly recommend this store.

I recently purchased a new middle of the line riding mower and bagger system from this store. I requested that the bagging blades that came with the kit were installed before deliverey. Upon delivery (without warning or any call to actually set a time) it seemed to work fine and I was happy. I then figured it was time to check the deck alignment which was not done either before the unit was delivered. Worse yet there is not enough adjustment in the machine to make it accurate. According to the company management this is too difficult for them to fix. If I was a large corporate customer I am sure it would be different but I paid retail with no discounts and received lackluster service. For the price involved I expected a much higher level of detail from a crew that builds and delivers thousands of mowers each year.

I have traded with SunState for some 15 years. I have one of every tool they have in the showroom. Except for chainsaws I have six of those, and Sunbelt keeps all of my tools running like new . My Daughter loves the store as well, no one objects when she wants to sit on a tractor for ten minutes pretending she is cutting the grass. Great Job Guys!

Bought a Honda EU2000i generator from Sunbelt Lawn and Tractor. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Salesman Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. Showed us everything about the Generator and was happy to answer any and every question I had. He also made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. Although I am not a heavy user of power equipment, should the need arise, I would not hesitate to patronize their establishment again. Highly recommended! Good job guys.

I came on here to leave a bad review on the service I was provided by an employee named john. But once I had a chance to read a few other’s, it looks like I’m not the first person to have this complaint. This man treated me very differently than the other customer. After reading the reviews I now know why. I’m not sure why he still has a job? And why the company keeps trying to cover up his racist behavior. But I will never give this company my business again. I will also be starting a Facebook petition to have him fired.

We have been using sunbelt for all our John Deere parts for years. They have always been friendly and reliable. Ive never had an issue in all the years we have been going to sunbelt.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but something needed to be said about the experience I had. I’ve been a customer of this establishment for years now. But after this I will never return. I dropped off piece of equipment to be worked on, like I have several times before. I walked out and to my truck then realizing I left my sunglasses on the counter so I headed back in. As I walk in two employees are in there with their backs turned. One was making a very hateful statement about my race. Obviously they didn’t expect me to come back in right away. I didn’t want to make a scene so i grabbed my glasses and pretended like nothing happened. The bad thing is I’m sure the gentleman who’s name is John kept on long after I left.

Wow!!!!. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. Can’t believe what I’m reading on the reviews. I know for sure that john works in the service department. I’m not sure what bothers me more that he would make comments like that about a customer, or that Allen would lie about it and try to cover it up.... that looks really bad on your end. But either way you have lost my business now.

Fantastic service department for small engines. Had all of the parts I needed in stock to repair a 22 Honda GCV160 engine for a push mower. A+ service from Hampton, who knows how to find the exact parts for your Honda engine. Highly recommended!

Horrible service! If I could select less than one start I would. I went in for a simple service for my blower. I met with the service manager to ask a few questions. Besides the fact that you can hardly comprehend what he is saying, he was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I tried to explain my concerns with what was going on with my equipment and he treated me as though I was an idiot! Im sorry I dont understand the mechanics behind my stuff, I just need it fixed. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. If you want to be treated like crap, then by all means go here. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.

Please read the interesting article about Google reviews below.Hey Google,If you’re reading this, you already know that fake reviews on Google have been a hot topic lately — and it appears the problem is getting a lot worse, resulting in a huge headache for small business owners.Rather than outlining all the issues and turning this post into a huge rant, I wanted to offer some suggestions that I think would help solve some of the major issues we are seeing in the Local SEO world.1. Please offer business owners a better path to reporting fake reviewsCurrently, there are several ways to contact Google My Business (GMB) support: phone support, email support, Twitter and Facebook. But there’s no way to get anyone at GMB to look at reports from people on businesses that aren’t theirs.That means if Joe the Plumber’s competitor in his town is a massive spammer and is ranking everywhere on Google, Joe can’t contact GMB about it at all. They won’t allow him to report the competitor, even if he is breaking every single guideline Google has out there.The only place business owners can currently report this stuff is on the Google My Business Forum. If you have a competitor that has tons of fake reviews and you post on the forum documenting all the evidence showing that the reviews are fake, you can actually succeed in getting them removed.For example, I had a client who had a major competitor with three separate listings (he was only allowed one). I reported the fake listings and had them removed — but I didn’t stop there. I was able to document and show how a lot of his reviews were fake as well, and I included that in my report. The listings that got removed lost all their reviews, and the one that was left up dropped from 16 to 10 reviews. It was a happy day for those of us who hate spam.The sad thing is that this story of success is rare. The Google My Business forum is so busy that the Top Contributors (of which I am one) cannot keep up. At the time of writing this, we have 79 pages of threads that don’t even have one reply.This is because the team of volunteers (who mostly have full-time jobs) cannot keep up with the amount of spam reporting we are getting due to the fact that these poor business owners have nowhere else to go!My suggestion: Please allow business owners to submit spam reports elsewhere as well. The little “flag” besides reviews is useless, as it doesn’t allow you to tell a story or show how you can prove the review is not legit.

Very disappointed with this establishments response to my fathers experience & concerns. if the managers r only wanting to brush it under the rug it only speaks to what kind of people they r & what kind of company they want to run. my father know’s what business he went to and knows what happened as does sunbelt. if ur white this is the perfect place to go & take your equipment & if not you should probably go somewhere else. ijs.

My family, friends and I have purchased a lot of equipment from Sunbelt. Before they moved locations we had bought equipment there, generators, mowers, chainsaws etc. After recent issues, my family, friends and I wont go back. I purchased an HT 103 in August 2018, from day one it never ran properly. I had brought it in for service on four separate occasions. They told me it was bad gas, funny it was gas Sunbelt had provided.... I contacted Stihl, they guided me to a Elite Stihl Dealer and technician, Jacob. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. The carburetor was shot and needed replacing. Sunbelt, after four attempts couldnt figure it out. Do yourself a favor, save a lot of wasted time and go to Tooles Ace on Curry Ford, they are not liars and you will get equipment that runs out of the box.In response to the owner:My review is far from fake. You had four chances to make it right. It’s ok that you didn’t find me in your system... won’t ever need my information because I won’t be back or need service.

Tools that make a difference are sold here especially for the farmer and for disaster preparedness. Courteous and personal counter service.

I just bought a tractor, not a cheap investment, over $28,000.00. First I went to John Deere in longwood, got their price, then went to sunbelt ...... they couldn’t beat it. The longwood John Deere was almost $3,000.00 less. This has happen more than once. Parts are usually the same price but he people over in longwood are friendlier.
