New water pump, serpentine belt and radiator flush. Clean Install that works as it should. I did have problems with the car not starting. A hit and miss type of situation. I tracked it down to the battery cables not being tightened properly, they were loose.

We needed information regarding condition of our high mileage SUV to help us determine whether to trade or not depending on current costs. They performed a general diagnostic check on the vehicle to help identify current problems and major trouble areas that would be needing attention in the near future as well as the costs of the repairs at today’s rates. The printed digital report was thorough, covered more then expected, included pictures of the trouble areas and estimated repair prices. Good courteous service from the front desk to the mechanic.Work was performed on time and I liked all the before service pictures of items that were going to be addressed and items that needed fixed now or at a future time. Only complaint was the shop expenses were much too high for the total cost of the job.

This happened to me two days in a row while I was waiting on diagnostics and I finally just told them I needed my car back. Didnt even have time to get it fixed. Kept me up to date with regular calls. I knew what’s going on and not surprised by unexpected prices. The best was they called me about my services and I didn’t have to keep calling to find out what was going on. It’s a locally family owned business!!

These guys have been lovely. I went to them orginally when my 2002 Ford Ranger had a coolant leak. They were able to diagnose the problem and tell me exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. They kept me updated throughout the process and didnt do any work until I gave approval. AC runs great now and is instantly cold as soon as I turn it on. Love it! I ended up going back for an oil change after seeing they had a special for it. Then, I went back a week later to have all new tires installed as mine were getting very worn down because they had a great special going on for tires too! Katie up front has been amazing to communicate with. She noticed I walked to work one day and she personally drove to pick me up from work after my vehicle was ready because it was raining. They also let me use a loaner vehicle while my tires were getting done so I didnt have to walk to work in the rain (again)! Theyve communicated with me well via email and phone calls. I also enjoy a feature they do where they do an entire vehicle inspection for free to let me know what problems I may have now or in the future. The only downside I can think of is it does take more time to do the free inspections on top of my service, but I dont mind because they kept me updated on the process and accommodated my transportation needs. Great place to go.

What is there to say I saved $2,400 that if I wouldnt have had trustworthy people taking care of me I would have purchased 4 parts that I already had to be quite Frank, instead of just doing what they were requested to do by me, they went the extra effort and discovered what I was ready to purchase a $2,600.00 I did not need. At that moment I realized what professional people I had working on my vehicle so I did not purchase the four items instead I put the money back in the bank tell me where you can get that kind of service that kind of Trust and integrity true show me they really care about the quality of your experience and actually the value of your money. Very high prices.$315 to fix a leak and charge AC.They want $275 to replace a clutch fan..found the part on Amazon for $49 about a hour job max?Lots of shop feesI wont be back..but seemed very professional if you can afford it.

I finally found that shop that cares about the customer service experience. They call with updates in a timely fashion, you get a pictured diagnosis of what was found as the potential issue and a path to resolution that is reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible. Estimated me at $375.00 when another local business (In Rosewood Heights) told me $160.00. Then tried charging me when I didn’t want it there for a diagnosis of $165 when I told them what the problem was in the first place. Tried to confirm what they said it was bc the “inspection report” they sent me did not match what they said, I got hung up on. Idk how they have such a high rating, but hopefully someone reads this a stays away. Less than 1 star.

I dropped off my car. They have me a ride home and picked me up later. My light for service is off now so assuming work was done as stated. Everyone was polite.😃

Was a very great experience called around to get my truck worked on with an extended warranty nobody showed interest! Mike the owner of Pro Automotive the only one that took the phone number to the extended warranty company, everybody else told me just to do it myself and bring them all the information that they needed no help at all! The issue with my car was quite hard to decipher. This place was my third attempt at fixing my car as no other shop could help. Because of the special issue it was a difficult problem to narrow down, but after about a week Mike was able to figure it out where no one else wanted to take the time to help. I was having some emissions problems with my car that had me extremely concerned. I took my car to Mike, which happens to be a Subaru, and he was able to fix the car in no time and the car passed emissions on the first try. Ive always avoided this place because I thought the NAPA certified places were pricey. Well I needed tires in a hurry and this was the only place in town (INCLUDING tire places) that could get my tires same day and get them on. Their oil change was $10 cheaper than Valvoline and the alignment was also exactly the same price as walmart. These people even went WAY out of their way to put my spare tire away DESPITE my trunk being an absolute nightmare. THAT is extra service that I felt like I didnt pay for. Will be back to get the other 2 tires before the winter!
