We recently switched to Canteen and our office couldn’t be happier. They offer a greater selection compared to their competitors and their customer service has far surpassed my expectations. In a recent order, we received a different type of coffee than we had originally ordered. I contacted my liaison and they were quick to remedy the situation, even letting us keep the wrong order. They truly make my job as office manager easier. Highly recommend for one’s vending needs, big or small!

This is a great company. They constantly are refreshing our equipment and making sure we have the best on the market. Our customer service manager has been so helpful too. I highly recommend Canteen.

Canteen is a reliable company and I have had positive experiences with their services. Their vending services offers a variety of products you can customize. I’ve enjoyed working with this company compared to others. They get the job done.

We started with a coffee company 30, maybe 40 years ago. Through consolidation at some point it became Canteen. Weve been a faithful customer of Canteen since the buy out - whenever that was. They didnt ship filters with the last batch of coffee, so we called and asked for some filters. The salesman told us that we must be using outside coffee if we are using filters faster than we use the coffee we purchase from them. We tried to explain that they did not send enough filters for the coffee we purchased from them and the response was that we were in violation of our contract. We asked for a copy of our contract, which, if we did sign one, would be 30+ years old. He stated our contract, which they could not find, obligated us to $130 a month in purchases. I could have bought a car for $130 a month 30 years ago, so I doubt that is what our contract called for - the contract they cant find. So Canteens solution to our difference of opinion was to send someone 30 minutes before closing time yesterday to remove their coffee machine from our kitchen. I guess were not a customer anymore.

Great customer service and friendly people! The products they offer seem to be very popular and consistently sell out. Fast delivery as well.

They service all of our Vending machines. Good service and honest people. Much better than or previous provider that used to skim us on commissions.

Overall great company to work with! Very reliable, excellent customer service, and great product variety.

They have a good selection of local craft roasted coffees. Delivery is on-time. They keep the equipment running and clean.

Horrible company. Unreliable, they ship orders as they like and when they like. I have been trying to get out of a contract now for a while, and it seems impossible. They always say that someone will call me back, but they never do. In the meantime, they keep charging my credit card without my permission!!! Ridiculous.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. We were with a company that was bought out by Canteen, and we have had nothing but problems since the buyout. They cashed our checks, but didnt apply them to the invoices, then threatened to close our account because THEY couldnt figure out how to apply the checks. I have since moved to a different coffee company. I cannot stress enough how terribly run this company is!

Worst vendor I have ever worked with. They were obtained by my company via contract before I was hired and we have had nothing but bad service. We complained for months about issues and had service calls multiple times a month for repairs. When our contact finally ended they refused to pick up their equipment, claiming our contract auto renewed. We had to get our legal team involved and 3 months later the equipment has still not been picked up and they continue to send us maintenance and rental invoices for machines we arent using. I tried reaching out to their parent company as well and got no response from them. I will never have them as a vendor again with any company I work for going forward. Avoid at all costs, even if it means a more expensive vendor. It is worth it!
