I had a very nice car buying experience! Everything went very smooth. From the moment I pulled onto the car lot Brent had everything already set up. The car I expressed that I wanted was already pulled to the front waiting for me to test drive. He already had things set up to take my trade-in and get it appraised while I was test driving. As soon as I got back we had a sit down finished with numbers w/ Derek. Brent and Derek were able to answer all of my questions with no problem. And we got that deal done within an hour an a half to two hours. Starting from the time I pulled onto the parking lot. Very satisfied customer, will be buying my next car from here and so will my family members! :)

I bought a vehicle from them in January of 2021 and vehicle had 59000 miles on it. I purchased extended warranty with the truck and had to use it a few times. Well we fast forward to Oct-Nov of this year and the truck needs Catalytic converter assembly installed. That does not fall under the extended warranty but it did fall under emissions warranty(8 year or 80000 miles. They said I would have to take the truck to a GM dealer for them to perform the repairs. I took truck into GM dealer and they ordered the part and they went to install and they inform me the truck is missing rear catalytic converter ( wondering when I bought the truck it was louder than usual but figured it had an aftermarket muffler). GM dealer says there is a 400 dollar core charge on the back cat that the truck is missing. The only way they can replace the bad cat is the whole assembly which is 3 catalytic converters and the truck only has 2. Now gm dealer says I would need to come out of pocket 400 bucks to cover the core charge. I then reached out to Federico Kia with no help at all and they made it seem like I had cut the rear cat off. I was informed that the truck passed all inspections including an emission inspection.... weird because the truck was missing the rear cat. How does a vehicle pass an inspection and its missing an item? I have bought 2 vehicles from them in the past 2-3 years and will not buy another from them. Also I have oil change package with them that I will not be using anymore. I am very disappointed with them not at least trying to offer any help at all.

Great car buying experience! After being put through the ringer and laughed at by other Kia dealerships for inquiring about certain models I was hesitant to even call. However I am very glad I did. Rod was a professional and a gentleman from the minute we first talked on the phone to me getting in the car to leave. Rod went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. My husband and I happened to drive by on a Saturday right before close and pulled in when we saw 4 tellurides. Brent answered the questions we had and let us reserve the telluride we wanted for a Monday pickup. By Monday morning around 7:15am my credit had been ran and approved and he texted me early that morning letting me know my car had been through the shop and was ready to go. The financing part took maybe 15-20 minutes when most places you go to take close to an hour. Very happy with our telluride and will be back for future business!

Monday my husband and I went to Federico Kia. We were wanting to test drive the new Telluride. My husband had spoke with a salesman and he said they had four new 2022s. So we drove there and then the salesman proceeds to tell us that we cannot test drive them because they havent been tested in the shop yet. Salesman told me he wouldcall me on Tuesday that they would be ready to test drive. Never heard a word out of him today. But thats okay. We went to Nissan and bought a brand new 2022 Pathfinder Platinum. Within an hour we were done at Nissan they had just gotten it in but they checked it out and we were able to test drive it. I guess Federico Kia did not want our business

Buying a car (2013 Chevy Cruze) from Federico Kia has been the worst experience I have ever had in buying a car. I understand I bought a used car with 130,000 miles on it. But I also understand that I spent $9,000 of my hard earned money at a supposedly reputable dealership. From day one I have had issues with the car, but keep getting told there is nothing wrong with it. Just because there are no check engines lights popping up doesnt mean the car doesnt have issues. I firmly believe someone knows what is wrong with it, but doesnt want to fix it. The car was supposed to be for my wife that is a Registered Nurse in Jerseyville. However, she hasnt been able to drive it because of the various issues. So I have to rush home from work in the afternoon, so she can drive it to work midnights. So being down to one car has caused a huge inconvenience. The cars issues range from sluggish shifting between 35-45 mph, a click sound that results in a big puff of smoke out the tailpipe, to losing oil but not on the ground. However, my wife and I have repeated told a Courtney, Daulton, and then a Danielle to no avail. This situation has caused a lot of needless stress and inconvenience.

Mostly everyone was very helpful and accommodating when it came to finding the perfect new car! Josh was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience pleasant. 10/10 Recommend.

I wish i could give it 0 stars for the service department. Rude guy working there. Can never get service appointments. 3.5 to 4 weeks out if youre lucky. Will never buy another vehicle there or refer anyone to them.

ETA: Gave 3 stars due to brakes squealing loudly not even a week after purchasing. Called service department and set appointment. The day before appointment, Sarah called and had to reschedule. Next available appointment wasn’t until two weeks (so 4 weeks total of waiting for appointment). Was told that everything looked good and squealing is “normal” due to different metal materials rubbing together. They are louder and more frequent now so I will be seeking a second opinion. Disappointed in lack of solution and waste of time off from work.Brent was amazing! He didn’t pressure me at all and was very patient, even having every car I was interested in ready to go for a test drive. Couldn’t have asked for a simpler process or better salesman. We have all is our recalls done there so much so that, now if theres a recall they reach out to us and ask us if we are aware of the new recall and if/when we are bringing it in for fix as well as loaning is loaner vehicles if its more than a 1 day job, that in itself is a great experience and offer of customer service.The staff is consistent and followed up to see how things are going about a week after youve had something done and also does reminder calls for service and/or repairs, if you ask for one.They truly how staff that doesnt mind to go far above and beyond when it comes to customer service at this dealership.The inside has a lounge for seating if you have a short service, so that you can relax and grab a drink
