This is probably one of the worst salons I’ve ever been to. I just wanted to get my dead ends cut the lady said she was only going to cut a inch off when I looked at the ground the length was 2 inches. She tempted to put layers in my hair and everything was so uneven and choppy. For my first time going to a fantastic sams, I will not be returning.

Great place to get your hair done! I had Jennifer and she was amazing! She got me from dark reddish brown to almost platinum blonde in one session! And my haircut, it is the cutest!!! Thanks Jen!!!

I called before going in to see if I needed an appointment (covid BS and all) and was told its walk in only. Ok. I went in and got in line. Just as it was my turn, 3 people walked in and claimed to have appointments. They were jumped ahead if me. So after waiting for an hour because walk in only I was told I had to wait longer. I left and WILL NEVER go back. Been getting my haircut there, and only there, for many years. Sams will never get another penny of my money after this.

I am always nervous when I go to a chain salon like fantastic Sams. However this location has never disappointed me I always leave with a smile on my face and great hair.

The stylist who did my daughters hair was extremely gentle and kind and took her time to make sure that it did not hurt when she brushed my daughters hair out and gave her a deep conditioning treatment. Highly recommended!

They cut your hair the way you want it.

I do not get my hair cut every 4-5 weeks like I’m suppose to because I’ve always been disappointed with the results. I also usually do not like to get my haircut at these type of chain places but there’s a girl in here that does an amazing job. I forgot what her name is but she’s from jerseyville and has a little boy. She does a really good job to the point when I tell people where I get my hair done at. They are shocked! I wish I could remember her name but for the life of it I cannot. I will update this review whenever I remember or next time I go back.

Dislike because the water heater is down git a cold hair wash. Cut was good and service good. Feel bad for the staff having to explain why they either cant wash hair or get less than luke warm water.

I swore I would never go in this place after they charged me after refusing to finish my biracial daughters hairHowever, they had some great coupons come out, so decided to go get my hair cut and my other daughters hair cutWell, they do not honor THEIR OWN coupons on Wednesday or Fridays, but Great Clips will. We headed to great clips where the customer service was wonderful!

Friendly staff. Good for mens cuts. Flat $10 on Wed (all), Fri(men). Gets busy after 3pm with wait times 20 minutes. Can be put on wait list and return; not necessary to wait in store. Parking adequate. Retains stylist notes for repeat customers. 10th cut free kept in computer system.

I have been let down. Twice now. I will not be returning again. They do not know how to cut thick, wavy hair. My fiances fade was uneven too.I understand it is just a Fantastic Sams, but these ladies have been doing hair for years and cannot even even execute the basics of a hair cut...

My haircut was great! Got my daughters hair washed paid 7.00 for it and was surprised they didnt blow dry it. For the price you would think its included??

I went in this salon to find out about a perm, the lady was rude and said your hair wont hold anything, its almost like they were busy and did not want to take the time to help me. My hair has always held perms and curls well. I could not believe the customer service here. Then they said it would cost 150 to do a spiral, when everywhere else charges for the length of ones hair. They are more expensive then Pennys. They are crazy for that amount where everywhere else is around 65 for my length. I was just apauled at the rudeness, and not wanting to help a customer. You dont treat people like this. I will never go back here, and I will be telling everyone I know about the service here. I hope they read these reviews. Just like the person who commented about how they argued about the style of hair cut, it is our hair we know what we like and want and it is their job to cut the hair, and style the hair to what the customer is wanting, and if you cant figure that out then maybe you should pick a different profession. I have been there a few other times, and have payed lots of money for color, etc. therefore, they have lost my service, and money.

A good place to get a haircut Wednesdays and Fridays because its $10 for adults well men.

I go there sometimes for an easy trim and it either turns out well or its completely uneven and I look like child who took scissors to her own hair.

Went to the Woodriver location today and the experience was less than aweful. I could have done a better job myself cutting my bangs. They are uneven and so short I cant even fix them. I will never go there again they lost my business and I will tell everone about this visit.

Woman argued with me about the haircut i requested. A military style high and tight.... easy hair cut, worthless employee. 20 years as a stylist? Please.... you should learn how to listen to customers.

This was the rudest customer service ever. My mother who is on oxygen came in to get her hair done was told by the manager she had an hour and 45 min. Wait they never took her name or even asked what she was coming in for my mother left then called them to explain she would need to schedule her appointment as she was just in there and her oxygen wouldnt last that long the manager was very rude to her and told her she would have to come back down to make the appointment and my mother explained she couldnt do that. I then called and explained the situation of what happened the lady told me she was the manager and that she would call her boss to let them now of the complaint when i asked for a number because its not policy to give out a complaint number..i so dont believe that the manager as rude as she was and who had made the comment well im the manager i can do what i want is gonna call and report a customer complaint on herself..my mother and my family will never return to this store as the staff is disrespectful and rude....

Not bad. Ive asked them to take notes on my cut style (trimmer type, etc) and they never do. Thats my only complaint.

Second time could not get all my eyebrows

Im wondering why the hours say open until 9pm but, when I pulled up at 5:51 pm the lady working looked at me through the glass, ushered a customer out, then shut the lights off and locked the door.

I went in to have my hair shaped up and left with hair so short that I am embarrassed to be seen. I truly hate it. I will never go back.
