I’ve been going to Broad Street Garage for about 8 years now and I’ve never had a problem. Service is great, the owner really takes the time to connect with the customer and to understand/explain the service. Prices are competitive and service times are short if you schedule in advance. FYI- It’s a busy shop - probably because of the great service.

The lady who answers the phone lacks common courtesy and doesnt know how to represent an establishment. I also dont think the guys in the back know the caller can also hear them when they want to speak badly on the conversation being had with the receptionist. Ive tried to give this place chances and every time they are consistently rude and clearly arent looking for new customers.

Owner/boss couldnt figure out how to use his own lift or get my car on it. Employees had no problem doing it but boss/owner wouldnt let them. Eventually he walked off angry and told his employees not to work on my car.

Been here for both vehicles multiple times. Steve and the guys do awesome solid work and very timely on repairs. Had a transmission and radiator on one jeep and rear stablizers and radiator flush on another. Today our window whent down and wouldnt come back up we brought the jeep down and they took care of it. Their prices are phenominal for the area you cant beat em. Id highly suggest your next vehicle issue bring it down to steve at broad st garage. Keep up the great work guys!!
