I feel bad for the low rating. However, I came in tonight five minutes before close. I felt bad at first, but i said “oh I’ll be in and out”( I knew what I needed). I forgot my ID at checkout and said I will have to run to my car and the cashier (kelly) was SO rude. She told me And I quote “you know gas stations are open too” with an attitude. Guess I won’t be spending my money there anymore. I’ll just go to the gas station. Lol. I will not be supporting my local Walgreens after that experience. She was rude and unprofessional!

My experience with WoodRiver Walgreens was really great. Ashley in the pharmacy was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. I’m so grateful for her.

I will be changing pharmacies as soon as I can find another 1 like camps. When camps closed Walgreens took all there business. Ive had nothing but problems with Walgreens. Ive heard this from several people but still thought I would try them. Never again

Zero respect for a customers time. As inefficient as the DMV.

1 star is being generous unless you enjoy making multiple trips to pick up your prescriptions because they overlooked some (happened 3 times). Also really enjoy them putting prescriptions back on the shelf because you failed to pick them up. Would be nice to have a phone call letting you know first (they are supposed to do this). The rude attitudes are just a plus. Too bad they arent as sweet as the store manager & photo employees. These guys & girls treat the customers well.

I feel bad leaving one star, but the rudeness at this pharmacy is out of hand. There is a handful of girls that are extreme helpful and for them I feel bad leaving one star. I just really dont understand the need for such rudeness, and the Pharmacist is not our Dr, so stop trying to take control of our meds. 😡

Very nice store and employees are helpful not hateful. Some other stores need to follow this stores lead. Thank all who assisted me today.

Every time i go to walgreens on vaughn rd in wood river ill there is something go on . and when i call thay leve me on hold 20 are 30 mins😣😤

I will be changing pharmacy. I always have some kind of trouble getting my sons meds.
