Excellent very kind n polite staff.very knowledgeable workers very clean store.going to extremely honest customers shouldnt be paying g to pay your bill thats crazy, but then again thats modern technology for you.Excellent phones might just start working for metro 😆 🤣 😂 ...sell alot of phones n become a REGIO AL MANAGER 😆 🤣 😂.

The wonderful women that helped transfer numbers to my plan stayed 45 minutes after they were supposed to close just to make sure everything was all set. Thank you for the help ladies you are both amazing!

My first experience was great. He explained everything to me that I could understand. I ended up walking out with a great phone and didnt have to pay to much. He explained the financing very well to me. The only thing was, the wait was terrible. There isnt enough staff to run this store. A lot of folks come here so they should have more people working. I recently took my friend there to get set up and the same guy set her and me. He was GREAT. Just wish j could remember the mans name. He did a wonderful job getting her all set up with the best plan possible. Keep up the good work and please HIRE MORE PEOPLE. THANKS

Absolutley pleased with this branch, after being with sprint for 15 years with nothing but problems going here gave me hope, they are all about helping and efficiency. Was in and out within an hour with 2 new phones, screen protectors, calling sprint to get our numbers and even put on the screen protector and set our phones up for us! If we could give more stars I would. If your looking to switch go to this location, I now pay for 2 phones still less than 1 with sprint with more storage, amazon prime and security.

Awful experience I dont understand the pricing and why its always a catch like paying your fee each month weather you use your card or pay cash theres a fee I dont like that. On my phone its says to pay 56 buy every time its in the store 59 when Im there I dont like that is crazy to be pinched every month more and more. What is the best option of paying your metro bill ?

Went to pay my bill, charged me $5.00 extra because I used my bank card. I asked if they would look at my cell as I am having problems, (2 very young men playing on their phones) one man opened up my cell. He looked in it, closed it! SMART ASS!! Be careful what you say.!? No respect!Respectable older Adult here!!Will never go there again!😤😟

The staff here are kind and friendly. You dont wait forever for customer service. There is sometimes a line bit it moves fast. Typical time spent in here 2-10 minutes.

Great location for this Metro PCS location.This store keeps up a stock all advertised phones and honors advertised offers. I have been a metro PCS customer for years and i am happy that i chose this location to upgrade my device(to the stylo4). I am very pleased with my purchase and with the service i recieved.
