I was in an upside down auto loan, but AutoCenters Nissan got me into a loan with a New Nissan Kicks that dropped my apr by 2/3s! Kassie contacted me and scheduled me to come in and Kyle & Randy took care of me, from A to Z.I can say that Im in a much better loan and went from a 2015 Cruz to a brand new 2020 Nissan Kicks!!I got an amazing warranty and pre paid oil change and tire rotation for 7 years.

They directly handle the warranty company and check your Nissan rewards before giving you any final costs. Great customer service!

Little disappointed. Waited and waited and they finally came out only to show me this paper of what all they checked to tell me what else i needed to fix. Hadnt even started on what i took it in to have done so had to wait even longer.Found out the last 2 tires Ive bought there have ni warranty at all. They do not guarantee tires. Wont be buying any more there.Last thing is i noticed probably about 85 to 90 percent of workers and mechanics wore no mask. No one was wiping down anything inside and they were not asking people who waited inside to wear masks. Very upsetting. Probably will not go back for service there for a while. Just did not feel comfortable

I ended up not purchasing a car as we couldnt agree on a payment I was comfortable with. However, the salesman and the manager were nothing short of friendly. They were up front and honest, didnt hit my credit more than the once I gave permission for, and didnt try to feed me nonsense to get me there to purchase a car. If we couldve made it work payment wise, I 100% would have purchased through them just by their actions and honesty!

No rental. Have a warrenty but have been without a vehicle for a weak because they say it has to be inspected first b4 they can approve to fix it even though I paid for the extended warrenty...smh after its approved then they can get us into a rental. Good thing we have 2 cars or jobs would have been lost!

I test drove a new Frontier, and that truck was way over priced for a pro-4x, not much power, just wasnt happy with the Truck. However the salesman was really nice.

Top notch service center. Jason is easily the most thorough/approachable service director in the entire greater St. Louis area! Also the customer lounge is hard to beat.. complimentary soft drinks, coffee, donuts, hotdogs, snacks, etc. Will recommend this service dept to everyone I know, even if they arent driving a Nissan vehicle (they service all brands). 5 Stars all day.

Had a terrible experience with this dealership. I called the internet sales manager to discuss the price shown on website. He stated that the only rebate we would not qualify for was a recent college grad rebate. I then sent an email to follow up wanting to make sure that was the correct price before I travel an hour to the dealership. Of course when we got their the price was $3000 more and the internet sales manager never came out to talk to us. The car sales person he sent was very nice just placed in a bad situation. We actually went to a different dealership and purchased 2 vehicles and were very happy with them.

We had looked at a vehicle online and did all the financing information prior to coming to look at the vehicle because we were driving 3 hours to get the vehicle. The salesperson got the vehicle for us we took it for a test drive and noticed the car didnt have navigation, which it was advertised as including. When we returned and asked the salesperson about the navigation he said they didnt advertise it with navigation. We explained they did and when we went to look he said we would have to take it to a mazda dealer and pay to have it put on. We again said they advertised it and then showed him their web page with the navigation and he said they couldnt do anything about it. He was very rude and dismissive. We ended up going to Auffenberg and got a better deal. Make sure your vehicle has all the advertised features if you buy a car for them because they wont honor their advertisements.

The worst car buying experience in my 64 years. Had cash in hand...waited 2 hours..then treated so rudely we left...but after driving over an hour to get there..changed our minds. We still got rude dismissive treatment. My husband worked for years selling cars..I I am shocked by the ignorant attitudes. Dont buy from them...theres hundreds of dealerships that will treat you with respect and gladly take your cash!! Im calling the bbb tommorow.

After buying 5 cars at this location, i was and still am being treated very rudely . They will not answer my calls or call me back ...my husband has had his transmission replaced 2x ..and i had to get mine replaced after only 21000 miles ..would i recommend them? No!!!
