Well that was a waste of excitement. Went online like the sales people asked and based off my wages and trade in I was pre approved. Well apparently they get to decide beyond the companies approval and because I door dash and do delivery services I was denied. I was told if it was only one it would be different but because I deliver for 4 different companies its not worth my money. Door dash alone I only make $12-$16 an hour and drove all over the place. Because of the miles I would be putting on the vehicle that is supposed to be mine. I actually get LESS miles this way because I accept higher paying jobs and drive less miles for more money. So....since I make $30 an hour juggling 4 apps and you assume its more miles which really isnt your business if its MY vehicle I am denied. I make almost $4000 a month. They didnt even bother looking at how much I really make nore my expenses nothing. Just instant denial. Miles on a vehicle youre selling to someone shouldnt matter and you shouldnt hold faith that youre going to have that vehicle again. That is not fair to anyone even those who dont do delivery services. The ones who work 2 hours from home or take business trips upstate or something.

Outstanding customer service thruout the entire process.

Took my car into the shop at Byrider with bucking and the AT light on. They had it for about a week. When i finally picked it up, they said it was only corrosion on my battery cables. Took it home for 1 day and it did it again and this time the check engine light and the AT (automatic transaxle) light came on and it will barely move. It had better be fixed correctly this time or the courts can fix it for me. I dont recommend EVER buying a car from them.

Kim and the rest of the repair team got my vehicle together in a timely manner. They were very helpful with getting everything repaired at a VERY reasonable price and their overall professionalism was great.

Byrider associates were very courteous and fast. It was the best car buying experience I’ve had.Now as far as the GM.....he just called my integrity into question and called a liar. I pray for him, I’ll show him Gods love but I will NEVER do business with this man. I suggest nobody does as he acts like he wants to find solutions but instead he calls a decorated combat vet who’s integrity and honor are beyond reproach a liar. Oh and they basically by good reviews by offering a free oil change on the car you bought from them but only if you give them five stars.

Seems like it’s regret after regret since purchasing. After all the mechanical issues I’ve had with my vehicle seems to have been handled, especially when the original location closed down and I was unable to bring things to their attention, the pandemic hit and boy oh boy! Some of us where out of work due to COVID and the account team basically said, “oh well”! And to top it off, when I was stricken with the virus and unable to work, I filed for the special paid leave I was granted and of course it took some time to process and the account team said, “screw that” and ended up wanting 2 payments for 1!!!!!

If you are ever late on payments. They will repo your vehicle. So get everything out or you will have to drive to greenville illinois to pick up your belongings

Ok I have pros and cons ... salesman was wonderful.. finance guy wonderful... My problem come after every single time you goto make a payment they try to charge you for the insurance when you already have full coverage and you have to continue to tell them every month that you have full coverage insurance. Then I checked my credit report at showing I have two loans with the same company instead of me owing 10600 it showing 21,000 and something. They took it off my credit report from Kentucky but then I lost points on my credit score I dont see how thats fair and its total b*******

Theyre pretty awful. Bought a car and within a month needed a new transmission. They went back and forth on when it could get fixed. It took multiple trips to the shop to get it done. Youre also going to spend 13,000 for a 4,000 dollar car.

The process of getting me into the car I wanted was quick, easy and honest. Virginia works with you the best she can and even helped me find the cheapest insurance! I highly recommend!!

The people are friendly but that’s where it ends. Test drove a 2012 told them about the issues with it because it was far from perfect. First off the cars they sell don’t come with a 24 month service contract when you have to pay $ 995.00 for it. Then the price of the car was unrealistic. It was at least $ 4000.00 over bluebook. I figured after the high interest was added in I would be paying over $16,000 and over $400.00 a month for a 8 year old car with 120,000 miles on it. Then wanted to give me $200.00 for my car that runs and drives just fine. The whole experience was a joke. I think you would have to be a fool to take a deal like that.

Over priced cars!! Prey on people with bad credit!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND RUDE Service Manager!!! Virginia is a lie and all those positive reviews are fake!! Service department has incompetent mechanics...drove the car 3 minutes never looked at it and said it needed motor mounts never looked at it and I was told I had to but all the motor mounts my car requires they will replace the broken one and return the other parts then refund my money!!! Who does service like this? And they took too much out on a payment took 3 months to get the money returned

Really easy to get a car. Impossible to get a good one though. Ive had my car for 3 months and the transmission started having problems. They cant fix it on the weekends for after 5 apparently and the garage is apparently full all the time. Terrible service!!!!!!So heres my update. I set up an appointment for Thursday and took off Friday. Apparently they didnt get it so I have to take another day off the next week. Guy looks at it for 20 minutes and concludes I need a new transmission. Well I wait over a week for it to come in just for the service manager to call and say he wants to look at it again. Its been over a month now so Ill continue to update until the issue is solved.Second update. So its been over a month now. Called today to see what time I should bring my car in to get it checked. They had no ideal what I was talking about .They said I was going to lose my car for a couple days but thats not at all what me and the service manager talked about. The stress this company has caused is getting to be too much. Yea theyll give you a car pretty easy but youre gonna have to ask yourself is it really worth it. Maybe try Instant Credit Auto Mart instead?

Great people very friendly and helpful...however the following day after buying my 2011 ford fusion my check engine light turned on I was told it was something to do with the gas cap, no big deal the next issue arose when I had made a fairly lengthy drive and almost made it home and realized that something didnt smell right I got home popped the hood and smoke came rolling out from underneath. I took it up to the service area the next morning and was told it was next in line to be put up on the lift I had received no calls about the update of the issue so I decided to wait until the following day. I call up there to check and she tells me that he had ran somewhere and that it had still not been on the lift. At this point Im just worried that I bought a car that going to leave me stranded and it was my everyday driver and now Im missing work because of it...all of this happened before I even made my 3rd biweekly payment

Got my car got on the road drove it less than an hr and the check engine light come on took it in said they fixed it left back on again. The car is not shifting right either. I do not recommend this place even if it’s your last option. When calling back I was told they couldn’t get me in until the 24th of this month 2 week???? I just bought this car today it should have been road ready or an exception should have been made. Are you kidding me! This place is a absolute joke
