Hard-working people there

Place is garbage. Brought my phone Monday because the guy claimed the speaker was broken. No call Tuesday so I called on my lunch break and he said it will be ready by 6. Went to pick it up and couldn’t because the guy hadn’t even looked at it yet cause he forgot to ask me for my password when I called (instead of calling me like a good business owner to ask for it!). So the next day no call I called when I left work at 2:30 and he guaranteed me it would be ready by the end of the day. Show up and still not fixed. Wednesday No call. So l called the guy and he says he needed another day because it wasn’t the speaker it was the mother board. He guaranteed it would be ready for 2:30 today. Finally today I get a call on my lunch break and he says he will need a few more days so naturally I got upset cause after 4 days they finally looked at it. So he told me to go get it and when I picked it up it would not turn on and stayed stuck on the Apple!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE!!!! Since the new management this place is trash and the owner is rude and is a blaintent liar and naturally denied doing anything wrong on his part! Don’t go there and save yourself the activation!!!!
