Never go to the store. No payment breakdown and just charge a big amount. Verizon customer service doesn’t have access to the payment breakdown either

Worst store ever closes when it’s supposed to be open, or sorry can’t sell you anything we don’t have keys to safe.

This Verizon is the best Verizon store ever. I speak to Thomas because he is so helpful and is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He will make sure that I get exactly what I need. He does not just try to push more merchandise just so they get a sale. He is a great salesman and just a very nice person.
