Made an appointment to get my ac fixed 10 days in advance. Felt very confident taking the car to the dealership. Was told Id get a call to tell me what was wrong and what the price would be. First day 3 oclock I decide to follow up. They know whats wrong but do not have a price yet and they have to get a part. Theyll call in morning to give me price. Next day no call. I call around 11 and theyve already started working and guess what... still no price. Don says it will be done in a few hours and I again have to call back about 3 because Theyll be closing soon. Car is ready now and hell get price when i get there. Wow. Fast forward 3 weeks and Im in Florida with my 4 kids after getting married and my ac goes out! We drive all 6 of us back in no ac. Horrible. Call dealership and they can get me in on Thursday but no courtesy vehicle. Ill have to wait 3 weeks to not be inconvenienced. If the first issues hadnt occurred I wouldnt be so upset. But I consider my experience at this dealership to be garbage and I still have to deal with them or be out all my money for warranties.

I just wanted to write an appreciation letter to the receptionist at Federico, A Mrs. Pam. Working for a dealership myself, I have really come to appreciate the person that picks up the phone. She was very kind, polite and just her voice sounded inviting. I call dealerships daily and most of them are automated or rushed. She had to pick up the other line and came back to me remembering my name. That is great customer service. Also, Hannah, the title clerk, got back to me promptly and is helping me order a duplicate title from over a year ago. This a great company.

Amanda was very easy to work with. Not pushy at all. Had an issue with the tires that were on the truck and Kerry the GM made it right. He could had easily said no as I had the truck for two weeks, but he made the situation right and for that I thank him. All the staff very was friendly. Thank you!!

I parked in front of the store and tell the salesman with the golf cart I am interested in checking out the Fortes.. His response was to point about 2 mostly empty lots away and say they were over there. Then he sat back down in the golf cart.I guess i expected too much, but seems an appropriate response may have been something like let me get some keys for you, hop in the golf cart let me show you, etc. Or maybe his job was to guard the golf cart and then I guess I would have expected something like let me get someone to help you. Even we are really busy will get someone to help as soon as they can would have been fine(even though it was early afternoon and n a tuesday and looked far from busy).That was the end of my experience at this dealer.

Service is terrible. Very nice pleasant people. Went for simple service, oil and fuel filters. Needed to fix the parksense sensor error message, which is the only reason it went to a dealer. They recommended ball joints. Ok do it. Should have been one day still. 3 days later, I hear how hard it is do do ball joints, And the service parksense sensor error message is still on. Pathetic. Would have been a cheaper, same day fix at any private shop. Now a voicemail saying sorry we didnt fix the parksense. You think I have another week to wait for this? Wont be back.
