No fittinng rooms, no returns, exchange only, 2 days only for exchange... Horrible

You can definitely find a lot of clothes for cheap, they have great deals were you can get 2 for $10 or cheaper

My friends and I entered this store location at Jersey gardens mall after going through several stores. I eventally found a dress but I needed a smaller size. I asked one of the store associates to switch out the dress I tried on for the one on display. When I was told that I could not have the one on display I asked for the manager. The associate responded I am the manager that is why I told you no. I walked out of the store without the dress and your store lost a sale. Your store manager needs to learn how to be more accommodating. She is costing you money.....

Terrible service, Extremely unprofessional & rude. I went to purchase a pair of heels for my daughters friend as a gift > shoes did not fit her and I was unable to exchange it to a different size . Their policy sucks, is not like I was asking for my money back. the sales person i dealt with was Rosa. I will never go back to this store again.

I just want to share the unprofessionalism at the Newport Mall store. My kids grandmother went in the store to look for an outfit for someone she knew liked the clothes from here. Upon entering a guy who clearly works there approaches her and tells her oh you know we only go up to a size large she got extremely offended and walked out. If this is the training your employees get then I dont think your store should get any business. That was appalling and should have never happened. I will never recommend your store to anyone!

Horrible service. Don’t shop here. Clothes look pretty from the window but the sizes run 4 times smaller than the label and the quality is less than flea market standard. They have a no refund policy because they know their clothes are trash. The little troll manager of this sweat shop is a rude and nasty little man who clearly had impotency and control issues with women and should not work in women’s fashion, especially one targeting young women. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from this store

I had a horrible experience. Most sales associates were every rude and made me feel attacked as a customer. They seem to do the bare minimum while working. The cashier also refused to return my item which was bought two days prior. Their customer service was very poor. I was very unsatisfied.

I went to the store at Jersey Gardens Mall, on the 10/09/18.it was 8:50pm and I already had picked a suit and pair of pants, I wanted to try the pants because I was buying the jacket, and they didnt allow me because they said it was close, they lost a sale just because they want to close a few minutes earlier of the time that they were suppose to close. Bad Management will bring business down.

I recently had a horrible experience with Kohension. It use to be my favorite store until I bought a pair of shoes on my birthday & thank god I wore them inside the house for a party because the heel broke within a few hours. Came back the next day to exchange because its not right that I spent my money on a defective item & they will not exchange them. The district manager had the nerve to say it isnt Loui Voutin. How dare you say that, I dont care its my money spent & wasted. Now I have to wait a few days for a response from the manufacturer. If I can give them 0 stars I would!

I was overcharged for my purchases at the jersey gardens mall location. I did not realize that I was overcharged until I got home. While the cashier was ringing me up, the monitor was Not facing me, so I was not able to see the prices. When I got home I looked at my receipt and was charged over 20.00. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule and go back to the mall so they can fix their mistake!

The clothes are subpar and the staff even less.

I am very upset with the service of this store because I wore a dress which did not fit well and I returned it to change it for another garment and additionally carry others and they did not change it, according to them because a month had already passed. It did not matter that it had the labels and the purchase receipt, which means that it was new and in perfect condition. The issue is that for the excuse of the Covid they have not opened the changing rooms, the big brands have already enabled them a long time ago, the restaurants and nightclubs as well. But not this store. It is the perfect excuse for people to buy blindly and take home something that they do not know if it will look good or not and those of us who work do not always have the time to go and change clothes all the time. THE WORST thing is that they do not offer solutions and are unfriendly, as if one were asking them for a charity when one was shopping.
