2 ps5 and nice customer service good times ahead

This place was good like 3 or 4 years ago now I don’t like it went there to check some games and they are slow and employees need motivation or something but yeah go early instead is not busy and no line

The customer service here is always the best for what your looking for and recommendations on games and more

I ordered, for the first time a game from game stop. they are only across the street, but cancer treatments made it hard so I thought I would order it. I mean what could go wrong??? I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!! I ordered on Dec 3, at 4:30 Im the morning because I needed it for Christmas. Christmas is over now, it is new years eve. Im so broken over this, Im going to bed early tonight because game stop took that also from me as well as my money. Im 61, and now my online orders for ANYTHING, has stopped cuz I lost faith in that also. one lousy item, one lousy order. so much more damaged done now by gamestops irresponsibility. they laughed at me when I tried calling and I cant find their email address so I am at a GREAT loss....thank you game stop and happy New year.................................

Great serve as per usual. Smaller store so selection can be lacking sometimes but not anywhere near always. Sometimes. ^__^

Going into this location is always a great experience. Any of the employees at any time are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they go above and beyond when need be.

Not only games my friends!!! I actually wound up finding all my last minute gifts here! It was a Pokemon warehouse full of gidgets, gadgets and Lego type construction sets. The store on Diamond Hill was quick to help and extraordinarily knowledgeable of all games and systems.

Some games are there very few selection. and the prices vary... i paid 40$ for a 5 year old game.. but a new game is 20$ and the store is small. next to bus stop, savers, planet fitness, tmobile, and post office...

Staff is always so nice and helpful.

Staff was fantastic and very helpful. They are a beacon of life in an otherwise dead plaza. I didnt love the guy outside begging me to trade in his game for cash credit I store, but Ill chalk that one up to Woonsocket.

This place is such a waste of time that I actually came on google reviews to give em a review. I came to sell my console.. not only did the front counter human try to low ball me but insisted me to sell it to them with persuasive interactions after I refused the offer, such as 20 is better than nothing if I were you, I would trade it in Not only did this blood vessel tried to talk me in, not knowing Im the author of book of scams, he went n deleted my account on my console while checking if it turns on n works pristine (I noticed that when I got home) after I left, he forgot to give me my cord back. I had to come back to this GameStop n waste gas to get my cable back. Dont come here if you want to sell, I suggest sell on letgo. They want to lowball you n then try to flip it for a ripped of price. GUESS what man ? You offered me 20? Well I already sold it for 70. Good attempt.

Dont expect to ever see a midnight release here. Go reserve stuff at Franklin plaza or Providence Place instead. Staff is a bit blunt sometimes but I always have a pleasant convo with whoever is there, so it gets stars for that. Otherwise a normal old Gamestop

I like this store. They have used games too in case you cant afford to buy a new one and they let you get a warranty on the used game just in case something goes wrong with it. Also there isnt any stores in this city for kids to go to and they have th3or own games setup so the kids that visit the store can play them. Like the WII and Play Station etc.

Employees go above and beyond to find you what you need.

Lots of games, nothing special at this gamestop compared to other gamestops. Sometimes you get special items if you reserve a game at gamestop.
