I always go to Sally’s beauty supply in wood river Illinois, and I must say that I have always had such a wonderful experience there. The staff members offer valuable knowledge and seriously some of the best customer service I have ever had!! I have worked in sales/customer service my entire life so I know when it’s great! Just wanted to Brag on them because they are all sssooo amazing!!! Keep up the good work you are truly appreciated!!

Didnt have any big bags for my stuff. They put everything in tiny little bags and 2 of.the bag handles broke on my way back to my car. Sheesh.

I like Sallys a great deal and I travel a lot which makes it convenient for me, due to them being easy to find while in other areas.

I stopped in to get a toner & developer for brassy highlights.. The selection and prices for those items were both pretty good imo ( though i have no other place/prices to compare it to).The reason for 2 stars is: when i was checking out the clerk asked if Id like to join the beauty club.. She said youll save money and doesnt take long to sign up. She didnt tell me that it costs money to enroll.. She just added it quietly to my total. Granted its only $5, but I still think she should have told me.The 2nd reason is I could not find a single mask or serum (facial skin care) that didnt contain either parabens or fragrance or both. That was a let-down.They do have a huge selection of nail polishes along w every mani/pedi tool & accessory I think one would ever need.
